Eventleaf saved our conference

Kommentare: I made the decision to switch to Eventleaf just 2 weeks before the conference. We had been using a competitor's product for the previous 3 months and needed a system with more flexibility and a focus on a smooth on-site check-in process. I imported our online registrations into Eventleaf and we used their amazing mobile check-in app to provide a registration experience that was a pleasant experience for our attendees and our conference staff! For this reason, alone Eventleaf saved our conference!

Vorteile:

Eventleaf gave me the ability to completely offload the parts of conference planning I always dread. The most arduous tasks (collecting exhibitor profiles, updating speaker biographies, and changing the conference agenda) are automatically managed by the system. And the result is a beautiful and engaging conference web site and a companion mobile app that are always in sync. I will never create my own conference web site again!

Nachteile:

If I had one complaint about Eventleaf, it would be regarding the lack of documentation. Although there are a few good videos we used for end-user training on specific features (e.g. the QR code badge scanner app), the software needs a comprehensive training manual for the event planner. I would also love it if the Sponsor management system worked like the exhibitor/speaker management system that is now in place. Ideally, it would be wonderful to have an end-to-end experience where the customer goes from purchase to profile upload and their information automatically appears on the exhibitor/sponsor page when the planner approves the purchase.

Best Website for Hosting a Conference

Kommentare: I have used the free version of EventLeaf for two small events (about 50 attendees each). My experience has been great. The set up for a conference event is easy and there are many options with the free. I have printed attendee badges, set up exhibitors and granted access to each vendor to add their own information. I like that you can email the attendees and include a PDF if needed. This next event Im hosting I am going to go to the business side as this will allow check-in of attendees. This is a very important feature as last year we had people try to snap photos of the registered attendees as we had a paper version. There are many features that I have not yet used, but as my business continues to grow, I will be looking into them, such as the polls and questions for attendees, virtual options. I also will be moving to using the registration for vendors next event. Currently only use for the attendees

Vorteile:

ease of use, customer service is outstanding, set up of event on website, features available. I absolutely love this website. Before I began hosting this event, all registrations, notifications, marketing was done via email format. This took the conference to the next level.

Nachteile:

Not many color options available for overall website color of event. The cost for a business profile is steep, however nice that you can email customer service for different options based on event needs. I host small a small conference once a year, so the base price doesnt make sense for me to pay. Tiered options would be great, based on size of event.

A helpful conferencing tool

Vorteile:

Helps guide the process of organizing a conference. Allows for smooth process to plan agenda.

Nachteile:

Restricted customization for event website and naming conventions.

A must have for event planning and registration!

Kommentare: This application was a life saver for me.

Vorteile:

The simplicity of set up and the automation. This product is better than any other of used so far. It even allows for sponsors and instructors to edit their own sections!

Nachteile:

I wish I had a need to use more of the features.

I would have loved a step-by-step guide to help me get started with setting up an event for the first time.

Eventleaf - an unusual name - a really good alternative choice

Kommentare: We found the registration process meets our needs and het company has been very accommodating for our very small non-profit organization.

Vorteile:

Once an event is created and launched notifications are received for review quickly. Also, the ability to customize the content for your organization.

Nachteile:

Once the event is created it seems challenging to make updates to the information

Excellent Event Management System

Kommentare: We have really enjoyed using Eventleaf for all of our needs regarding the demonstrations we host on site. The depth that Eventleaf has is vast and we are excited to continue exploration and utilization of all its capabilities in the future.

Vorteile:

Eventleaf has been very helpful in streamlining the check in process at our events. Guests are constantly impressed by the sleek design and simple process. On our end, it has been extremely helpful in setting up guest events around the demonstrations hosted on site. The wireless guest badge printing and sign in process has helped our check in area stay organized and seamless. The data collection acquired after every event has been vital in tracking our efficiency and influx of attendees. Most importantly, the customer service offered by Eventleaf has been unmatched regarding any questions or issues that may arise with the software. They've been able to assist with everything from financing to tutorial help on how to use the software to its full capability.

Nachteile:

One issue we noticed with Eventleaf is that the printing quality for badges from the iPad is lower than the printing capabilities from the desktop. We wish there was a way to edit the resolution used for printing from the app on the iPad.

Positive Experience with Eventleaf

Vorteile:

We have found the eventleaf software to be incredibly helpful for our training event. We have used other registration softwares in the past that were not nearly as beneficial. We loved that we could customize the page with our branded colors and logos. It makes for a seamless transition between our webpage and the EventLeaf site. We could even customize the URL! We were excited to be able to upload our contacts and send them from this platform, instead of having to use another platform to communicate. We are excited to have an integrated app that we can edit and customize. We loved how the software is structured for our event. It is easy to know where all the different pieces of information go. The default confirmations are great too, and we don’t have to create everything from scratch. We look forward to our future events with EventLeaf and only wish we had found it sooner!

