My JBoard Experience Has Blown Me Away

Kommentare: I think being new to this space and despite planning for months before launch, I didn't research the tech in its space and went for the industry OG. All credit to SJB; they are great, but in my opinion, JBoard is better, and I wish I had started here.

Vorteile:

My first impressions of JBoard have blown me away. I moved across from Smart Job Board, and my user experience is far less complicated. The back end is quick and easy to use—very simple. There are some features that SJB doesn't have, and the cost is less, which is always a win. Since joining the support staff, I have been fantastic. The wait time for my daft questions is minimal; I always answer with detail, and nothing is too much trouble. They do go above and beyond.

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything I don't like about JBoard yet, but I am still new to the platform. There are a few features that I wish I had, but the planned new drag-and-drop release will alleviate that and give me more custom opportunities.

Flexible Platform with Bright Future and Incredible Customer Support

Kommentare: This platform was the third jobs board we tried to develop our recruitment site with, due to a number of factors. However this is the platform we have selected to continue with given the flexibility, technical capability, and supports offered by JBoard. We were able to get the basic framework of our site together very quickly, but have seen been able to continue customising and developing in line with our needs. As such, it is a great option for those needing rapid deployment, as well as those who have more custom requirements. We'd highly recommend, and once Zapier integration and a few other features on their roadmap are implemented, this platform will be absolutely phenomenal!

Vorteile:

Platform is incredibly intuitive to learn and start developing with. The default templates you have allows rapid deployment of a site if needed, but then the built in functionality for custom code, custom taxonomies, and API allow great flexibility to tailor your design and functionality. Their API documentation is clean and thorough. Being able to create job posts with HTML code is helpful for enhancing the quality of posts but also integrating data capture / analytics capabilities. Customer support is by far the best I have experienced in this space! Responsive, insightful, and technically capable representatives at your fingertips make it easy to really push the boundaries. Their development roadmap is also very exciting – this team will be ones to watch!

Nachteile:

The only functionality that would make a significant difference would be Zapier (or similar) integration. This is noted on their development roadmap but no delivery date yet. Interim workarounds with API possible however for an interim solution, if you have the requisite technical capabilities.

Easy to use Job board for the non-dev user!

Kommentare: Solid product and would love to continue using it - I think there's a big opportunity to create more customizable features to compete with the other products in the market! Overall strong product!

Vorteile:

Easy to use, quick implementation, functionality is simple. That's what got me hooked to the product after trying it.

Nachteile:

Lack of customization on the design/structure. With a lot of no-code/low-code tools that allow modular design and customization, i'd love to see JBoard move more towards a world where the design and UX is

Best Job Board Tool!

Kommentare: Overall experience is amazing. I reviewed close to 10 job-board software and considering the features Jboard offers for the price point it came out to be the winner.

Vorteile:

Its 'No-Code' feature is best. This gives you the ability to offer all the features to your potential customers that most of the large scale boards have.

Nachteile:

It's inability to customize custom pages with their individual layouts. I am hopeful that this shortcoming will be addressed soon.

Solid Platform, best Customer Service with Great Potential for Enhanced Flexibility and Analytics

Kommentare: JBoard offers great value for money, with a robust feature set at a competitive price. I also highly value their customer service, which is a significant differentiator from other platforms.

Vorteile:

JBoard is a solid product with an intuitive interface, making it easy to use without needing deep technical expertise. I especially appreciate the clean UI and the speed with which pages load. The API integration and comprehensive documentation have been instrumental in customizing my board's backend, and the auto-importer is a real time-saver. Their customer service is also exceptional—fast, responsive, and always helpful, and was one of the things that made choose them. Integration with Stripe is seamless and has been crucial for monetizing my job board.

Nachteile:

While JBoard is easy to use, I wish there was more flexibility in customizing workflows—especially with the purchasing flow for posts, but I think the new no code launch will address this. Additionally, the dashboard could use improvement. It lacks the ability to track historical data, making it difficult to visualize growth trends over time. It would be extremely helpful to see metrics like job post performance between days, months, or other custom time periods. The tag-adding process is also a bit clunky, requiring manual clicks to add each new tag, which disrupts the workflow.

One of the Best Job Boards on the market

After a bad experience using a Wordpress installation I have decided to try the JBoard to set up my own job board, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. What I liked most about JBoard was its incredible ease of use. From the straightforward setup process to the intuitive navigation through the menus, everything was designed with simplicity in mind. I was able to get my job board up and running in no time, thanks to the user-friendly interface and seamless functionality. Within just a few days, I had everything configured and was ready to start operating. JBoard truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to launch their own job board quickly and effortlessly.

Nachteile:

I think area that deals with posting and editing Blog could be improved, more drag and drop functionality and make more visually appealing when creating blog. Would be great to have more options of different site themes so website looks more appealing.

Great product and fantastic service / support

Kommentare: The customer service and support is knowledgeable and friendly.

Vorteile:

The product is great; however, it's really the customer service and support that sets JBoard appart. Also, JBoard isn't complacent or stagnant like many of their competitors. They are working aggressively to improve and enhance the product.

