Skype ist leicht zu bedienen und perfekt wenn man viel unterwegs ist, da man es auch mobil leicht nutzen kann.

Nachteile:

es ist ein simples Tool und hat nicht spezielle Features

Vorteile:

Skype ist für mich einer der besten Messenger. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist intuitiv und Skype bietet eine Vielzahl von Funktionen (animierte Emojis, senden von GIFs). Zusätzlich war mir eine gute Mobile App wichtig und auch das hat Skype sehr gut gelöst. Man Skype auch hervorragend als Telefonersatz nutzen, wenn man sein Konto mit entsprechendem Guthaben auflädt, was ich allerdings erst einmal ausprobiert habe.

Nachteile:

Ich habe nichts zu meckern und bin vollkommen zufrieden mit Skype. Für meine Bedürfnisse passt es perfekt und im täglichen Gebrauch vermisse ich keine Features.

Für berufliche Zwecke z.B Meeting oder lernen mega praktisch

Kommentare: Mega gute Software die man für viele verschiedene Dinge nutzen kann ,Z.B Chat Videochat und Unterricht im Livestream.

Dass man es kostenlos nutzen kann,Und während des videochatten schreiben kann.

Nachteile:

Bis jetzt habe ich noch keinen Kritikpunkt, Falls ich das ändert melde ich mich.

It's a well known brand and people trust it for meeting about both business uses and casual needs like playing games online with friends while keeping a voice chat open without using cell phones.

Vorteile:

It lets any user access remote contact for free and without needing to worry about cell calling limits while providing instant access to powerful tools like streaming your own screen via screen sharing. A game changer for quick day to day meetings in any workplace scenario whether that's an artist to a client showing progress or within a 30 person office for a monthly progress meeting.

Nachteile:

Occasional discconnection issues and needing to share passwords to formal meetings are standard across programs like these, annoying but not limited to Skype by any means.

A basic tool that does its job

Kommentare: My experience is overall satisfactory. I don't need advanced features, it's enough for chats and calls between 2/3 people . Issues are not overwhelming.

Vorteile:

It serves the purposes of most basic communication activities, I use it mainly for instant messaging with co-workers and for alignment calls.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the call quality is not the best and some messages arrive late.

Kommentare: It was good in it’s prime time. The calls were reliable and serve its purpose in connecting our teams communication.

Vorteile:

It was great during it’s time. Before Teams, Skype was the best app to use for communication. We even use it for virtual phone.

Nachteile:

It was just a communication application. Other microsoft applications couldn’t be integrated, unlike Teams.

One of the best and classic VOIP services

Kommentare: Skype is one of the best VOIP services around. Although some corporate services have moved over to Zoom or Teams as they are integrated, Skype still outshines them when it comes to calling clients or people who have little to no internet access. It works for me all the time

Vorteile:

I like that I can use Skype to call regular phone lines by loading credits. This enables me to have meetings with people and clients around the world with little to no internet access.

Nachteile:

Depending on where you are calling, the credits can be expensive.

Kommentare: Skype is relevant and powerful in 2024. It evolves with its business need and has a good reputation worldwide. Its stability is why I use it.

Vorteile:

I like the availability to call friends and colleagues in different countries due to its stability of video conferencing and its robust features.

Nachteile:

Skype’s interaction with other services isn’t as seamless as other alternatives. For businesses that rely on other products in conjunction this could be an issue.

It is very convenient. I like that you can mention people in chats, and have multiple chats. I like the option of video chats.

Nachteile:

The quality of the picture is not too great, especially if more than 10 people join.

Kommentare: I have been using Skype for 16 years both for work and communication with my family and friends. All messages are end-to-end encrypted. Skype is user-friendly and free to use.

Vorteile:

It is secure. I like the quality of video and audio. Skype Credit allows to call mobiles and landlines.

Nachteile:

Free version of Skype may have Ad inserts

Kommentare: Skype has been a great tool that I've used in the past couple of months as a way of communicating with family members and business partners alike across the world via audio-video. However, it's privacy concerns and limited features really drive me away from using it regularly.

Vorteile:

I can learn almost anything virtually and therefore have the skills to work anywhere in the world. For example, I recently had a financial wellness webinar where I learned a lot about budgeting, taxes, and more.

Nachteile:

Skype has faced privacy concerns related to data security and encryption so I tend to use other software like Google Meet and Zoom.

That you can use it for to call a landline or cellphone, and sms messaging. You can use it for video calling and even screen sharing. And it's very easy to use.

Nachteile:

It's great if your just using it for Skype to Skype messaging or calling but it can be a little pricey if you want to use the Skype to landline feature.

Connecting the World One Call at a Time

Kommentare: My Overall experience with skype is awesome and appreciating the likes that I can make video calls, voice calls, messaging and even make group video calls either for work or family meet ups

Vorteile:

I love many things about skype! One of the things I like most about Skype is the ability to connect with friends and family from anywhere in the world. It allows me to face-to-face conversations, even when I cant be physically together. Skype also offers a wide range of futures like screen sharing, file sharing, and group calls, which make it a versatile and convenient communication tool.

Nachteile:

I can't speak for everyone, but I find the user interface of Skype to be a bit overwhelming at times. especially for new users.

Basic Conference Tool

Vorteile:

Everyone knows how to use it especially in markets where it is still a dominant voip tool. I am glad Microsoft is still keeping at afloat as many small businesses such as dealerships use it. Some EU markets are still active on Skype and it helps to stay connected to customers this way.

Nachteile:

With years it became worse and much more integrated into other Microsoft tools. Having ability to buy minutes and call locally is great, but the quality is not always there.

I would prefer skype to teams any day

A solution for companies

Kommentare: Very pleased. It offers all the resources I need to get closer to my clients and to present my work

Vorteile:

The possibility of meeting people from anywhere in the world in a very practical way. In addition to the question and answer options that make all the difference when I'm talking to my clients.

Nachteile:

Image quality. Clients have sometimes questioned the quality when I'm presenting the work I've commissioned.

Great internal communication app

Skype is Simple

Kommentare: Skype is simple and easy to use, but mostly geared toward the individual consumer and not businesses. It is not able to keep up with the demand of remote multi-person meetings that we experience in the business world today.

Vorteile:

Skype pioneered the video call experience, and remains a secure connection for internet calls. Both the older and younger generations can benefit from its simplicity.

Nachteile:

Skype lacks the ability to create quick meetings with multiple people by sending out one link, so it is not as useful for group calls.

Easy to use for video call

Kommentare: Ive been using skype for 10 yrears and I've been satisfied mostly.

Vorteile:

Using skyp is very easy that even my 70 year old father can use. Its easy and mostly free to video call.

Nachteile:

It uses a lot of data , so when the internet is not powerful the call freezes and you cant see the other side.
