Eventleaf saved our conference

Kommentare: I made the decision to switch to Eventleaf just 2 weeks before the conference. We had been using a competitor's product for the previous 3 months and needed a system with more flexibility and a focus on a smooth on-site check-in process. I imported our online registrations into Eventleaf and we used their amazing mobile check-in app to provide a registration experience that was a pleasant experience for our attendees and our conference staff! For this reason, alone Eventleaf saved our conference!

Vorteile:

Eventleaf gave me the ability to completely offload the parts of conference planning I always dread. The most arduous tasks (collecting exhibitor profiles, updating speaker biographies, and changing the conference agenda) are automatically managed by the system. And the result is a beautiful and engaging conference web site and a companion mobile app that are always in sync. I will never create my own conference web site again!

Nachteile:

If I had one complaint about Eventleaf, it would be regarding the lack of documentation. Although there are a few good videos we used for end-user training on specific features (e.g. the QR code badge scanner app), the software needs a comprehensive training manual for the event planner. I would also love it if the Sponsor management system worked like the exhibitor/speaker management system that is now in place. Ideally, it would be wonderful to have an end-to-end experience where the customer goes from purchase to profile upload and their information automatically appears on the exhibitor/sponsor page when the planner approves the purchase.

Best Website for Hosting a Conference

Kommentare: I have used the free version of EventLeaf for two small events (about 50 attendees each). My experience has been great. The set up for a conference event is easy and there are many options with the free. I have printed attendee badges, set up exhibitors and granted access to each vendor to add their own information. I like that you can email the attendees and include a PDF if needed. This next event Im hosting I am going to go to the business side as this will allow check-in of attendees. This is a very important feature as last year we had people try to snap photos of the registered attendees as we had a paper version. There are many features that I have not yet used, but as my business continues to grow, I will be looking into them, such as the polls and questions for attendees, virtual options. I also will be moving to using the registration for vendors next event. Currently only use for the attendees

Vorteile:

ease of use, customer service is outstanding, set up of event on website, features available. I absolutely love this website. Before I began hosting this event, all registrations, notifications, marketing was done via email format. This took the conference to the next level.

Nachteile:

Not many color options available for overall website color of event. The cost for a business profile is steep, however nice that you can email customer service for different options based on event needs. I host small a small conference once a year, so the base price doesnt make sense for me to pay. Tiered options would be great, based on size of event.

So Much Great Potential!

Kommentare: I was really hopeful about this app, but it ended up not working and became frustrating for me (the event planner) and for the attendees.

Vorteile:

I like that there is an app for phones and a website. I like the overall look of the platform.

Nachteile:

It was difficult to navigate. It was easy to confuse the Guide and the Check-In. Once we figured that out, some teachers could check-in to sessions and some kept getting error messages.

Eventleaf Makes Us Look Good

Kommentare: As a small nonprofit with limited resources, Eventleaf makes it seem like our events are in the big leagues. Customer support has been very responsive and it is very easy to use - I bet I am only using a fraction of its capabilities.

Vorteile:

From the back end Eventleaf is so easy to use and covers all the basis for event management. For the end user, the event information and registration process becomes beautiful, intuitive and easy to use. The few questions I had during the first few weeks of using it were answered promptly with great customer support.

Nachteile:

Not sure this counts and I have to stretch to find something but I wish I could create a default for registration report which would save me a click or 2.

payment documentation when using EventLeaf's gateway. Difficult to produce some types of requested payment documentation/receipt

Eventleaf has been a great investment

Kommentare: Positive and growing, we have increased the number of events we're willing to set up with Eventleaf and have needed to add more attendees.

Vorteile:

We once noticed a typo on badges while out at events and were happy to know we could fix it live, in the moment with zero interruption to the check in process.

Nachteile:

Minor customizations aren't available but nothing note worthy is a major con.

Easy set-up

So far it has been an easy process. The easy-to-use and intuitive design has been great.

Nachteile:

Trying to put items we have input into Eventleaf onto our own website.

Eventleaf - an unusual name - a really good alternative choice

Kommentare: We found the registration process meets our needs and het company has been very accommodating for our very small non-profit organization.

Vorteile:

Once an event is created and launched notifications are received for review quickly. Also, the ability to customize the content for your organization.

Nachteile:

Once the event is created it seems challenging to make updates to the information

A must have for event planning and registration!

Vorteile:

The simplicity of set up and the automation. This product is better than any other of used so far. It even allows for sponsors and instructors to edit their own sections!

Nachteile:

I wish I had a need to use more of the features.

Helpful for Tracking Event Participation

Kommentare: Overall, the experience with Eventleaf was positive. It will allow our event attendees to interact with the event in real time, see the agenda, and collect their CEUs.

Vorteile:

The application is user-friendly and straight-forward to navigate.

Nachteile:

The online platform does not have the same features as the application - I wish the online version had the same features.

Payment processors used by Eventleaf does not accept Belize banking details/currency.

We really appreciated the options to customize the forms to what we needed. Many other apps have a set form which doesn't apply to everyones needs.

Nachteile:

At first it was a bit challenging to manipulate, but once we dug a bit deeper we opened up a whole new world of options!

Kommentare: Eventleaf has been instrumental in solving our event organisation challenges. Nachteile:

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. If I had to nitpick, I'd say I'd like even more customization options for event branding, but what's already there is quite extensive.

A great tool for our annual event!

