After implementing Breakcold we never need to jump around, we just open up one tab which is BC and all the messages from different platforms will laid out in front of us we can keep everything well organized and the most important thing is never to miss out on the golden opportunities. The software itself is quite straightforward and easy to use, so don't need to invest a lot of time upfront to learn how to use it.
