Best Fit for our QMS needs!

Kommentare: After shopping around and researching eQMS vendors for months, we were fortunate to find the best fit for our QMS needs with Intellect. We are finally able to move away from our manual, paper-based QMS to a fully electronic QMS which allows for scalability and compliance. The software is highly configurable and you can build any custom apps you need for your business. There is no coding involved, so anyone without coding experience can work with Intellect. Every Intellect personnel so far has been a delight to work with. Will, our initial contact was extremely helpful, highly engaging and stayed on top of all of our requests. She is highly knowledgeable about the product as well as industry best practices and provides helpful insights and feedback during implementation. Intellect, does not leave you after getting your business. They truly partner with you and care about finding you the right solutions in a timely manner. This type of partnership is priceless.

Best scaleable no-code EQMS platform on the market!

Kommentare: My overall experience with Intellect has been highly positive. Their teams are very knowledgeable, helpful and highly responsive to our questions and concerns. They offer a great deal of flexibility with choosing the right 'package' to meet your organization's needs and budget. The professionalism and level of support (and patience) is unmatched!

Vorteile:

Intellect is a fully customizable no-code eQMS system with all the applications you would expect, including Document Control, Employee Training, CAPA, Audits, Risk Management, Vendor Management, etc. The introductory package comes with multiple applications; the client can choose which ones to start with. After implementation, the client can create applications or purchase additional ones configured by Intellect's first-class team. Best of all, the system can be managed internally by a designated Administrator with or without IT involvement. It is highly scalable, and the options for using and expanding the system (even outside of QA) are endless. The start-up and implementation pricing is highly competitive, and training is included for the applications chosen and the design functions.

Nachteile:

Although the system's initial cost is much lower than most, the user licensing and support fees can quickly increase, especially for smaller organizations and if you need to open the system to all employees (for training and access to SOPs, etc). I would have liked to have had in-depth System Administrator training. If you have only one or two people configuring and managing the system, you will likely need professional support services at an additional cost, as we did. The Intellect team is very flexible and accommodating to our unique needs and was able to scale the pricing and licensing options to meet our budget. The out-of-the-box QMS applications are geared toward manufacturing, but they are customizable.

Intellect QMS – takes care of the quality of your business

Kommentare: Intellect QMS has had a significant impact on our quality department and those who work with it. I like that the platform is customizable, giving us the freedom to make modifications that precisely fit our business needs. It's a real game changer as we can do it without long development cycles. This adaptability has made our operations more organized and efficient, perfectly aligning with our specific requirements.

Vorteile:

I've been able to use Intellect QMS for some time and one standout feature that I really appreciate is its flexibility and the AI integration that their team has integrated lately. Unlike many other software solutions that require businesses to adapt to their system, Intellect allows us to configure your software to fit our unique processes. We were looking for a solution that would not disrupt our existing system that works well, this has saved us time on integration issues and staff training.

Nachteile:

Something that could be improved is the interface, in my opinion it should be more user friendly.

Robust and highly customizable, but it may require more investment

Kommentare: There was no established QMS or process repository. Documents were not standardized. If a user left, the documents were lost. There was no process for approving and reviewing documents. Each department had its own document management. Complaint management, CAPA management had no follow up.There were no well documented audit plans with good follow up. With Intellect, we resolve this.

Vorteile:

The site is robust and highly customizable.A well-structured work team. Good customer service from instructors and programmersAn training material is included with our site, and also they have a support platform.

Nachteile:

A single customization could require multiple alterations across various tables and processes, which increases the the possibility of errors. The OOTB package is not clear. It is important to define if Intellect will help us to configure and see if it is possible the configurations that we request, since at the moment of the sale everything is "YES", however, it is important to define it beforehand to avoid surprises.

Fully customizable system if given enough time to work on.

Kommentare: Overall good. Has been a good experience with some technical roadblocks along the way. System works as configured.

Vorteile:

Platform can be completely customized as a user needs. Can build templates, workflows, tables, apps, etc. Work well as a cloud app as to not be affected by company firewalls/servers. Most of the design practices make sense across the apps. Ability to add mass amounts of data works well. Admin panel & audit features are a great plus. Great error/troubleshooting logs.

Nachteile:

Depending on your company needs, some apps require much more customization than others. Design speeds depend drastically on which version a user is on. Some on screen errors don't allow for much interpretation or troubleshooting. Site can sporadically log users out.

Enterprise Quality Management System

Kommentare: Intellect's software allows our company to move from independent standalone systems at each location into a centralized and accessible platform. This allows senior management better visibility and easy access to dashboard reporting to make quick and informed decisions.

Vorteile:

The system is very configurable to our work processes. We are not forced to conform our quality systems to the software but can build a workflow that fits our company's needs.

Nachteile:

Our company adheres to TNI 2016 and ISO 17025, it would be nice if the software had a Management Review app.

They offered concurrent license usage and understood our business was not in manufacturing and could speak the same language so that the configuration has been fairly smooth.

Easy to use, highly configurable, and amazing support!

Kommentare: I was able to understand the software logic and implement my first application within a few months. During implementation, with the support of Intellect staff, I was also able to create three custom applications to help control our internal processes.

Vorteile:

All fields and pages are configurable which allows companies to tweak the applications to meet their internal requirements as well as external regulatory requirements.

Nachteile:

Understanding the logic behind the system macros was a little hard in the beginning.

The software is easy to setup and create new modules if needed. Also very user friendly in finding documents.

