Vorteile:

Integration in die Microsoft Umgebung ist intuitiv und entprechend einfach.

Nachteile:

Leider nicht viele Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten.

Kommentare: Insgesamt ist mein Eindruck sehr positiv, denn ich habe selbst damit keine Schwierigkeiten.

Vorteile:

Am besten gefällt mir, dass ich einfach Umfragen erstellen kann.

Nachteile:

Für manche ist es am Anfang ein bisschen kompliziert die Umfragen richtig einzurichten.

Umfragen schnell erstellt und geteilt

Kommentare: Forms kombiniert Leistungsfähigkeit mit Einfachheit in der Bedienung. Forms eignet sich sehr gut, um Meinungen oder Sachverhalte systematisch zu erfassen, und zwar asynchron, d.h. die Befragten teilen ihre Infos, wenn sie Zeit haben, und in einem Meeting (synchron) kann sofort mit den Ergebnissen gearbeitet werden.

Vorteile:

Forms macht es einfach, Umfragen zu erstellen und zu teilen. Die Beantworter müssen nicht in derselben Microsoft 365-Umgebung sein, der Befragungslink kann (wenn das gewünscht ist) auch "öffentlich" geteilt werden. Es gibt unterschiedliche Fragearten und Antwortoptionen, die man verwenden kann, z.B. Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Rating, Freitext. Auch Pfade sind möglich (wenn eine Frage mit "ja" beantwortet wurde, gibt es einen anderen Pfad als wenn die Frage mit "nein" beantwortet wurde. Befragungen können an bestimmte Personen gerichtet sein, oder nicht, und Befragungen können anonym sein oder nicht.

Nachteile:

Je nachdem, was man vorhat, stößt man auch an Grenzen. Aber die allermeisten Befragungsziele lassen sich bereits mit Forms erreichen.

User-Friendly features of Microsoft Forms

Kommentare: Great, To be honest. It had always been my helping hand.

Vorteile:

Wherever I have to ask my friends or my colleagues, about going on a trip or taking a decision on something important. I prefer using Microsoft Forms. This gives me an option to create a customised form for to send it to my friends and colleagues for their opinion. And also genrates a graph according to the results generated by my poll.

Nachteile:

Nothing as of now. I had been using from past 2 years, and till then I didn't faced a single problem in any functioning.

Microsoft form easy to showcase data

Kommentare: Ther interface is straightforward to use and adapt to. It's not something that needs to be learned and or trained on.

Vorteile:

I like that it can download the data into an Excel sheet to showcase all the numbers. Also, the varieties have a pie chart to show the results visually. From an admin and participant perspective it is a very well-rounded software that doesn't differ too much. The options of question types are not confusing and doesn't clear on to help you what goal you're trying to achieve. I appreciate the existing template that is being offered currently. Nachteile:

From an admin side: I feel that it would be useful in a technical aspect, to put ideal background wallpaper format size for users to be aware that if it isn't this particular size, the image will be stretched. Because its usually come as a surprise for when users upload their own images. OR to integrat Microsoft designer into Forms.

For microsoft users

Kommentare: I have used Microsoft forms for suverys which gave me a better understanding of my customers interest just by sending them a link

Export data as excel is awesome, as well as all the variaty of questions types and fields

Nachteile:

I thing UI design is poor and unactractive for many people

Everything from basic to complex

Kommentare: Overall I much prefer Microsoft Forms over other forms like surveymonkey. I found it easy to make basic forms and with a little time you can even do more complex forms. We have used it for simple forms like satisfaction surveys to forms used to register for online webinars. It is very versatile.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to make forms with different options of questions.

Nachteile:

It seems like you have to constantly log in to see the results. As far as I can tell you can't get a regular update sent to you with the results.

A marketing managers view of MS Forms

Kommentare: Overall it is an easy to use and quick way to gather information in a survey from work colleagues or external agencies. It looks professional and has the capabilities to collect different types of survey information.

Vorteile:

Creating a form is easy. With no training or tutorials, it is possible to create a title, questions and types of questions, such as multiple choice, ratings, etc. You can then email a link to the survey from your email account. It even creates a report of the survey which you can download, when complete.

Nachteile:

It is not easy finding when the survey is complete, or progress on how many people have completed the survey, without going into the forms.

An excellent option for 365 organizations

Vorteile:

Forms is an excellent product for surveys and forms, internal and external, and a critical part of the 365 organizational suite. It can integrate with Lists and Power Automate to increase functionality, and has many options for controlling settings and security. The synced results spreadsheets are extremely helpful.

Nachteile:

The way you have to designate a Form to a personal account or a Team is a little goofy and can have some unintended consequences if not carefully managed (who has access, etc.). It's also very easy to create forms, but a little too easy to change them.

Great tool for surveys and data collection

Kommentare: I've used it for a variety of functions including collecting feedback, quizzing, and collecting data to be analysed. It's easy for people to click the link and answer the questions - I've never had anyone tell me that they couldn't figure it out when I've sent them a link.

Vorteile:

Easy and intuitive to use to create forms, surveys, polls, quizzes, etc. I like that you can send out to employees and the system will automatically record their names.

