Kommentare: With Appointfix, I can remind my clients and potential clients of their appointments with just a few taps. I get to go into the office already having a sense of who is coming and who will need to be rescheduled. No more calling them at 11:05 asking if they’re coming to their 11am appointment- I’ve confirmed it long before!

Vorteile:

Allows for multiple texts per appointment, easily customizable and modifiable, multiple languages available, cost-benefit is outstanding, calendar sync- so much to love

Nachteile:

Can’t use it on my computer (or, I haven’t yet found a way to do so)

Absolutely would not recommend

Kommentare: I purchased the subscription because it advertised features I was looking for such as sync with apple calendar and adding extra time in the appointment block. I would have used this to block out travel time to my clients. However, it only gave the option to sync with Google calendar, not Apple. And the extra time blocking feature was basically useless for my needs. I thought, “oh well, I’ll just cancel my subscription and move on. No big deal.” So I went to manage my subscription on the website, cancelled my subscription and thought that was the end of it. Then I was charged for the another month. I thought it was a mistake, so I emailed customer service. They are refusing me a refund because I didn’t cancel my subscription through Apple instead of THEIR WEBSITE! It was an absolutely horrible customer service experience. I would never recommend this app to anybody.

Vorteile:

The interface was fairly user friendly. It looks nice and mostly easy to use.

Nachteile:

It was missing key features. It says they sync with Apple calendar. They don’t. And the customer service is horrible.

Hello - I am sorry you had a bad experience with Goldie and sincerely appreciate the feedback. To turn on the sync with Apple Calendar you go to menu > Settings > Calendar Settings > Sync with other calendars. Here you can connect your apple calendar or google calendars to show your events from those on your Goldie app. Related to cancelling and refunding, unfortunately we don't have any control here. Apple requires all subscription management to go through them. We try to make that clear in the web cancellation that you need to go to the app store to cancel, but we will try to do a better job here moving forward. If you need help with instructions on how to request a refund through Apple - just reach out to support@heygoldie.com and we can help you.

Kommentare: Overall, we like it. We plan to fully transition by June 1.

Vorteile:

I like that I can schedule our 6 team-members from my phone or laptop, anytime. I like that it can handle our handful of different job categories, as well as our ever-growing client list. The reports and weekly updates are a total surprise to me, but I like them and think they will be useful as I learn about them more.

Nachteile:

I really dislike that there is no live chat or phone support. I'm glad I can email a human for help, but a much faster response time would be easier to achieve with phone or chat-and eould be valuable to me. Also if X job is billed at $40/hour, but booked for 2 hours, Id like to be able to have they system "know" that. But, it doesn't seem to be an option. For our business, there is no way it can be possible for clients to book appointments themselves, without a human touch. I wish I could permanently toggle that option off.

Kommentare: I think Goldie is the best booking system, I’ve paid for more expensive booking systems in the past and I was still so restricted in what I could do unlike Goldie

Vorteile:

Goldie is completely customisable unlike most other booking systems I have used, there’s no hidden costs. I like how you can decide if you pay or the client pays the processing fee and unlimited automated texts

Nachteile:

Personally, I used to use this booking system years ago and stopped as at the time everyone in my industry was on another booking system, I’m now back using Goldie and I’ve only had it up and running again for two days and I love it and truly won’t change booking systems again. Even my clients love it

The easy way to scheduled the appointment. Also not required you have a business registration.

Nachteile:

So far I like everything. I still not find a cons as yet.

Kommentare: My experience with Appointfix has been wonderful. The customer service is exceptional!! I had an issue with notifications and reminders failing to send. I reached out to customer service via email and got a response in less than 24hrs. The timeline given for correction was accurate and I was kept updated throughout the process. That experience gave me the confidence to know that I selected the right product for my needs.

Vorteile:

Ever since COVID happened, the way I schedule my clients and services has completely changed and my time is limited and more valuable than ever. It is critical that I do not have missed appointments/no shows because clients forget they had an appointment scheduled. This is where Appointfix has changed the game. The instant notifications when the appointment is made and the 24hr reminder of that appointment has eliminated missed appointments. It also allows me to fill cancelled appointments because any cancellations are made 24hours in advance. This has really made all the difference for me at a time when every appointment slot counts. I am more than pleased with this software and have recommended it to my colleagues.

Nachteile:

Periodically it will not sync between all my devices (4 in total) which will cause whichever device that I made or deleted an appointment on to not be accurate with the others. It doesn’t happen all the time but enough to be a bit frustrating

Kommentare: I absolutely love it. It has took my business completely off the ground and helped me keep things organized and not a scheduling mess up! It has all the correct features needed to successfully run an appointment book of your own for your business.

The layout. Design. Services. Online booking. Appointment reminders. Deposits for online booking. Payments. Clientele book. The color categories.

Nachteile:

I wish you could change the fonts and the font size. I wish you could add pictures of your work (portfolio) to your booking website for new clients to see before booking with you. A place to add a picture of yourself and your business card front and back. Also to change the round logo photo to other shapes as well. And change the background photo to not be a blown up blurry picture but maybe a horizontal rectangle instead of a vertical rectangle shape to fit an entire image or picture instead of just a piece of one to big and to blurry. I really really liked and miss the old colors you could choose from and the order they were in based on the color wheel, those colors offered more variety in different shades of each color. I wish you could put on your website that you are a mobile business where your address is to go instead of having to leave it blank. I wish there was something of a 'best routes' to take or to cover for a certain area according to each day maybe or something like that to save you travel time and distance between each appointment, saving you critical time in your day if your a mobile company like myself. Best route optimization? Or certain service areas covered for certain days in figuring out your booking when scheduling clients based on the location area they reside in for specific days serving those areas and giving the best route options for the appointments that day when scheduling them in the correct order ( if any of that makes sense lol )

Appointfix is a business necessity!