Nachteile:

There really is nothing that I don't like about the software.

Kommentare: No stress using the software or with the company if we encounter an issue we can't resolve.

Vorteile:

Easy to customize and create new apps. You don't have to be a software developer.

Nachteile:

Understanding the logic initially was a challenge in 2021, but the support team helped answer my questions.

Intellect Workflow software has allowed our office to organize and to assign tasks for specific processes without over looking crucial details resulting in an increased efficiency levels.

Kommentare: We love that we can connect in an easy to digest , readily available format our tasks specific to workflow with color coded tags to identify process so nothing gets over looked or no tasks get lost. Charts and output documents can be generated to collect and archive records of progress and performance. The challenges to overcome with Intellect Software are mainly with key search word articulation in document archives. Intellect Workflow simply does not offer too many customization options here. As long as we associated our files to a focused nomenclature system for tagging , we overcame this problem quite easily. Our recommendation there is to assign a character system unique to the names of the files initially. Then a user doesn't rely so much on Intellect to dive so deep to retrieve files. Also, at a month cost to entry for usage can be high. We suggest using the trial then assessing Intellect's possible utility at no cost. The user will understand Intellect Workflow's possible substantial value in helping to organize workflow and to completing projects in rather streamlined, elegant fashion.

Vorteile:

Intellect Workflow provides for the creation of interactive real time color coded work flow charts and maps of our processes for our business as well as to provide status updates and tags for each step individually. Support applications are available in Android as well as IOS mobile device platforms.

Nachteile:

We found sometimes it is a challenge to use keywords to search document archives. Intellect Workflow software could be better in this area. The types of charts though extremely useful are also limited in category and in type. Starting a month in subscription fees, Workflow Intellect is not the most cost effective solution unless user interaction is consistent and the associated use case requires this level of management.

Powerful platform and easy to configure and build apps without knowing coding

Kommentare: Very powerful platform, easy to change the OOTB and build new apps, great customer service and great and resourceful online Intellect University

Great customer support and easy to build applications for non programmers

Kommentare: So far we've been usign for quality purpose, mostly document control and training managment. However, we have just implemented, therefore the benefit is yet to be determined. Nevertheless,I believe the applications will help to us ensure compliance, reduce paper and at the same time increase efficiency.

Vorteile:

Intellect (QMS) comes with out of the box workflows that can be modified according to your business needs. As it is very user friendly it allows people without programming skills to modify and create applications, workflow processes and reports. Besides that, the customer service is very good, they are vey responsive, patient and understand our needs.

Nachteile:

For someone who does not have programming skills, it can be quite annoying configuring some items every single time, in different templates and different parts of the workflow, such as email notifications. A tool such as 'copy and paste' would be wonderfull.

Intellect for everyone

Kommentare: Our experience with implementation has been great. We have a support team ready to help us when we need it and they provide great industry standard support.

Vorteile:

Key component of this software is how customizable it is. Also how easy it is for someone to use without programming experience. The main processes of any quality management system is set up out of the box which saves a lot of time.

Nachteile:

So far we have yet to find something we don't like about Intellect.

Worth the Money if You have an Employee to Dedicated Time to the Job

Kommentare: As an administrator/ designer of the software, takes a long time to understand the language of the software and customization on your own. As a user, it is pretty straightforward to use.

Vorteile:

Ease of uploading information and flow of information. Pretty straightforward to understand.

Nachteile:

Much longer lead time to go Live with than originally told when they sold the software. More customization is required than originally thought and takes up half the time/work of a full time employee. Did not anticipate a team member to be so dedicated the software and expected more set-up for the cost.

Easy to Use

If you want software for an eQMS, this is the one to select. The apps are easy to use and intuitively designed. The idea that our company can configure EVERYTHING as needed is a hug plus

Nachteile:

Nothing to not like. Easy to use and set up

Nachteile:

The only thing I would want to see in the future from Intellect is a way to adjust the layout of the personal navigation menu. Other than that, the application is great!

Better than most of the other options out there!

Kommentare: The people have been great, and our employees are coming up with a number of additional uses for the Intellect Platform.

Vorteile:

I love the flexibility of the software... In combination with the native quality modules, we have built out a complete set of modules for our sales team, giving them both CRM functionality as well as an integrated look at what is happening with their customers, having all the information in one place.

Nachteile:

It would be nice if there was a richer report designer, for the creation of professional looking printouts / pdfs.

Kommentare: We are still in the implementation phase so the business benefit is yet to be determined

Vorteile:

I like the ability to customize the software to meet the company's business requirements and the ease at which this could be done The other item that made this software a top choice was the ability to configure the software without having programming experience

Nachteile:

It is not as user friendly as other eQMS software solutions that I have used before There are some items that you have to configure each and every time instead of making them system items that can be configured easier (system fields, email notifications, etc.)

Great process automation software

Vorteile:

Intellect Workflow is perfect for electronic building processes that support maintaining record compliance.

Nachteile:

The document storage aspect of the solution could be more dynamic. Not enough keyword retrieval customization available.

Easy to Configure

Vorteile:

The ease of configuration to meet company needs.

Nachteile:

It was set up geared towards GMP industry specifically manufacturing, which makes configuration more intense for other industry use.

A very intuitive platform

Vorteile:

You can do a lot of things in this platform. Intellect QMS is very intuitive and has a lot of features to offer. You can create and configure out of the box solutions for the specific needs within the team.

Nachteile:

Overall experience of the platform is good as of the moment.
