Vorteile:

Easy to use and control to the airplane on airworthiness matter.

Nachteile:

The features that I feel as missing are or could be improved only for aviation abbreviations must be more clear on the several sections.

Kommentare: The platform is an excellent app for Continuing Airworthiness and Maintenance Planning. Overall score from me would be 8.5/10. Slight changes and updates to the current Modules would skyrocket the ease of use, which I think would benefit the platform greatly.

Vorteile:

The forecasting system works fabulously and with minimal effort from the user provides a clear scope of work within the given warning conditions.

Nachteile:

My two main issues with AERO are the following:1) Duplication of overdue tasks if entered both into AMP and Components. My temporary workaround for this issue is whenever I use the Maintenance function on a certain component, I go into the AMP section and change the task to Not Applicable. That way it shows up as due only in the Components and not in both the Components and AMP.A proper solution for this would be to have a clear connection between an AMP task and the respective components that are controlled by it. 2) Work Order Revision function isn't intuitive and is tough to grasp upon first glance, unlike other features of AERO. Perhaps a "Summary of Changes" Tab can be added in the future, which would greatly improve it. Also the possibility to add a "Cancelled" status on Work Orders would be a great addition.

Efficient of Software for Streamlined Operations

Kommentare: Overall, Platform AERO has significantly improved our workflow by centralizing our maintenance operations. The support team is responsive, and updates are regularly released to address user feedback.

Vorteile:

Platform AERO has an intuitive interface and streamlines CAMO processes effectively. It allows us to manage maintenance tasks efficiently and provides useful insights into the aircraft's maintenance status.

Nachteile:

Some features require additional customization to fit specific needs, and the reporting capabilities could be improved for more flexibility.

Vorteile:

The product is user friendly. Anyone can learn to use the system in a short period of time. It impacts very positively the whole process, especially time efficiency.

Nachteile:

Component tracking:I would like to suggest to use reference between different TLBs in order to be able to automatically get the utilisation as of date. Meaning, the system should make the connection between the latest TLB and the TLB when the component was initially introduced, through TLB numbers and dates. In that way the system will be able to calculate the utilisation by taking into account the time difference between the two documents.

Kommentare: Easy to use, simplified software with basic functionality, judging from experience -it will develop a lot in time.

Vorteile:

The interface and organization of functionalities, support team is helpful and responsive.

Nachteile:

There are still functionalities that need development, but the developers are constantly introducing improvements.

Modern and easy to use aviation tracking software

Kommentare: It was quite ease to figure my own way around the software, without having to go through hours of training, as everything is very user friendly. It is very clear that the developers have a deep understanding of the aviation part of their bussiness.

Vorteile:

It has a modern look and features adjusted for ease of use.Customer support is excelent too.

Nachteile:

The option to archive old records and POs that have been completed, so not many show up in the current review is missing. Would be nice to see this implemented too.

I really like that I can easily calculate current utilization for A/C.Preparing WO is the best option because it is quick and easy.

Nachteile:

There are still features that need to be improved. Foe example we need WOs to have option cancelled and more advanced selection for entering defects.
