Kommentare: Luna helps make lead gen easy to incorporate, I just have to follow up on the emails. And, they have introduced me to other tools that have become invaluable.

This is so easy to use and the team continues to improve the capabilities and search for quality leads.

Nachteile:

None really, the AI for writing continues to improve. And anytime I find a bug, they are 100% responsive.

Once you have set Luna up, everything is pretty much automatic.It's a great tool to send personalised emails to grow your business.Every sales manager should be getting the Salesforce to use this.

Requires some monitoring, but this is necessary really.

YouVerify Uses Luna in Semi-Automated but Automated way

Kommentare: Needs more features, additional statistics and reports, needs to integrate urgently with salesforce

Vorteile:

Luna has an unbelievable algorithm of identifying the right target personas, the right companies. once you learn it during the evaluation process prior to the autonomous version, it will clearly show that. Perhaps in the first 40 emails and targeted needs a bit of training but there after you will forget to log in because it just works.

I love the Inbuilt leads database and suggestions based on specific filters.

Nachteile:

I cannot create multi campaigns easily with the inbuilt functionnalities, I have to find a trick to do it

🤩Luna nails it!

Kommentare: As a start-up our biggest challenge is prospecting new clients. Luna helps solve this problem. We can spend more time working with our existing user base and less on folks who are not interested in our product.

Vorteile:

1. Luna has an extensive lead database in exactly the right B2B target audience.2. Luna "listens" to me and seems to update her performance on-the-fly, from email to email. She's magic!3. The autonomous mode is a must. Once Luna is trained, we unleashed her full potential by letting her automate the email marketing campaign. It is like having another sales person on staff. 🥳

Nachteile:

The FAQs are OK. Can't find every answer in there yet. Looking forward to the autonomous mode Chat feature.

I love that it writes emails for me, and comes with a seemingly accurate-enough database.

Nachteile:

I feel like training Luna is SOMETIMES hit or miss - and I wish it would just learn "instantly" some of the base thigns I want it to say. Also, sometimes that 'icebrakers" or "conversation starters" are mediocre, but I thhink this will get better with time.

As it has very few options which makes it is easy to use, but also limits you in a very tailored approach

Great AI prospecting tool

Kommentare: Great-- it's a wonderful way to do prospecting without the usual headaches most of which are time consuming of pyschological barriers.

Vorteile:

Luna is a breeze to start with - it has broken the barrier that comes with doing outreach. The UX is lovely and makes using Luna fun. If you've got a tool you like, you're more likely to use it.

Nachteile:

The database still needs improvement - but they are improving all the time. You can also upload your own database anyway. The AI will improve too - it is not quite 100% in some regards and you have to keep training it to do what you want. It's like any AI Tool right now - you still need an element of human touch!

Luna is killer

The interface is easy to get started with. The systems and intergrations are straight forward. I was able to start sending outbound messages pretty much immediatly. Excited to see results.

Nachteile:

I'm still exploring the features of Luna, but at first glance it appears as if their list of intergrations and SMTP capabilities is small. Time will tell.

Luna is a great product. The emails that get sent our are exactly what I need. You won't be sorry if you sign up for Luna.

The interface is good. Luna's support functions are quite nice. The chat emails have a genuine feel to them. Lead generation is superb!

Nachteile:

Sometimes there is no description about the company, so one has to go into the company's website, which is cumbersome and wastes time...it sometimes suggests irrelevant email drafts.

I discovered the Luna app by chance, and since then it has been an extremely useful tool that saves me a lot of time!

Nachteile:

I have had some email bouncing back. I don't know whether this can be imporved. Maybe Luna's oubound emails show problems with their SPF or DKIM settings.

Engaging tool for your cold-mailing efforts

Kommentare: Overall I love Luna and use it at a minimum several times a week.

Vorteile:

I love the very idea itself. There area lot of tools for cold-mailing, but Luna pares it down to the essentials, making it fun and easy to just send e-mails. Its slightly gamified workflow makes it fun to connect every day and send a dozen ails or two, and do it consistently day-in, day-out. That's what I really love here: not mass-sending 10k e-mails once in a while, but being compelled to send a few personalized mails on a daily basis.In my industry, this is gold.

Nachteile:

Internationalization of copy, well... sucks, let's be honest. For English it's great, but for French it's a pain.

Lead generation and prospecting made easy

Vorteile:

I really love Luna and I'm glad I got it on a lifetime deal (I hope they offer it again because I can definitely get more people to purchase). Luna is super easy to use and very helpful in finding leads or finding emails for our uploaded list. The customized cold email copy is a great time saver! No need to research and generate first line and it also learns as my team use it. So awesome! I also love that there's a follow up feature so I don't have to worry on when to do the follow up. plus excited for the upcoming new features from Luna. The best!

Nachteile:

I hppe there's a way to filter leads according to technology used. That would save me tons instead of me paying another platform to pull my leads and upload them to Luna. Also, I really want to see Luna extending it's lead generating feature by allowing us to just upload website leads without the name and they'll find the emails for us. Super crossing my finger for those features.

Great Lead Generator

Luna is great at generating leads based on job title.

Nachteile:

The cost is absolutely sky high and the ai sounds like a douchebag salesman most of the time. With a few tweaks to each email though it saves a lot of time.
