For example I have just spoken to the help desk about a report that wasn't working as it should. In 10 minutes they had identified the problem and fixed it. Other companies have support teams with untrained/inexperienced people on the front line with script led fixes that take you through a time consuming, unnecessary process that don't address the issue before you are finally passed on to a trained professional. With ASAP Rent we get straight on to the trained professional first time, this is a real strength. Also for an additional fee we've been adding credit car processing with Chips & Nips and complete interface to our accounting system. It's just works great ! The best characteristic of ASAP Rent management is they know the car rental business. As far as usability is concerned it is very user-friendly and new users can learn very quickly. However, it covers major aspects of car rental business. Fleet management, Rate management, Long term, Short term, Leasing management, Credit card processing and Accounting interface

Kommentare: ASAP Rent system has made a terrific difference to our business - we save hours not having to manually arrange bookings and write out agreements and the invoices go directly out to our accounts software package. A great bonus is the ability of the package to remind us of when a service or repair is due - helping us to keep a firm hold on our fleet. Not a lot of Bang for the Buck

Kommentare: This is a company with 1980's graphics that likes to tell you what you need. You need exactly what they have and the way that they have it. Unfortunately, what they have sounds good in their marketing material, but really doesn't cut it. For example, they will promise an online booking engine, but it doesn't take credit cards. They will promise an quickbooks back end, but they don't tell you that the back end is you making a manual journal entry yourself. The list goes on and on. You can add to it some very poor customer service skills and lack of contact to make your journey a little bit more miserable. I wish you the best of luck with choosing a company, but remember, with ASAPRent, they will promise a lot of services that are later described as "For an additional fee".

The entire system was installed remotely in a single day and the response times of the Support Department have been excellent. With this software we have improved our response times, streamlined the administrative process and it definitely helped us make the process of construction equipment rental efficient and effective. It substantially reduced the workload of the Department of Revenue, by dramatically streamlining billing tasks and subsequent recovery. We have received excellent feedback from our customers since ASAP Rent was implemented. Prior to billing the monthly closing took an average of 1 to 2 weeks. After finishing the month with ASAP Rent we carry billing out exactly the last day of each month, thus achieving better performance in the subsequent accounting period. Our fleet of rental equipment is now in good condition thanks to the Preventive Maintenance module. I highly recommend ASAP Rent software, it is an excellent and cost-effective solution. The system then and now is so solid and user-friendly and all the rental process is fast and efficient, without any worries. Kommentare: We have been using ASAP Rent since March 2010 after the previous software we were using, suffered important weakness in the overall process. Following extensive research our choice of vehicle rental software was narrowed down to two and following online presentation with both developers we decided to choose ASAP Rent. Particularly impressive about ASAP Rent was the can do attitude of the team there. This has proven to be a wise choice by our company as already the benefits of the system are being seen in our day to day operations, in particular the monthly recurrent billing feature. Monthly billing of our accounts customers used to take close to half a day, now this is carried out overnight by the system and processed automatically. We can only speak positively about the ASAP Rent software and recommend it strongly to any car rental

Kommentare: I've been with ASAP Rent for the past 7 years and extremely satisfied since the beginning. The product is simple and incredible. It's everything I was looking for in a rental program and it continues to improve with each new update. I even had part of my rental contract customized to fit the needs of my company and I was pleased that this program can accommodate me and not the other way around. The support team has been amazing for me. They are very knowledgeable in their product and how to resolve any issue in a timely and professional manner. I think customer service speaks volumes about a company. ASAP Rent Cloud-Based Software is the BEST! They continue to be more and do more in order to assure you'll have the BEST software product on the market!

That was then. There has been a 100% turn around since then.
Today, I rate ASAP Rent at 5-Stars for Best Software & Service.
Growing pains happen in any business, its how we deal with them that matters. ASAP now has Great Customer Service. They not only listen, but appreciate and respond to customer needs and concerns.
ASAP, in my opinion, now has not only the Best Software, but Top-Notch Customer Service to go with it. They are improving and adapting every day.
If you want a program that meets all your daily rental needs and has support to see you through the set-up and ongoing operation, this is your program.

ASAP Rent the Best Car Rental System i ever worked with !

Kommentare: Within the numerous car rental software i've been working with over the past 20 years, ASAP Rent is very easy to use and extremely customizable. I have used many rental car systems. I personally used to work for a major rental car company. This system is so easy and user friendly. I was able to train my employees to use the system in less than 2 sessions. Everyone here loves the system from my cashiers to the Service agent and General Manager! The other great thing about ASAP Rent, the service is just great, any question we would have or any request is just a phone call away! I recommend ASAP Rent without any doubt !

These folks have awful customer service. Hard to get in touch with. Training was vague and short.

Vorteile:

Nothing that I can think of. Maybe easy to log in and set up? User friendly but hard to get in touch with .

Nachteile:

Customer service. Telephone skills ...answering service is automated and get out into a loop of some sort. Not happy refused to give my refund. Claimed had lost my wired for 10 days
