Kommentare: Forms kombiniert Leistungsfähigkeit mit Einfachheit in der Bedienung. Forms eignet sich sehr gut, um Meinungen oder Sachverhalte systematisch zu erfassen, und zwar asynchron, d.h. die Befragten teilen ihre Infos, wenn sie Zeit haben, und in einem Meeting (synchron) kann sofort mit den Ergebnissen gearbeitet werden.

Vorteile:

Forms macht es einfach, Umfragen zu erstellen und zu teilen. Die Beantworter müssen nicht in derselben Microsoft 365-Umgebung sein, der Befragungslink kann (wenn das gewünscht ist) auch "öffentlich" geteilt werden. Es gibt unterschiedliche Fragearten und Antwortoptionen, die man verwenden kann, z.B. Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Rating, Freitext. Auch Pfade sind möglich (wenn eine Frage mit "ja" beantwortet wurde, gibt es einen anderen Pfad als wenn die Frage mit "nein" beantwortet wurde. Befragungen können an bestimmte Personen gerichtet sein, oder nicht, und Befragungen können anonym sein oder nicht.

Nachteile:

Je nachdem, was man vorhat, stößt man auch an Grenzen. Aber die allermeisten Befragungsziele lassen sich bereits mit Forms erreichen.

Bewertung Forms

Kommentare: Insgesamt ist mein Eindruck sehr positiv, denn ich habe selbst damit keine Schwierigkeiten.

Vorteile:

Am besten gefällt mir, dass ich einfach Umfragen erstellen kann.

Nachteile:

Für manche ist es am Anfang ein bisschen kompliziert die Umfragen richtig einzurichten.

EASY TO USE APP

Kommentare: So I always use this app at varsity because with RSVP and surveys they use this app a lot, I had a challenge with uploading a document recently.

Vorteile:

what I like about the app is that its good to get feedback , I its good for RSVP for a meeting on teams.

Nachteile:

On certain phones if you have to upload a file it wont work and you have to use a laptop.

One of the Best Survey Apps

Kommentare: Great experience using this software. Would recommend to any large company if they are looking for a quiz/survey app.

Vorteile:

I liked the possibilities you have with this software. They truly are endless. Whatever review or survey you can think of making, you can conjure it up with Microsoft Forms. Great for businesses and taking note especially finding interest levels of employees, etc.

Nachteile:

Some of the features can be a little tricky to use. There are also many options and tools that can be a little daunting or overwhelming at first, but after using it for a while you will get the hang of it.

Barebones Form Creation

Kommentare: Overall, MS Forms is a very easy to use program that offers a low barrier to entry due to it being included with many Office 365 subscriptions. The program lacks in more technical features but will be more than enough for most people.

Vorteile:

MS Forms is easy to pick up and use by any user and will suffice for most use-cases. Included in most MS 365 subscriptions.

Nachteile:

The more in-depth customization features offered by other programs are very lacking, especially in creating logic flows to allow for different paths based on user responses

Does what you expect but why is there still no e-signatures?

Vorteile:

Useful for us when the scope of the people required to fill out the forms are within the organisation, but beyond that we tend to avoid it. It's good to see that anyone can pick it up and build out a form fairly quickly. The analytics on the data received is concise enough to give you what you need. We also use it alongside Power Automate for it to feed into other processes where an additional approval step is required and it's easy to track alongside Power Automate to ensure the flow is working.

Nachteile:

It can be really troublesome with handing ownership of the form if the person that has created it under their own microsoft account has exited the business. Typically, we have to push it to a 365 group so that other people can access it and manage it. In addition, it still does not have e-signatures to this day resulting in us having to implement JotForm for specific forms that require signatures.

Microsoft Forms is expensive, but worth it if you can afford.

Kommentare: I use Microsoft Forms for tester feedback when running beta tests for games and software. It has provided everything necessary to gather the needed data and interpret it so I can make that alterations to projects that need to be done.

Vorteile:

The options is Microsoft Forms are top notch. Any kind of survey you need to send out, with every kind of question, and every way of gathering that data is available to you.

Nachteile:

The pricing structure of Forms is very frustrating. Having to buy the the whole 365 suite in order to use Forms is bad.

