Vorteile:

We really like the Tidaro app and primarily use it for parking reservations. It is intuitive, easy to use, and works reliably. So far, we have not encountered any major issues, and it fully meets our expectations.

Nachteile:

As mentioned above, we are currently fully satisfied with the app. The only downside is the price, which is slightly higher than our business requirements, but quality comes at a cost.

Kommentare: The application is user friendly. The manuals are well done. My colleagues got used to app fast.
If we ask for a change or any fix everything is proceed promptly.
I really like the graphics of the application!

Vorteile:

Very effective communication from the beginning. Our needs were met and on some we are still waiting. But we were informed ahead of time that it might take longer. During the onboarding process and kick off, the support team was available for our requests.

Nachteile:

I have nothing to complain about. The only one thing which I would do differently was to try to transfer booked slots from old application (previous vendor) to Tidaro just to keep users happy. I didnt have this option on mind during the onboarding, so the users had to book everything again when switching to Tidaro. Some of them were not happy because they lost their booked desks or spots for couple days.

Nothing major, maybe when choosing free parking spot there could be car park overview for all areas or possibility to switch in overview

from the backend perspective: there could be kind of personalisation option like: company logo, company related help for users.

Flexible tool for easy managing company parking spots

Kommentare: My experience as an Administrator user in the company is really good. Working together has solved many problematic issues regarding parking management. Extensive reporting provides many opportunities for analysis.

Vorteile:

Tidaro is a flexible fool with various features which helps employees to manage their company parking spot booking. There is an option to book for all day, book for hours, release spot in easy way or joint to the waiting list if available pool is run out of free spots.

Nachteile:

There is no such a thing. the tool is complete and useful.

Tidaro - Manage your office in one place

Vorteile:

Tidaro's biggest advantage is definitely its user-friendliness. Navigating the platform, reserving a desk, and booking a parking space every day is very simple. In case of any problems, the support team responds really quickly.

Nachteile:

Having used Tidaro for almost two years, we have not encountered any disadvantages of this application, and none of the employees have complained about anything.

User-friendly application which solves our everyday issues

Kommentare: We were looking for user-friendly application to implement shared parking spots and desks in the office. I had 3 meetings with the potential suppliers and we chose Tidaro because of the right combination of costs and user-friendly environment. From that time I never regret this decision, we have very good communication with the supplier and I would recommend it strongly.

Vorteile:

Tidaro is easy to use, the implementation was very easy without any support from our IT department. The users started to use Tidaro from one day to another. The client support works perfectly, I appreciate that the developers ask for feedback and come with new features quite often.

Nachteile:

If there is something to be improved I am used to send it as my feedback and we always come to a solution.

Overall very smooth but could be better

Vorteile:

The ease of use and I also have to mention the amazing customer support. Thanks [sensitive content hidden] ! The app is very important since it makes it easy for colleagues to go into the office knowing that there is still space for them or planning ahead of time.

Nachteile:

Sometimes when i try to restrict desks for multiple days for external guests after 3 desks the office area gets reset to my own so i have to go back and continue restricting desks, it's not a huge deal but it could be better,