Kommentare: Eventleaf is a great solution to our annual client event registration. We are unable to manually keep track of the registrations we receive and Eventleaf does that and so much more.

Vorteile:

Eventleaf is super easy to use, the interface is self explanatory. The platform can be as basic as you want it, or it can be elevated to a more tech savvy experience depending on your needs.

Nachteile:

I find that uploading new lists to send invites to is a bit of a lengthy process. We often have an initial list of invitees which we send our invitation to, and then we have invitees to add to our list later on. In this process, we typically have to clone the invite and send to the new invitees which can take some time.

Exactly what we were looking for!

Kommentare: We have had a great experience with Eventleaf! No major complaints and love that it is easy to use!

Vorteile:

Event Leaf is exactly what we were looking for, which was a check-in system for the officials of our indoor track meet. With an older population it needed to be as simple and user friendly as possible which it is! I appreciate that it is easy to use as an administrator and easy for the users checking in.

Nachteile:

It is not a con by any means, but I wish there was a way to register people for our event without sending them an email. It seems weird, but we already send out emails and I don't need them to get another one from Eventleaf when I sign them up to work our track meet.

A great tool

Kommentare: We needed to find a platform that would help us organize our regional event. EventLeaf meets all the requirements we set for ourselves, it allows us to solve the registration and participation of users.

Vorteile:

We have been testing EventLeaf for our face-to-face meetings for some time now. As a small NGO we don't have the budget to hire large companies for our international events, and we have found EventLeaf to be an excellent tool for us. The whole process of setting up the meeting is very simple and transparent, and the registration by the users is very easy. Being able to incorporate different payment gateways (something that other similar tools did not offer) is one of the main advantages.

Nachteile:

We had no problems using it, neither at the web level nor in the application.

Recommend Eventleaf

Vorteile:

We've used Eventleaf for several of our organization's events. Eventleaf makes it easy to maintain registration lists for our events. The platform is easy to navigate and use, and the registration forms are highly customizable to fit our needs for the different types of events. The ability to export the data makes it easy to organize details for logistics.

Nachteile:

Would like the details to default to all details rather than basic when viewing the lists

Kommentare: Very intuitive and easy to set up and navigate. Lots of useful features

Loved the event webpage, registration types, speaker management, abstract management

Nachteile:

Setting up payment options could be a bit tricky. Would like to see group chat for all registered attendees as well as a selfie booth for virtual events

Great Event Registration and Management Platform

Kommentare: Good. I'm moving many clients to it.

Vorteile:

After using many other platforms with similar features, eventleaf has the best customer service.

Nachteile:

It seems sometimes our registrants struggle to make updates to their info after registration and we end up doing this manually. I don't like that we get charged an attendee count for people who don't pay. For instance, I want all my speakers (who come for free) registered in the system, but don't like that I have to pay to do it.

Perfect for Us

Kommentare: We host 2 annual conferences and generally have 50-80 total attendees per conference. This is perfectly scalable for our needs and organization.

Vorteile:

The ability to use as much or as little of the features as you want/need. We put on 2 annual conferences a year for IT organizations in our state and Eventleaf provides everything we need to gather both vendor information and member/attendee information.

Nachteile:

There are no cons that we've encountered with Eventleaf. We don't utilize all the extra bells & whistles, so we haven't fully tested all the features. But the basics all work for what we need them for.

First Steps Into Using Event Planning Platform for Small Church hosting Event

Kommentare: Great experience to date.

Vorteile:

Their live demo was very well presented and I felt that the presenters listened to my needs and provided answers that worked. The free trial gave our committee to opportunity to work with the product, which was very helpful, as none of us had used this kind of product before. The customized plan that EventLeaf offered was perfect for our needs. As the contact person for our committee my questions to my EventLeaf contact were always answered in a timely and helpful fashion.

Nachteile:

Nothing that I have encountered to date.

Fantastic, easy to use software

Kommentare: Eventleaf has enabled us to solve all of the issues that we had with running our event efficiently, by providing different products under one umbrella. Leaving us with more time to spend on the finer details that will make our event amazing.

Vorteile:

- Easy to use and update.- Low price, which makes it attractive to young events/organisations.- Meets all of our needs: Encourages attendee interaction, lead retrieval and registration.- Great customer service- Payments are received at the end of each month, which improves cash flow.

Nachteile:

- Not customisable in terms of look, eg. font, no drag and drop- Looks basic and lacks lustre of similar products

The best event management software at a fraction of the cost!

Kommentare: I've been amazed. I can't say enough about how intuitive this program is, which is a huge time saver when you're planning a hybrid larger-attendance event. I would highly recommend Eventleaf! You simply aren't going to get the same quality of software without paying out the nose, even then, you won't get the same level of customer service or a platform that requires little assistance from customer care. Believe me, I am talking from experience!

Vorteile:

I love the intuitiveness of Eventleaf. Our organization poured money into a a global-brand event management software company for more than a decade, and hated every minute of it. It was exhausting. Eventleaf offers the same functionality (more! It has an app!) and is a fraction of the cost of our past partners. Eventleaf is largely customizable, has an attractive layout, and requires significantly less man hours to manage. I met with around a dozen other companies before deciding on Eventleaf, and its been a God-send!

Nachteile:

I wouldn't mind further control over design, but then again, Eventleaf ensures a user-friendly experience, which might be lost if the layout was 100% customizable.