Nachteile:

Additional customization capabilities would be nice, but from what I understand, this is coming very soon.

Best customer service I've ever experienced

Very easy to use and intuitive. Great monetization and customization options. Their customer service is out of the world which is one of the main reasons I chose Jboard over their competition.

Nachteile:

There's so many options! This is really a good thing but it's bad because I get sucked in :)

Modern SEO-friendly Job Board / Job Aggregator

Kommentare: The JBoard team is great. They respond quickly to support questions and include just the facts. They're an efficient team that has built a great platform for job board and job aggregation owners.

Vorteile:

The most common feedback for our community is how people like the clean modern interface. As the job board owner I like how fast the pages load and how it's easy to manage the job board.

Nachteile:

The aggregators are great, but often there is still a bit of clean up to do after the jobs are imported. This is likely though more an issue with the source listings not following established the JobListing schema.

When you think to build a job posting website, Jboard.io is your only choice!

Kommentare: At first i thought it was a scam, too good to be true. Then i used the trial period and saw how amazing is this platform. The customer service is the best you can find in such softwares. Value for money! I went live less than a month with my new website and working only 2-3 hours per day.

Vorteile:

Customer Service, easy customization, perfect UI UX, value for money, fast, well documented.

Nachteile:

Bank Transfer Payment gateways should be added (team already planed this feature)

JBoard is just what I was looking for and has delivered!

Kommentare: Getting started with JBoard was simple & straightforward. I was able to get the site setup with little to no technical knowledge. Their documentation is helpful for some of the aspects that are less straight forward (like domain management). Their support team has been quick to answer questions as they come up.

Vorteile:

After looking through and testing out different options, I landed on using JBoard given they offered a free trial to get started and building out a Job Board was so straightforward given their no-code platform. It's simple to make changes to your site, add & delete pages, import your custom logos, use different fonts. The site is highly responsive and changes are immediate. Overall I would highly recommend JBoard.

Nachteile:

I started on one of the lower tiers (starter) and found that limiting. I would suggest if you're looking to leverage JBoard to pull together jobs from multiple companies that you'll need at least the standard plan for full benefit of the platform.

The availability of being able to chat with someone live when I need help has been extremely helpful. [sensitive content hidden] has always been available to answer all of my questions and help me to better understand some of the options as I'm setting up our account. The functionality features are extremely easy to use, and all of the help options provide the instructions/direction needed when initially setting up JBoard.

Nachteile:

I've not found anything about JBoard that has not met our needs.

It's very easy to get a professional job board up and running. JBoard has already done the heavy lifting of designing the system to work for employers and job seekers. The customer support is excellent and with the affordable cost, I was able to get the board up and running to make money. I look forward to growing with JBoard!

Nachteile:

At this point I can't think of any cons.

JBoard offers all the important features a JBoard in theses days needs. The support team is super fast.

Nachteile:

The payment part is in my case not so great. Because in Switzerland nobody has a credit card in the business/hr department. A feature for invoicing would be great.

Simple & Easy Job Board

Vorteile:

JBoard is very easy to set up and has an intuitive UI with very useful guides that make it easy to access understand and implement advanced features. I especially like the ability to export data from the resume database, as well as the ability to work with RSS feeds for job posts on other sites. By handling the integration with Stripe, JBoard also allowed me to monetize the job board in a matter of minutes.

Nachteile:

I would not say that these are cons necessarily, but here are some features that I would like to suggest:1. A toggle for the pricing page that enables end users to switch between annual and monthly subscription options.2. An option for job seekers to pay for additional features, like being featured on the profile search page, etc.3. A way to prevent the job seeker from being contacted directly via phone or email. Perhaps an email could be sent by the administrator that passes messages along but does not reveal any personal contact info.4. A way to invite job seekers to claim profiles that were created by the admin (this is already available for the hiring organizations).5. A way to import profiles in bulk, perhaps via a CSV file.

JBoard - Great Job Board Software

Kommentare: Generally very good. I know the team are constantly looking to add and improve.

Vorteile:

I was looking for an 'out of the box' job board software. Having reviewed some of the other products in the market, I felt JB had some of the best and most up to date 'bells and whistles'. I like the clean and modern look. There is a great team behind the software, that seems to want to develop and improve all the time. Customer services is excellent.

Nachteile:

No proper customer invoicing function. Lack of ability to invoice customers with VAT added on.

Great experience so far with JBoard

Having no web design experience and wanting to set up a simple job board that is customizable, easy to manage, has a pay wall and is affordable, I have been happy with the results thus far from JBoard

There have been no significant downsides thus far - the support team has been very responsive and helpful in addressing any technical issues or limitations that have come up.

Great Job board Software

Vorteile:

The ease of use and quick way we can customize it. Jboard it's super easy to use and for us it was a really saver (being non-tech founders). We also like the UI layout and plethora of functions that add professionalism to our business.

Nachteile:

We would like to be able to customize the Home Page a bit more, especially the hero section. Having Zapier integration would be really cool as well.
