Vorteile:

I like that I can embed it onto my website for customers to sign before coming in

Nachteile:

There are no cons. Jotform is simply perfection.

Non confrontational forms signed before appointment

Kommentare: Easy, saves time, automates my business forms digitally and saves them. I always refer to the very first form filled out and can easily access that stored information.

Vorteile:

Easy to collect signed contracts and policies off site of a business.

Nachteile:

Some Old phones can’t hit the submit button due to mobile version.

The "Free Trial" isn't worth it

Kommentare: Not impressed, but it did force me to learn to create my own forms in an actual free app.

Vorteile:

The very first form I created turned out fine. Until I wanted to update the form and it caused nothing but headaches.

Nachteile:

Hard to update. If you create too many forms, you will be charged. Clients had difficultly using form, in the end caused me more work. The Free Trial is VERY limited.

Great product for easy registration

The ease of use. The customizable fields The electronic signature.

Sometimes it does not sync with our google drive.

JotForm Sign

Vorteile:

JotForm sign is a great service that we used daily. We created a form that had several variables that we needed to know from the customer. After paying for the order, the customer was redirected to the JotForm Sign, where he filled in all the important information regarding the customized product. We then extracted this information into a PDF and worked with it. It saved us hundreds of dollars in coders who would have had to add similar features custom to our eshop. JotForm is very easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

If it was full capacity, we had to delete several records. But to update the capacity, we had to write to support. It didn't happen automatically.

I love that my clients can sign all my forms and we can keep them electronically.

Nachteile:

At least 3 or 4 times a month my client will spend 15 mins filling out and signing forms and then they will just be deleted. Not saved as a draft or anything. Its extremely frustrating.

Great solution and very competitive

Kommentare: My experience has been excellent, so much so that I have recommended Jotform and Jotform Sign to many other businesses, who now also use it.

Vorteile:

Jotform Sign allows me to collect legally binding signatures on my contracts. It's very easy to set up and gives me far more signatures per month than other solutions I used previously, which were nowhere near as good or flexible. I've used Jotform for several years so when I realised that Jotform Sign was part of the solution it was a no brainer to use it.

Nachteile:

Nothing, it's so much better than the competition, especially when you take into account what a great tool Jotform is even without Jotform Sign!

Kommentare: Excellent! I've had zero issues and love how easy and simple it was to create forms for my clients to use. I've successfully created several forms and have been told how easy it is to fill out from my clients.

I have no issues so far. Jot forms is a great site.

Professionalism in a document

Kommentare: Easy, helpful, organized, and practical.

Vorteile:

The forms look professional and the recipient can easily read them. Also, submitting pictures and writing on them descriptions is a great tool. Also, the phone app is great.

Nachteile:

The limitation of signatures for the basic package

Jotform Sign Review

Kommentare: We just stared using it. I really can't give a good answer because of that.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use and the set up videos are great

Nachteile:

That it is one signature at a time. Would love to see it be able to send out to multiple people at a time.

Jotform Sign is great addition to Jotform

Kommentare: We enjoy our use of jotform as a whole and are always impressed with the features they add. Jotform Sign seemed like a major addition and they executed it well. This form for example, won't let me submit and isn't telling me why, and that would NEVER happen if it was based on jotform's platform. Capterra gets zero stars, Jotform gets ten.

Vorteile:

The form building features of jotform have always been an integral part of much of our work, especially the conditional logic within the forms. Adding a legally compliant signature feature was a very welcome update.

Nachteile:

They do push us to try Jotform Enterprise occasionally and it is extremely our of our budget. Our older forms with encrypted submission data is not compatible with Jotform Sign, but it is a reasonable incompatibility.

Jotform feedback

Vorteile:

Very user-friendly in terms of design, layout and information that I want to gather. It is an amazing website and it has made my workflow easy and not so time-consuming.

Nachteile:

None. I can't think of anything negative.

Vorteile:

Everything was super easy to use. I played around with different fixtures and I once I figured out how to make a back drop, baby it was on and popping !!!

Nachteile:

Nothing thus far, absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!

Ease of Use

Vorteile:

The set up for the forms that we needed were easy to do. Many features are built in so you just need to select the feature you would like. Data collected from our forms is easily downloadable and we are able to see the data in excel form. The capabilities to publish the form is simple however, see below for the dislike on a option to share.

Nachteile:

The payment page however, gave trouble and took over a week to fix even with customer support helping. It is still not as we wish however it is usable. The capabilities to share directly were met with dislike. The form is emailed to the recipient from jotform and does not come from our email. Which confused a lot of individuals in addition, the email landed in many spam/junk folders. Which defeated the purpose of being able to import addresses and directly share/email.

Forms and management for Non- Profit

Kommentare: It works great for our organization and provides an online payment for membership and events that we could not do inexpensively otherwise. We would recommend this product to any other organization that need this service.

Small Business? Use Jotform!

Vorteile:

Forms can be created without any technical knowledge required. So easy and fast to use. Changes are simple.

Nachteile:

Honestly, I haven’t run into anything in the last two years.

Kommentare: I have found it easy to use as im dyslexic, and I've made easy to read forms

An Easy Way to Manage Contracts, Though a Bit of a Learning Curve

Vorteile:

Joform Sign makes it super easy to handle the contracts for my publishing company. Before using Jotform, I would email authors a pdf of the contract to sign. This inevitably led to issues with people not having the software necessary to sign a pdf. Using Jotform has eliminated that problem. Contracts are signed quickly and painlessly.

Nachteile:

It took me a couple tries to figure out how it works. With an application with so many options, I didn't really know what I was doing at first. Now I can send out a contract in a minute, but it took me probably about half an hour the first time to set up the contract and work out how to send it.

I'm using the free 5 forms so absolutely brilliant.

Nachteile:

I don't need enough forms to go into the paid options and although the cost is resnable it's not low enough for me to go into a paid option for what I need it for.