Great for Quick Surveys

Kommentare: I use Microsoft Forms whenever I need to quickly get student feedback for my classroom. I also use the software to keep track of student bathroom breaks. I have them scan a QR code I created so they can easily sign in and out when they need to leave the room. We are required to have documentation of this so using Microsoft Forms makes it very easy for teachers.

Vorteile:

I like that I can make a quick survey for my students. I am also able to easily make a QR code so students can easily scan to find the form they need.

Nachteile:

One con is you can't view the names of students in alphabetical order.

Who Wouldn't Want Microsoft Forms

Kommentare: Overall I think that Microsoft Forms is great, it's really easy to use and can be customised in so many ways that you can do whatever you need too from surveys to quizzes and work requests.
We also use the forms for meal planning and food ordering each week.

Vorteile:

Microsoft Forms are excellent, the way you can customise these forms to do absolutely anything you need is perfect.

Nachteile:

There is no user guide or tutorials on how to use the system and what the possibilities are.

Kommentare: As an Instructional Designer/Data analyst, I use Microsoft Forms in many situations, but mainly two common scenarios work well for me: 1) Creating formative assessment quizzes within learning modules and online courses. 2) Using forms as a data input source in a basic learning analysis workflow. I create quizzes, feedback forms, and surveys. Then I pass the forms' responses to Microsoft Excel Online and connect Excel online to Microsoft Power Bi.

Vorteile:

Microsoft forms application is easy to use and has many features that suit a wide range of use cases. It has various question types, design themes, sharing options, and response analytics. Also, it is accessible for users with visual disabilities as it has Microsoft Immersive reader built-in. The Forms settings allow admins to control who can access the form and specify when published ones are accepting responses. It's highly customizable and seamlessly integrates with Office 365 and the commonly used third-party applications/platforms. It is a reliable solution for surveys, polls, feedback, quizzes, and business communications.

Nachteile:

I can't see the downsides of Microsoft Forms. I think it's one of the most efficient applications of Microsoft 365.

For a while I didn`t knew I had Microsoft Forms in the office 365 Package I used everyday. This is like a powerful add-on to a service I already use. The way you can customize makes Forms a powerful data collection on customers or even team. Getting the reports is very easy.

Nachteile:

No cons for Microsoft Forms, already using other apps from M365, I consider Forms as a free addon.

A decent option for sending out surveys.

Kommentare: I like to use Microsoft Forms when I want to send out a survey to a few people. I wouldn't choose Forms for something that I was sending out to Thousands of people, I'd want something more robust than that.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to create a survey quickly in Microsoft Forms. If you want to throw something together quickly and share it via the link, Microsoft Forms is a good option. It's also easy to make changes to the survey and rearrange. There are also options for making different sections and some branching options for a survey.

Nachteile:

I wish there were more options for analytics and reporting. It is not nearly as robust as something like Qualtrics or Survey Monkey, but it does the job. You don't get to see more complicated analytics, so we often have to export data into Excel for analysis. This isn't a big deal, but it is an extra step when analyzing data.

Good forms

I am using Microsoft Forms mostly for surveying and pools inside the company. Beeing an addition to the Microsoft pack I can say I enjoy this app as is free to use. It is easy to use and intuitive, you can get the survey done wright from the first try.

We mainly use it for conducting employee surveys, and it works perfectly.. The user-friendliness of the platform makes it great and easy to use, even without a strong technical background. The availability of excellent resources and support further enhances the experience.

The real-time graphs and pie charts are great for polling and surveys for my students. Having a QR code makes completing the Form very easy.

Nachteile:

I often give students question where they have to show equations, work, or write in sentences. Other online assessment tools allow me to grade those types of answers on wifi, in real time. Forms makes you download an excel, take up space on your device, and then it isn't in real time. I would also suggest that you allow us to customize the link right on your platform. Your links are absurdly long and I have to use an outside website to shorten it.

Microsoft Forms is a fantastic tool for easily creating forms within minutes. All departments in my company primarily use MS Forms to collect process data by creating and utilizing the forms. I like that I can export my responses to Excel for further analysis.

Nachteile:

There could be more ways to share surveys. Another thing that I don't like is that there is no way to customize the appearance of the forms very much.