Nachteile:

We have been very happy with Eventleaf thus far.

Eventleaf is both user friendly and cost-effective

Kommentare: As an Event Coordinator, I have researched and used several different event management software programs. I chose and have used Eventleaf by Jolly Technologies for several years because it is extremely user friendly as well as cost effective. I highly recommend Eventleaf to my colleagues and several have also chosen this program for their company because they also found that the site is.

Vorteile:

Eventleaf has all of the bells and whistles that other well-known programs have as well as a lot of other pluses. I am able to manage several events simultaneously within my agency’s organization page. The well-structured dashboard allows me to track and manage registration; keep track of sales; and engagement activities. The program enables me to design my own website with a personalized URL to drive registrants to the event. Eventleaf can link directly to hotels, manage speakers and exhibitors, and produce a well laid out agenda. I am able to manage registration and attendee information throughout the event as well as checking-in, payments, and class sessions. My favorite part of Eventleaf is the engagement component that administers invitations, reminders, and notifications all within the site which means my inbox does not get over whelmed. However, if I want to, I can forward requests to my agency email. During the event, Eventleaf allows me to use polls to engage attendees. After the event, Eventleaf can be used for follow-up surveys. The program is an annual cost that varies by the number of annual registrants.

Nachteile:

Eventleaf is constantly upgrading its program to address market changes. If there were things I did not like, I reach out to the support group and they help me.

Intuitive, functional, and well supported

Vorteile:

Very easy set-up, quite intuitive after going through a basic product demo. We love the survey feature, and while we haven't used the 'polls' feature yet, we're excited to employ the feature in our next event. Love the attendee segmentation, and ability for user-customized agendas. Also, the attendee mobile app is a great feature.Finally, in our experience, the support has been fantastic, from the original product demo, all the way through to getting solid answers to questions we've asked along the way.

Nachteile:

A couple minor interface issues...-Changing the times of events on the agenda is a little cumbersome, but nothing serious.-We'd like to have the option for certain content of the website to be able to be restricted based on attendee type or group. For example, when a user registers as a specific attendee type, it only shows that attendee the events that are applicable to them (Great feature). In addition, it would be nice if there were some website content fields that could only be shown to a certain user type, instead of just the customized agenda.

Experiencing Event Leaf

Kommentare: I have been using eventleaf for a number of years now, and it has always been my go-to tool for registration.

Vorteile:

It is easy to navigate, and the payment process and payout processes are remarkably not complex.

Nachteile:

I didn't like that the software does not keep people who register together in terms of registering in a group under a specific company. We have gotten complaints from participants about the 6% credit card processing fees.

Great communication from support team, and a great product!

Vorteile:

A straightforward interface is easy to use and understand. Having different needs for levels of event planning, I have found this product to be great for smaller event coordination with the option to upgrade for larger events. We have held smaller events with 50 participants and used the program with ease, as well as larger events with participant numbers up to 1,000. Pricing tiers are great for companies of any size - with even a free option. The option to print nametags for planned attendees was a nice feature. I receive regular updates from the Eventleaf team and find them very helpful. This is a product that is affordable, easy to use, and I would defenitley reccomend.

Nachteile:

I did find an issue that once I had changed a date for an event I was unable to make a few edits to who had registered. I was able to contact customer support and they advised me on how to correct my error. Turns out it was my mistake - my complaint was that it wasn't easy to determine my error. However, I would not call this a "con" as the customer sopport was top-notch.

Event Leaf Review

Kommentare: Overall we are satisfied on the app, we are able to ease alot of bottle neck during the event and make our program to run smooth.

Vorteile:

What I like most is that the app actually helps to ease bottle neck during an event. 1. Pre-registration and actual registration - We were able to know the actual confirm attendees on the event and be able to have surveys in one platform same as the platform through out the event. Also, registration during events usually cause long ques of looking names of the attendees and signature, but here using barcode that will just needs to scan it ease ques on the registration. 2. Announcement during breaks - Attendees usually go to different areas on the venue and sometimes organizer needs to check areas to check attendees in this we just send announcement on the app that the program resumes, or announcement on the event program for the preparation of atteendees most likely if its a big crowd.

Nachteile:

the least that I like is that is have additional feature like a survey that we can easily show the survey results. or anything that we can use in the program. So that there will one app that we will be used through out of the event

Full package - meets all our event needs

Kommentare: A breeze to set up, great customer service, and an excellent user experience. Looking forward to opening up for registrations and using the full feature set!

