Otterfish has been a huge help growing my side business

Kommentare: Overall I'm very happy with using Otterfish. It's allowed me to actually run some ads to try and get some more sales to my site which was a bit of a block for me in the past as I'm not confident in using Facebook ads Manager. Each month I now run some ads, and using the tool I am consistently getting results that I'm happy with. Being able to run a Test first is a really cool idea, and I do this every time. I've made more book sales in the last few months from people I don't know then I've ever done before.

Vorteile:

1. I really like the way each process makes sense for someone like me who doesn't really know what they're doing in marketing on social media. 2. I've been able to build ads that look professional and it took me about 5mins. That's awesome! 3. It's cool and fun to be able to run ads against each other to see which one does best. I have even been able to test different audiences which is an eye opener compared to Facebook 4. Everything is easy. This is a side business for me so it's good that everything is super easy and simple to do.

Nachteile:

I'd like to be able to have some stock Images to play around with. I've spoken with their support team who do say this is coming soon.

Otterfish is saving me thousands. It's a no brainer.

Kommentare: Game changing. I won't run single ads, boosted posts or try using Ads Manager ever again. Thanks Otterfish!

Vorteile:

I'm not a great digital marketer. Otterfish made it super easy to create some nice ads and automatically creates a heap of slight variations. You can take all these automatically generated Ads and run them as a live campaign for 24 hours (or more) and Otterfish will tell you which one is best. Then you can add some mire budget and run the best ad again knowing you're saving money on bad ads!

Nachteile:

It takes a little patience to get through the whole thing and set it up the first time. After that, it's really easy and lightening fast.

I still plan to use Otterfish in the future, but their customer service really amazed me so far. They’re always willing to help. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience with Otterfish so far.

Nachteile:

I don’t have anything specifically that I like the least.

Kommentare: I am learning how to track and grow an audience on social media. I am learning about who my audience really is and what content they engage with where sometimes I've made assumptions that aren't based on data. It's the very start of my journey but I can see the value and am excited to start seeing some more results.

Vorteile:

It opened my eyes to ad tracking in a really positive way. I can see why it's important to know what's working while advertising. I also think the customer support is really unique - almost like having an in house marketer right there!

Nachteile:

I do find sometimes the prompts aren't as straight forward as I think they could be. If things were simplified and more common language used, I think it would be more user friendly.

Otterfish, is easily integrated into my present system and very complimentary to my already use processes.

Nachteile:

I would like to see more suitable templates and images suitable to authors

How easy it is compared to having to use admanager in Facebook. Saves me so much time and I know what works with my ads.

Could have video templates to make videos.

Kommentare: For me, it's the time and money I'm saving when building my various ads and creating campaigns to run across IG & FB. I'm a small business with limited resources and skills in social advertising. Highly recommend

Vorteile:

I've always struggled using Facebook ads Manager, it's confusing and complex. What impressed me so much with Ottterfish is how easy and simple the platform is to use, I don't have to use FB to create my ad campaigns anymore, it's all done in Otterfish and that is amazing.

Nachteile:

Some of the templates didn't quite work for me like the images were a bit off centre, but I'm sure that is to be expected. Still plenty of options.

its a great idea & to be fair haven't given it a full nudge but its pricing pits its a level of a media company

Nachteile:

to have to change all images to a fixed ratio is a real hassle

Omg so much easier than navigating Facebook Ads

Vorteile:

It was SOO easy to use. I could understand where the traffic came from, ctr and action taken. It was SO easy to set up and it took the stress OUT of placing ads on social.

Nachteile:

none I didn't have anything I didn't like about it - but only used it once or twice

Love the creativity

I love how you can load up your imagery and then have Otterfish create standout looking ads. Such a great feature!

Nachteile:

It took a bit of time for our audiences to come across - we had some issues linking, but it was sorted quickly.
