Vorteile:

I was very surprised how easily I was able to extract the data I needed, I highly recommend this product to anyone who has extraction problems please help yourself This product is very cheap if you compare it with other products

Nachteile:

In my opinion, it doesn't have any disadvantages, if it did, I didn't see it, because I used its advantages a lot

Time saving and reliable

Kommentare: Generally, my experience with parsio has been excellent. Its powerful and intuitive tools makes data extraction from pdf and other documents efficient. It saves a lot of time working with parsio. It is user-friendly and very easy to use.

Vorteile:

Parsio is an incredible ai document parser. It makes data extraction effortless. Its accuracy in pulling structural data from pdf is amazing and saves alot of time. The interface is user friendly and the automation features works seamlessly.

Nachteile:

Limited free tier usage. You will need a paid subscription to access some features. Accuracy depends on quality of the document which may lead to a less accurate result

Parsio’s Intentional Service Downgrade for AppSumo Users: A Move to Force monthly Paid Plans

Kommentare: I’ve been using Parsio for over two years now, and I was one of the first users since I signed up through AppSumo. I was thrilled with the service, which worked extremely well until last November. I was using Parsio to extract data from certain emails I receive. However, the email forwarding feature no longer works, and Parsio no longer "receives" emails forwarded by Gmail. The customer service, which is extremely poor by the way, suggested I subscribe to a €30/month add-on to get the service working again. I’ve perfectly understood the move: Parsio intentionally degraded the service for AppSumo customers in order to force them into a paid monthly plan. I find that shameful and disgraceful.

Vorteile:

Parsio is simple to use and was working fine. Templating is simple.

Nachteile:

Email forwarding no longer works. Parsio mailboxes aren’t receiving my emails (I use Gmail to forward them). Parsio replaces extracted email adresses with "email protected" in the extracted data, even though it still shows them in the preview. Customer support is terrible.

Really good parser. I was unable to parse my handwriting to text, and this helped me to get clear text easily.

Great solution for AI Enhanced parsing

Vorteile:

I’ve been using Parsio.io for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed by how much it has simplified my workflow. Extracting data from documents used to be a tedious, time-consuming task, but Parsio.io makes it effortless. The interface is intuitive, and even someone without much technical knowledge can get started right away.

Nachteile:

Setting up custom templates takes some effort, but once configured, it works efficiently.

Good but costly

Easy to use, very simple interface, good for beginner

Vorteile:

The overall ease of use and short time it took to set everything up. Email data extraction has got better over the years but many prove to be too unreliable in a production environment.

Nachteile:

I can't name any at the time or writing this.

Beats expensive data extractors out there by miles

Nachteile:

- Some table characteristics (like 2 or more sub-columns) are not handled yet well directly out from the extractor. However, one can catch these errors and fix them. - Bought credits in a specific billing period cannot be rolled over into the next one.

Tried and failed

Kommentare: I attempted to use it for whar I needed it fir but it did not accomplish my goals.

It was relatively easy to use compared to other products.

I did not like that it would not extract the exact information I needed.

Great recognition capabilities

Vorteile:

Parsio is even able to recognize scanned receipts with bad image quality. All fields were recognized perfectly. Also the API and overall software quality is very good.

Nachteile:

The inflexible payment plans. For example its not possible to book prepaid credits on top to the subscription plans.

A great tool and fantastic support

Kommentare: Overall I am pleased with the software and I would recommend it without hesitation to people looking to automate data extraction.

Vorteile:

The functionality is great and it's fairly flexible to suit most use cases. Some workarounds might be required for certain tasks but most data extractions work out of the box. I like the modern interface of the web app and dashboard. [sensitive content hidden] from the support is very helpful! As I mentioned before, some workarounds might be required for certain tasks but he helped me with this.

Nachteile:

It would be good if you increased the upload limits or made it easier to bulk import via API for people with no technical knowledge.

Good app for extrating data

I like how this app takes information that I configured in a template from emails and this info, finally is used as a input to my incident tool.

Nachteile:

I would like to automate task from taking data extrated from email and uses this info to create an Incidente in my Officetrack tool

Kommentare: We're using Parsio to parse data primarily from PDF documents (sometimes email, too) so that information can generate bills or expenses in QuickBooks Online using Zapier.

Vorteile:

Easy to learn, functional, works consistently and quickly.

Nachteile:

I'd prefer a lower price point for the solution, but it is a consistent service and cheaper than hiring someone else.

The ultimate tool for document processing

Kommentare: Using Parsio Free trial has helped me in Financial issues related to client extraction from bill. It works extremely fast for this repetitive tasks.

Vorteile:

Parsio for bills data extraction presents great performance. The most striking benefit for me as Financial Accountant has been the incredible accuracy of the data extraction. It can identifies and extracts relevant information from various bill formats, which saves me a lot of time.

Nachteile:

So far I have not found any drawback using Parsio in trial version since the volume of processed documents is not very high.