Vorteile:

Great UI and straightforward to set up. Your event is automatically converted to a website which can be customised to your organisation. Registration forms are great and support conditional logic, and registrants are able to add another attendee at checkout. Easy integration with Stripe for registration fees. We haven't spent much time with the scheduling yet but are confident that it will create an easy-to-use agenda for attendees.

Nachteile:

Pricing is aimed towards large events, but the customer service team has been helpful in providing a solution for our small not-for-profit event.

I love how robust this platform is. Our organization researched a few different platforms and for the scope of our three day conference, this checked almost every box. We appreciate the customer service that also goes along with the tool, including the technology partnership with Hartford to make our onsite processes straightforward for staff and attendees.

Nachteile:

The only thing we would recommend would be a more robust or extensive support library. While there are many how to guides, this area overall could be more user friendly.

Amazing results and great performance

Kommentare: In a healthcare organization, the applications for attendance is huge. But with Eventleaf managing this complex task is smooth and very efficient.

Vorteile:

The software helped me manage the influx of attendees so well with all the information intact. The customization was so reliable and flexible.

Nachteile:

The survey results and leads were little sketchy. We wanted more specific outcomes which was later fixed by the customer service.

Eventleaf will help you present your materials in a professional manner and the ability to gather and track your contacts all in one place is a bonus that business owners can't afford NOT to have. The only con that the software runs for Windows only but overall, considering what you get for such an affordable price structure, that's is a very small speed bump! Add to the above that if your event is free, so is your use of Eventleaf, you really have nothing to lose by trying it out. The really is a helpful product and I encourage anyone to give it a try- you will not regret it!

Small Size Business Event Planning

Vorteile:

We love that we can have a dedicated website to share links to our clients and staff. Being able to present all of our event details in one area is the reason we choose to utilize EventLeaf

Nachteile:

It would be nice if we could change the names of some of the Dialog boxes so we can utilize pages for something different than it was originally intended for. ie. the hotels/ accommodations page is rarely used, so we'd love to be able to use it for something else and we are never able to change the "Choose Room" button. So it looks out of place.

Reasonable budget for business events

Vorteile:

I ordered the event leaf platform as a "last-minute decision" because my event is very near after exploring 3-4 platforms to select one of them. At the beginning, I chose eventleaf because they accepted my client's very low budget. However, I was amazed of the ease of using the backend, I admired how immediately any changes are applied.For my future events, I think I will use eventleaf.

Nachteile:

The mobile app is very easy to be used by the average jo. However, I think it needs to load faster than now. The waiting time should go lower.

Affordable Full-Service Event Management

Kommentare: I love Eventleaf! It is easy to use, provides everything you need to host a successful event.

Vorteile:

As a small office responsible for coordinating a major event, using Eventleaf felt like I had tripled my staff. The platform produced a high-quality registration page. Provided attendees using the app to use self-check-in and view agenda. Has an event survey and communication tool, as well as created professional looking name tags. Excellent platform!

Nachteile:

Setting up the self-check-in required the user to complete a waiver. I'm unsure why a waiver is needed. I simply wanted to have those who wanted to bypass the registration table with an option to check-in. Additionally, I wanted to create an invitation using the platform. However, the invitation produced was too generic. When I uploaded my JPEG file as the content, when the recipient receives it they have to download the image. How do I send without recipients needing to download the image?

Eventleaf made setting up my event so easy

Vorteile:

With a small team for event planning, Eventleaf made it easy for me to set up an event page and start taking registrations in the same day.

Nachteile:

With all of the amazing features Eventleaf is offering, I'm finding it difficult to say anything I don't like.

Easy to Use!

Kommentare: Great! I was familiar with the company from my previous employer but I was not instrumental in setting up our events. Now I am.

User friendly platform. [sensitive content hidden] in customer service is efficient and quick at getting back to me.

Sponsor logos are not lining up straight when viewing on my iPhone12.

Our experience has been very positive!

Kommentare: I organized a small charitable event in my local community recently and used the Eventleaf free edition. Simply put, Eventleaf takes the guess work out of event planning. And, because my event was free, so was Eventleaf!! On the plus side for Eventleaf, business people who attended, commented on the way the event was organized. So as a token of appreciation to Eventleaf, we introduced them to the product. So, I guess the saying is true; One good turn deserves another! Everything in this product is highly and easily customizable from the invitations to the I.D badges. You can design your event page so that it makes a real impact that makes it stand out from the crowd. The product offers unmatched design flexibility and is compatible with social media platforms which makes it essential for advertising your event. Overall, the experience I had was very positive and I would highly recommend this product to others.
