The app is extremely easy to use, and I really value the convenience it offers!

Nachteile:

The system does not provide options for call statuses like “wrong number” or “bad number”; it simply skips over them.

Kommentare: Overall, it's enjoyable, easy to follow, very efficient and totally helpful in my daily tasks

Vorteile:

Efficiency and straightforward. Easy to follow and track all pending lead's transactions. Helpful in attaining my everyday goal.

Nachteile:

I wish there's an option to stop the Inbound calls while you are doing outbound calls, so that there will never be a missed call

These people will steal your money...

Kommentare: During the free trial i was deceived by smrtphone representative to add money to the account balance, the functions for the usage of this product was never approve by them for i don't know what reasons, i never had the change to use not one time this product / service, and still they kept my money when i told them i did not want to use this product /service, it was a free trial period, and till they say they are not returning my money that i was deceived to deposit to the account balance, i am not sure if i will ever get my money back, but if i ever do i will update this review.

Vorteile:

Nothing, nothing, nothing, it is just impossible.

Nachteile:

Everything, specially customer support, you need to get assistance? good luck with that.

SmrtPhone is the only option!

Kommentare: Can’t live without it! Seriously - it is a crucial piece of our lead flow. It helps manage everything within our crm.

Vorteile:

The customer support has never let me down - they always help quickly when needed!

Nachteile:

Cost per phone number when I’m not using the marketing to that phone number is not super fun to pay for.

Smrtphone is the best way 💯

Kommentare: We love how fast and easy it is to use smrtphone. Super user friendly anyone can get around and navigate the system. The support chat is very helpful and efficient to respond back.

Vorteile:

We love the fact that we can use the App when we are on the go. Not only that but we get to do live transfers between teams.

Nachteile:

No cons I’ve used other phone systems hands down smrtPhone is the way!

Great phone system!

Kommentare: Very good experience. Customer support is always prompt when I have an issue.

Vorteile:

Integrations and API features. Mobile and desktop extension. IVR system, call routing.

Nachteile:

I like that users can be assigned their own caller ID however if I want them to have more than one caller ID assigned there’s no option for that. They either just see their direct caller ID of all of the caller IDs for the company. There’s not an in between.

OG SmartPhone

Kommentare: I’ve used it for years and it works great.

Vorteile:

It connects with Podio seem less. I love the Dialer function for calling our older leads in the system. Just create a campaign and hit the start button.

Nachteile:

The mobile app and connectivity on incoming calls.

If the podio profiles automatically created a contact so you didn’t have to program on podio

A great phone system for Podio!

Kommentare: I have had great customer support (actual people!!) and they always do their best to quickly help me out.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to work on the road using the app. I love the fact that I can get all of my contacts synced easily from my CRM.

Nachteile:

I wish the inbox was easier to use on the mobile app.

smrtPhone is my new favorite employee

Kommentare: I can't imagine working without it now. It had changed the way I do things and made me more efficient.

Vorteile:

If you are not in the office the app works so the caller doesn’t know it. Text Messaging always gets a reply. I like how it automatically syncs contacts and I have a record of everything I do - and it’s recorded in case I missed a detail. I wish I had it sooner!!!

Nachteile:

I do have problems with calls dropping sometimes but it's always when someone calls me from their car. It's understandable.

It’s functionality and flexibility is the best feature.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the texting doesn’t go directly to the line for tracking. It happens when we start a new text. It works properly if we go to an existing text message. It happens with new ones.

Moved from Forefront to Smrtphone

Kommentare: The follow up by the Smrt phone team has been excellent. They made sure I understood what to do and spend the time necessary to followup on the many small details in the transition.

Vorteile:

My CRM is Forefront and I had used their phone numbers exclusively, so a new system was completely new to me. I found it challenging at first, but the online followup with their customer service personnel and the good working relationship and knowledge of the Smrt phone people and those at Forefront, made the transition easier.

Nachteile:

I have never used another system, so this was all new to me. I love the Forefront CRM and their numbers were already integrated. Adding a new system was a challenge for me.

Great tool - would highly recommend

Vorteile:

Product has been easy to use and pick up within the first couple of weeks of work

Nachteile:

I wish there was a way to quickly label contacts so we knew who was inbound calling

How SmrtPhone help me

Kommentare: It was great since the SmrtPhone is user-friendly and it does not have a lot of known issues.

Vorteile:

On how the leads assigned to me in the Records session. There is no confusion when it comes to accessing it.

Nachteile:

Keeping duplicate records. I noticed that there multiple were duplicate data

Fairly easy to manage conversations and links well to my CRM.

Nachteile:

When you text people, if you have multiple numbers, you need to make sure you are using the correct number, whereas calls will automatically select the most previous number used.

Nachteile:

I couldn't put a pause on my account unfortunately.. I would've liked to pause and come back where I left off - but i can't pause, I can only cancel the membership.

What I love most about smrtPhone is their customer support. They have a live-chat service that is always available when we have any questions about the product.

Nachteile:

Better way to customize reports with filters, etc.

Running multiple venues and having more than a hundred employees Smart Phone is integral to a clean operation. It keeps me from making my managers give our their personal information to baseline staff.
