Pretty nifty bit of tech!!

Kommentare: I love it - it was by chance I stumbled across the system but so happy I did.

Vorteile:

I was doing some research for a company when I came across Effy and just loved the ease of it. Typically when asking employees to complete forms there is often resistance but with an Effy form it's so quick and easy.

Nachteile:

It's a bit of a faff setting it up but once it's done and you've done it a few times it's less time-consuming.

Easy set up and highly customizable

Vorteile:

-Easily customizable questions -Pre-made templates for easy setup -Multiple roles that allow subordinates and peers to review -Review progress tracking -Great customer support (executive management reached out to make sure we had a good experience)

Nachteile:

-Free plan is only for very small teams -Pro plan is a big pricy for teams between 5-15 (assuming 30-40 reviews)

Definitely recommended for better and easier employee reviews!

Kommentare: Effy AI makes the entire review process for employees so much easier but still very helpful and effective.

Vorteile:

Helpful guidance in building questions for employee reviews. The AI features are great too. It help guide the reviewee in a conversational manner and summarizes all the reviews in a very readable format.

Nachteile:

No negatives at this time. I am overall very pleased with Effy.

360 Review

Kommentare: Generally positive; using the platform primarily for 360 reviews as there is high demand for them within the company

Vorteile:

Easy to use, has various templates that we can utilize for reviews

Nachteile:

Payment method (# of free reviews available before charge is applied) could have been more clear

Great AI based Performance Management Software

Kommentare: Easy to setup with good UX. Works best for a small team/company size.

Vorteile:

Ease of creating review. Report consolidation after the review. Creating different types of review with AI. AI prompts the respondents to answer the question effectively by rephrasing the question to entice an answer.

Nachteile:

Could have an AI prompt to rephrase the question while in edit mode. More HR features to make it a one-solution to manage the team and performance.

Easy performance review platform

Vorteile:

I like how the system is so easy and intuitive to use. There are lots of options that you can choose for the form questions type, and how it has plenty of supporting features to ease your company’s performance reviews, peer reviews, and more.

Nachteile:

The anonymity option comes with paid features, however if you are a small-mid company, it doesn’t really matter since you can already tell who’s reviewing who.

Effy is an easy tool for the fair price

Kommentare: I really appreciate how effy team is responsive but there is still a lot of space for improvement.

Vorteile:

Customer support, they really always try to explain and help

Nachteile:

There is no settings to launch survey in a bulk, requires to click every employee to run a survey. No analytics in the context of the whole company, specific departments etc

We only were able to utilize the free option so any constraints I image would've been resolved with the premium plan.

Administrator Review

Vorteile:

The handling of information volume, traceability, and strategic analysis of the results.

Nachteile:

Have no cons yet, we are fresh users. So far the experience is great

Free version only has 5 users. Paid version need to purchase for more users and also previous 5 free users.

Vorteile:

Clarity of final individual reports and the visualization + automatic generation of qualitative reports to help managers with their 1:1s.

Nachteile:

It does not allow setting weights to questions or to reviewer-types, and it does not allow analysis for company's overall performance and areas of improvement

Effy simplified the way we conduct anual PDP's

Vorteile:

The thing I like the most is the user-friendly interface. Before that we were using a complicated Excel file.

Nachteile:

I would like Effy to automatically change the questions from the manager perspective to self review. It is a bit time consuming to reformulate them.

Easy to set up. Good user interface Responsive customer support. Targeted, cost effective solutioin

Nachteile:

They have some templates to work with but it would be helpful if they had more- I would imagine this will be expanded in the future

I like the functionality of the review the most, because it is incredibly useful. You can create your own question templates, limit access, select reviewers, a well-configured notification process, and there is synchronization with Slack.

Nachteile:

I didn't notice. We are completely satisfied with the functionality

Kommentare: If you need a specific tool for some specific process to ease your daily routine, it is very good.

Quick start system is love

Kommentare: With the help of Effy, we implemented the Performance Review processes. Team leaders of our teams manage this process on their own. Using Effy, you can evaluate hard and soft skills, get convenient and quick feedback from colleagues, and make a PDP for employee development. Due to this, we try to increase efficiency and develop our teams.

Vorteile:

After we chose Effy, I decided to set up the system myself. In 3 days, I set up and launched the first feedback collection. It was very simple and easy. In the system, any customization is done without difficulty.

Nachteile:

It will be cool when the system has built-in analytics

Kommentare: We have been using it for almost 2 years. It really makes life easier for employees, managers, and the HR departmetn.

Vorteile:

It's a really user-friendly product, you don't need any instruction to start using it.

Nachteile:

We're waiting for more new features and functionalities.