Vorteile:

The best about Appointfix is the amazing customer service. I have used them since 2017, they have expanded and become more popular since then and they have never lacked , only kept improving! Each customer service rep makes me feel like I am not talking to a robot or a computer, and they always follow up! Their software is the best, and I can sleep at night knowing that all of my reminders for my customers are going through and there is never confusion. I have my clients history there, and I also did not have to pay extra when the app increased in price , as I was “grandfathered” in with my original price which is great customer service and appreciation as well. I always have and will continue to recommend this program! It was a game changer for my tattoo business and my clients are ALWAYs impressed. Thank you so much Appointfix!

Nachteile:

My least favorite thing about this software, is that I can’t go to it on my computer, only a tablet or phone.

The best appointment app I’ve used

Kommentare: I have been really happy and should I need to upgrade to a multi appointment system for more employees, I will just upgrade - I won’t even look elsewhere for other appointment apps - this one does everything I need.

Vorteile:

I have a lot of positive comments about this app. It works! It’s easy to use, it’s not un-necessarily over complicated. Navigation through the app functions is easy to work out. I LOVE the text messaging marketing/appointment reminder functions - I have set up a custom reminder to send to update my clients about the clinic Covid policies, which has been great. If I’ve ever had a query using the software after a new update, the team have been so quick to respond.

Nachteile:

On the package I have, I can only login to the app on one device at a time which is not ideal.

Vorteile:

That it works across both Android and Apple platforms simultaneously. I use an Android Smart phone and an iPad. Works fine on both.

Nachteile:

I would rather the sms messages were sent from my own device. This would allow me to increase the content in the messages and alleviate the issue of clients replying and being confused as to which number to call.

Easy to use

Vorteile:

It's so easy to use. Make or break an appointment is the best. The reminders for the clients are sent automatically so you have less no shows and cancellations. This is the best program ever!

Sometime the reminders are not sent. That goofs my clients up.

If I would have to say something it would be on the schedule Sunday through Saturday being able to select Sunday through Saturday but marking off your closed days where others can see they are closed… As of right now I have to leave those days on and create a block that says I’m closed for me to recognize that but others just think I’m working that day but booked… So I would just like to be able to leave days of the week on the calendar as a visual and not be able to say I’m closed but not see it on the calendar, it’s a visual thing I think…Also maybe having an option to pre-pay for appointments booked online or to hold a card for payment for cancellation and no-shows

Kommentare: Having the online booking option has significantly decreased my time spent managing client appointments.

The best features is the option to schedule repeating appointments. This makes my schedule easier to manage on a 3 week rotation.

Nachteile:

I do wish the online booking was more customizable. For example, a last appointment of the day start time, and appointment slots that can be alotted to specific services.

Kommentare: I enjoy this up every single day , I never had any problems with this up and when I have question I send an email and customer service was always supportive
And most importantly my clients telling me every day how much they love to schedule there appointment by them selfs it’s really easy

I love this I Appointfix so much because it has so many good features, the scheduling really easy, put all information about the clients really easy, My clients loving it to get notification about there appointment, they also getting a reminder the day before (you can manually put the option when they get the reminder) And I can also send the follow up after the appointment, it’s just great, plus people can book the appointment online and it’s so easy for everyone and clients can reschedule also themselves This calendar makes my life so much easier!! I would recommend to everyone who have business scheduling appointments

Nachteile:

Few options can be better like instead of having few changing Wiew 1 day, 3 day , or week if I would of be able to zoom out that would be so much easier, because when you have people booked one after another you can’t really see who is booked unless you change the view for 1day or 3days

Kommentare: Good! Besides the bug glitches every so often. But it’s a newer app so I understand.

Vorteile:

Love the ease of using this app. Everything is very self explanatory for both the user and the client. Doesn’t complicate things but has enough features for someone running a salon/beauty studio. They’re also always updating the app to make it better which i appreciate!

Nachteile:

Wish there was more customizable questions to ask clients while they book. Right now there’s really only one but I could use the ability to add a few more! Also wish I could adjust the amount of services per client without physically adding more. Like plugging in a number or something next to the service. I also wish you could change the number that the automated texts are coming from. It goes from my personal number rather than my google voice number. I also wish I could integrate it with honey book since I use that for my brides. Would love to use the two together!

Vorteile:

Im a cosmetic tattooist and I was introduced to Appointfix over 1 year ago and can honestly say I have never looked back. It’s made my life so much easier to have my client database, my appointments, client history, the ability to generate revenue reports and have the option to send mass marketing messages to my clients all in the one app. Apart from the fact that I cannot recommend Appointfix enough, the customer support/service I have received is exceptional.

Nachteile:

The only thing I think I would like to see in the future is to be able to use this software on my P.C and have the option to send marketing material via email.

Kommentare: my biggest solve is having clients know the cost before they arrive, it customizable and sends you reminders too.

Vorteile:

I absolutely love the customization of the messages. The fact that I can add in my prices to my reminder message is a life saver. My clients are no longer surprised by the cost and are prepared. integration was simple since it was based on my existing contacts.

Nachteile:

The only negative I have about it is it uses your own phone number. I would recommend having a second line for this and your clientele so your personal life and work life don't overlap. if this had its own server i think it would then be perfect.
