Kommentare: Overall experience is good. Would be better if Platinum members got a better deal.

The organisation of the content is very good. Navigation is very simple and easy to follow. Tools available are extremely useful.

Nachteile:

As a platinum member, I expected all content to be available, however, this was not the case, and Hermix is monetising some content and tools even for platinum members. In my opinion this is not right.

Kommentare: Overall a very vaulable tool that is frequently updated and adjusted to users needs. I highly recomend it.

Vorteile:

Plurarity of information. Ability to have Rfp and QA documents collected for me from the EC Funding Portal. Ability to provide short summary of an opportunity.

Nachteile:

Sometime provision of schematics of various information is a bit overwhelming. I would like to have a more clear list of the incumbents of each opportunity, i.e. to have to look even less than is now needed.

Vorteile:

Hermix is maybe the best sales analytics and market automation tool that I've used over the years; it really responds to our company's needs. Not only that it saves research time and provides the best tenders opportunities adding constantly new data sources, but it is also a good collaborative tool when implemented in small to medium organizations. I especially like the latest features implemented: AI summary, self-service for organization managers, download function, daily digest, flags board, features that are fast implemented in response to users needs and suggestions. The Hermix team is always very helpful and agile in supporting our business, they are open to feedback and offer a quick turnaround when it comes to implementing new features on request. A fantastic team delivering a fantastic tool!

Nachteile:

There was room for improvement in the collaborative features and the team was fast and open to work with us to respond to our suggestions! All in all, when we offer feedback, Stefan's team is impressive in their quick turnaround.

Hermix review after a good year of use

Vorteile:

We're using Hermix extensively to identify market trends and opportunities. It is a great source of information, and we particularly like the fact that data is refreshed on a daily basis. It's easy to use, and provides for a lot of ways to do deeper investigations on the available data.

Nachteile:

The tool is clearly still under development and some features lack or are less useful. This is however more than compensated by a reactive support team.

Hermix is an friendly tool in a word where data can become a nightmare to analyze. A good tool but also I'm recommending it to anyone.

Amazing tool. Saves a lot of time

Vorteile:

The most I like about Hermix is that it saves you a lot of time with the search, the listed information are clean and clear. You get to have fast information regarding contracts that are about to expire and get renewal and you can prepare for the bid in time, and you have enough information that can help you make a nice competitive analysis and create your next strategy. I definitely recommend Hermix.

Nachteile:

In some cases where a lot of data have to be displayed within a column, you have to make a lot of scrolling. This could be optimize by simply listing only limited number of characters and access a "read more" button if its relevant for the user.

It's easy to use and there's great support, I dealt with [sensitive content hidden] who while we were setting it up was more than happy to jump on calls to help us and run us through the product. I can see this being a key product within our setup when we are more established within the market

Nachteile:

It is still a product that is being developed, so not all features are at their peak, however, having spoken with [sensitive content hidden] I have great expectations for how the product will evolve

The ease with which Hermix allows me to access procurement data from high level aggregated analysis to fine grained details of single contracts surprised me. And while it provides access to a complex data landscape, the UI really helps the user know what to look for and shows the expertise and experience that have gone into creating it. Anyone experienced with public procurement data will appreciate how many steps in the workflow Hermix just seamlessly does for you.

Nachteile:

There are many ways to use Hermix to explore public procurement data that only come out while you spend time in the app, like using the extensive linkage that has been introduced into the datasets to jump between levels and gain a fuller picture. There is still a learning curve due to the sheer complexity of public procurement data. However, the help section and different materials in the Hermix App help a lot with that!

Very useful and powerful tool for public procurement in the EU

Vorteile:

Particularly for EU procurement, Hermix can help save many hours usually spent on TED trying to gather relevant information about tenders. Their data visualization tools are also of great help for managers who are looking for procurement opportunities within the EU ecosystem.

Nachteile:

Being a new product, there are still some small rough edges, which they are constantly working on. Also, they are very open to constructive feedback and trying to improve their product in a way that matches the needs of managers working in EU's procurement.

My public tenders one stop shop

Vorteile:

I love how Hermix delivers filtered information to my inbox every day, how I can prioritise opportunities based on market intelligence and how I can keep track of my tender qualification status, all in one place.

Nachteile:

I am looking forward for further functionalities that would make the process even easier, such as intel from inside the tender documentation.
