It is completely customized to our needs. The unique intelligent software is cutting edge and I can not believe how much more advanced it is over the other software in the industry!

Nachteile:

Everything we haven't liked- they fix or make it work for us!

We were able to easily integrate this new system into our current functions, and it was tailored to meet our exact needs. No other vender offers the same range of functionality!

Vorteile:

Everything about nemborn is noteworthy! The app has every feature you could ever want, and more. It's realistic to our every day work and easy to change if it's not working as planned. The team is so quick to respond, and have some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! Nemborn is detailed, realistic and reliable and I highly recommend!

Nachteile:

Truthfully, no negatives! Starting something new is always hard, but the nemborn team is very supportive.

Parents Involved

Vorteile:

Nemborn makes it easy for the teachers to make the learning process of the children transparent. This is a great platform to engage parents in the educational process and offer insights into the daily routine. With Nemborn, all information of each child is in one place and easily accessible when needed.

Nachteile:

The ongoing communication with the Nemborn team allows us to address concerns directly and implement our suggestions into the system so it works better for us so I cannot think of something that needs improvement right now.

Sometimes it takes some time to load even though I have wifi.

Kommentare: AMAZING! This company has been so accommodating. The staff are friendly, kind, attentive. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with them through this process. I can't say enough wonderful things about them.

Vorteile:

Extremely supportive, they truly want to exceed your expectations and their customer service is 2nd to none!

Nachteile:

Unable to remove some functions (remove breakfast and change to morning snack) easy enough of a fix to just use the snack function and instruct staff not to use the breakfast option. (For reporting purposes we can't report we are serving a full breakfast when it doesn't meet the component requirements of a meal, but rather a snack.)

Super useful, couldn't work without it.

Whenever you need help you get a super fast response and problems are being solved almost immediately.

Nachteile:

I have nothing negative to say so far. I am using it since 1 1/2 years and couldn't work without it.

Sometimes Loading slow and if you have to many pictures in your post it doesn’t work.

Vorteile:

I have had the pleasure to use nemborn for the past month after an intial onboarding from the company itself wich was super helful. Always there when yoou need support! I find the many different features to be really useful and easy to use

Nachteile:

It can be tricky with relogging in the app every couple minutes but I understand the safety concern about it
