A Lifesaver for our Company

Vorteile:

Literally one of the best tools I have in my arsenal! Delivra helps me reach my customers and potential customers in a professional and easy to use way. Every time I have contacted customer support they've been great to work with and help me resolve my issue easy - and usually it's user error not Delivra!

Nachteile:

The reporting is sometimes over whelming because I don't need it to be as intricate as it is. But for many I think this is exactly what they are looking for.

Kommentare: Great staff. Nice product, but getting started with the new system is a bumpy ride.

Vorteile:

Whenever I have had need to ask for help all staff are very friendly, personal, and helpful. They take suggestions seriously.

Nachteile:

New system rolled out recently has been full of glitches. It has many features that seem to be improved, but some features that I used in the older version are not available, though I am told they will be. I am not a very tech savvy person and would have preferred that glitches be smoothed out before I was changed over to the new version (though I have been able to switch back to the old version and work in the new version is there, so I can toggle back and forth between the two, if needed).

Easy to Learn and Collaborate

Vorteile:

What I like most about Delivra is the analytics and information the email sends provide me. I'm able to see who is accessing so I can determine if I want to follow up. The collaboration functions are also great.

Nachteile:

Sometimes adjusting the formatting to templates can be tricky but once you learn the process and get some practice it works well.

Great experience for companies who need a tool for automation

Vorteile:

The automation tools are awesome, easy to set up and easy to customize. As a software engineer, it was big for me to make sure the company we used had good api documentation, and so far all the documentation on the website of Delivra has helped us implement things well.

Nachteile:

I do wish some of the analytics were more customizable, more options to create views per conversion/purchases etc.

Great value for the cost

Delivra -- One, Two, Delivered!

Kommentare: Delivra has made it easier to reach our variable audiences with a front end user experience that guides you step-by-step through the campaign development process. As a newcomer to marketing emails, I've been slowly learning Best Practices along the way. Delivra also offers insights into the effectiveness of your communications, including click rates, etc. This data is an invaluable part of the process, as it helps us determine our impact and create realistic improvement goals for our campaigns. Delivra has proven to be an asset to our communication plans.

Vorteile:

We've been using Delivra to coordinate email campaigns to different audiences. The user experience is seamless and step-by-step; even the site colors were chosen for ease of use and accessibility. More than that, however, is that anyone can create a successful campaign, whether you've had marketing experience or not -- there's support there to help you every step of the way!

Nachteile:

I want to acknowledge that Delivra's customer service is built to support the client in every way, but I'd also like to learn how to solve more detailed issues as they arise myself. Being an expert in my area is important to me. The only improvement suggestion I can offer is to create more education materials for Delivra users on what some of the higher level errors mean and how to fix them for those that would want to take initiative.

Amazing support, like an extension of my own team

Kommentare: Delivra helped us through a really difficult and incredibly fast transition from our last email service provider. The team answered every question, hopped on phone calls, and completed the data migration for us on time -- no easy feat in less than two months! I couldn't be happier with the support that I get from the Delivra team. They are always available to give insight, answer questions, and make suggestions to improve our email campaigns; at this point, they feel like an extension of our own team. Processes like list segmentation that used to take hours can now be completed in minutes because of the custom extension tables that Delivra created for us during implementation. Manual coding in Dreamweaver to make our campaigns mobile-friendly is now done automatically in the Drag-and-Drop editor. Our open rates are going up because split testing can be set up so easily. We're now becoming a well-oiled, email marketing machine. Thank you, Delivra!

Vorteile:

The drag and drop editor, visualized segmentation, and the data reporting.

Nachteile:

Oddly, the site itself doesn't seem to be mobile friendly, or at least the system is difficult to navigate if the web browser isn't full screen. Sometimes the Drag and Drop editor can be a little difficult in that you can't often move some elements around and you have to recreate them instead. For example, a row of buttons within a text box can't just be lifted out of the text box and made into its low row--it has to be completely recreated. My graphic designers have also told me that the interface isn't as Mac-friendly or clean as they'd like. These are all very small things, though.

A fraction of the cost with as many bells and whistles as their competitors

Kommentare: We were using a competitor that cost a lot more because we were under the impression that the competitor was the best in the industry and they were the only ones that offered the features and benefits. After some detailed research we found Delivra and made the switch. We couldn't be happier with the great solution that Delivra has created for a fraction of the cost. Thank you!

Vorteile:

I really appreciated the responsiveness and how helpful the Support person was for me when my organization ran into some issues with Delivra. We were able to solve the problem quickly, and I was also able to learn more about how to use Delivra well.

Nachteile:

I think it can be confusing with contacts being able to be set as normal, but not being in categories/segments. It sounds silly now that I know how it works, but before I got support, navigating the contacts, categories, and segments was really confusing. I wish there was a way to view the contacts in a specific category - maybe there is and I just don't know

Excellent customer support

Kommentare: Whenever I have had issues, and let's face it all software will at sometime, Delivra's customer support is extremely responsive. That's not to say I have had to call them very often (it's just that we have some special characters that we use), it's just when you do, you know that they'll respond promptly!

Deliver makes email easy!

an application very easy to use with a very comfortable interface and has a support team helpful at all times. excellent application to automate processes with emails and good functionality from a programming and segmentation perspective. has very dynamic and fully customizable content

it is difficult to see something negative this application although perhaps for some companies this software could be expensive

Not bad, but wouldn't likely recommend

Vorteile:

Their support team is very responsive and helpful. The software also does its job. Has some solid automation options and good functionality from a scheduling and segmentation perspective.

Nachteile:

Their platform is pretty buggy, especially regarding HTML templates. I've had several emails break with my developers not really having any idea what they can do to resolve the issue.
