It's fast and efficient, I used it to transcript before - even with the free version - and the quality is top tier.

Nachteile:

With the free trial, I had the English language but I'm from Italy and the audio file was in Italian. The transcriptor translated it in English, so it was a bit hard to translate back! Although, the translation in English was reaaaally good.

Improve dashboard and AI

Kommentare: In the overall i think there are other apps that have more features for less price.

Vorteile:

I used to like the AI, after every meeting the AI generates de hotkeys, a general resume, and now, you have to ask for it. This feature used to help to be more efficient.

Nachteile:

Improve the dashboard, in order to have every thing there in only one view. Improve to have preselected AI prompts, and a list of people to send after the meeting.

Honest recommendation

Kommentare: Fast, high-quality and very, very accurate transcription at a level of 90% accuracy in Hebrew. When there aren't many tools that transcribe at a quality level in this language, this is a great advantage. It is also very convenient for editing the text at the same time as listening to the transcript. Allows separating the speakers and changing their names. And there is also an artificial intelligence function that can be used to ask questions about the text. As someone who has over 22 hours of interviews to transcribe - I don't know how I would do it without this tool.

Vorteile:

The best transcription tool in Hebrew, much better in quality and accuracy than all other tools, free and paid.

Nachteile:

Nothing. truly! I really had an excellent experience using it, about a year ago when I was working on research for a seminar paper and I'm back to it now, after trying quite a few other tools and they didn't do the job...

Easy to use with minor hiccups

The quick uploading, transcription, and various (English) accent recognitions. The app's affordability is a BIG plus for freelance professionals like me.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, the application acts weird when I am trying to edit it in the app. It will automatically start scrolling up and down when editing or will not allow me to edit. I got really frustrated the other day. I had to down the transcription file and edit it while listening to the audio on the app. So laborious!

Unable to add top up minutes, have to upgrade or cancel and re-subscribe.

To be honest, for an application like that, I don't have something to complain. May be the "name" of the person is not well transcripted but it's okay.
