Administrating multiple e-commerce channels is super easy. The build in integrations are powerful and save a lot of programming costs.

Nachteile:

The documentation lacks in some cases - but the support is always ready to answer and solve our issues.

Vorteile:

The administration interface is very intuitive and available in several languages, smooth learning curve. Technical and customer support is exquisite.

Nachteile:

I'd like to see more language options in knowledge base and dev documentation.

Kommentare: If you grow you online business to new countries this administration will helps a lot. I just added another domain for another country and it is still managed in the same administration.

Nachteile:

I was not able to call with support by phone. But they are available via chat and emails, responding within an hour. They made a ticket so it was easy to follow up my request in time.

I can manage 5 e-shops from one admin.

beautiful UI and personal approach of the team. Migration is a big deal for e-shop as platform change is always critical, but team made it clear and professional always communicating what is going to happen in advance

Nachteile:

it is only a part of e-shop architecture, you need frontstore agency to develop the visual part of shop as well take care of SEO, marketing or any other activities. TheShop is pure headless administration not a complete box solution.

Have not faced any const or dificulties so far.