Nachteile:

The reports that are auto-generated are great, however it would be amazing if we could select which type of chart is displayed. I like pie charts for some things, and bar charts for other things. Currently, the only way to do this is to export the data to Excel and create the charts there.

Good software, but not the best

Kommentare: I would recomment Microsoft forms to any company that is committed to the Microsoft software suite. But if you are looking to get started, there are more user friendly options available.

Vorteile:

Microsoft forms integrates well with Word and Excel.

Nachteile:

Other form creation software is easier to use for our employees.

MS Forms Is the Best Survey Creating Tool

Kommentare: I love forms and it has made many of my surveys easy to create. With MS Forms I can create surveys even when the request for a survey by management is issued late.

Vorteile:

MS Forms is very flexible and easy to use. I love the fact that there are many template to choose from to suit what you want to do. You can share forms to mails , ms teams right from the form settings.

Nachteile:

Not sure if I have identified something bad about forms

Microsoft Forms is expensive, but worth it if you can afford.

Kommentare: I use Microsoft Forms for tester feedback when running beta tests for games and software. It has provided everything necessary to gather the needed data and interpret it so I can make that alterations to projects that need to be done.

Vorteile:

The options is Microsoft Forms are top notch. Any kind of survey you need to send out, with every kind of question, and every way of gathering that data is available to you.

Nachteile:

The pricing structure of Forms is very frustrating. Having to buy the the whole 365 suite in order to use Forms is bad.

Great for Sign-Out Sheets!

Kommentare: My overall experience with Microsoft Forms has been positive. Its friendly interface makes it easy for users to create anything they want. From creating a pole to a sign-out sheet, Microsoft Forms offers users everything they need.

Vorteile:

Microsoft Forms is a great product for multiple purposes. As a teacher, I use Microsoft Forms all the time. The first thing I used the software for was to create a sign-in and out of the classroom form. I was able to print off a QR code for students to scan when leaving the classroom. Administration requires us to turn in a sheet that shows which students left the classroom at the end of the week. Microsoft Forms made this task so much easier. All I had to do was print off the responses and submit them. One of the most impressive aspects of Microsoft Forms is its real-time collaboration and sharing options. It integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft 365 apps like Excel and Teams, enabling easy data analysis and sharing.

Nachteile:

Microsoft Forms does have its limitations. It lacks customization options compared to other forms software. This could be a plus for some but a con for others.

MS Forms - Best, Easy and Reliable tool for forms

Kommentare: Overall, for simple tasks like taking feedback and small survey in best relaible way, this is fantastic tool.

Vorteile:

I have used MS forms to take feedback of my trainees. It is very simple and easy to create feedback forms. Since my organisation only provide access to MS software, this is easy and fully complaint to our IT policy. Best, easy and reliant.

Nachteile:

Add more features like taking signatures without signing (for contracts or tool box talks) More features like for quiz also True or False etc.

Microsoft Forms

Kommentare: My experience with Forms is pretty positive. I have implemented it in many different use case scenarios. I have used lots of surveys in Forms, made a lot of tests for my colleagues and employees and created consent forms for internal data processing. It was pretty simple, the options given are quite enough to create different tests, single answer, multiple answer, scales and so on. The options to mix questions, show only the current question by using the branching.

Vorteile:

I like the simplicity of the forms creation and the possibility to use it for multiple different need, from simple consent forms to surveys and tests for employees.

Nachteile:

I don't like that I'm unable to fully customize the form to my preferences; instead, I'm limited by Microsoft's design constraints.

Basic survey tool with simple and easy features..

Kommentare: You can use Microsoft forms to make easy tests and polls. there are some things that it did not work well for , like getting notes and making forms.

Vorteile:

Creating tests and polls with microsoft forms is so easy that I love it. It is simple to use so it is easy to share things. excel also saves me time because it sorts my data into groups for me.

Nachteile:

It's not easy to change the look and there are not as many question types as with some other poll tools.

Microsoft Forms, Feedback Central

Vorteile:

I love how quickly and easily I can request feedback via a survey or poll in Microsoft Forms. It is user friendly, very easy to customize, and delivers a consistent product every time. This is greatly improved my ability to ensure that I am on the same page with the many teams that I work with on a daily basis.

Nachteile:

I have not come across any things that I specifically do not like with Microsoft Forms.

Why not give Forms a go`

Kommentare: Microsoft forms have allowed our company to monitor the quality of our training and make any changes which will address our customers needs.

Vorteile:

The easy of creating new forms and surveys. You can view the responses and monitor the feedback. We send out forms to our customers who have attended a training session to find out how the got on. The feedback is collated in the form and anything that needs addressing can be actioned all from viewing the responses.

Nachteile:

I would like the email address of the person who responded included within the response section.

Easy to use survey tool

Kommentare: I use it every time there is a survey to be collected from users. The analytics tab helps to analyse the survey results.I also like that it records the information for average time to complete the survey which is useful

Vorteile:

The analytics tab of the results received from the form survey is very useful to understand the type of responses shared by the user for the form survey questions Also the export of the form results to excel is very useful to analyze the survey results

Nachteile:

Currently there is no automatic ID generation for every form submission which theuser can see immediately after form submission.Would be great if introduced in the future updates
