Powerful and Customizable platform
Kommentare: I'm daily dealing with the platform in all the possible sections and seeing how is improving day after day.
The easily that I'm able to create new zones and campaigns and interact with them. Great real time statistics that allow me to multi filter by several dimensions. The improvements on the bidder. Dashboards. Blacklist section which allows me to block entire sites and advertisers on account level.
There are some limitations while doing bulk actions, for instance, as an advertiser my domain got blocked, and I want to update it in all my XXX campaigns but the campaign URL have different parameters which I cannot do a bulk action for that. On campaign creation, display which are the most common keywords used by zone, so I can add them in keywords targeting. On statistics allow me to target/block by all the dimensions that are not profitable for me (only available for zones/sites)
All my basic needs are covered, has the potential to do much more!
Kommentare: At first, I needed to learn where I could find everything I needed to know: tools, features, campaign and zone settings, etc. Once I learned that, it was a seamless experience and I was able to easily navigate through my accounts. Great UX and ad-serving capabilities.
I like that it is very easy to navigate: everything is on the same place and I can locate all the zones/campaigns I am working with.
There are some features that would be great to add, but fortunately my point of contact is always open to review my suggestions.

Campaign creation: EXADS provides an easy campaign process. Users can easily organize & upload creatives into a Media Library and create their own Landing Page Groups to help expedite the time needed to get a campaign Live. The Media Library helps with troubleshooting and sales investigations.
Statistics page Campaign results should have a "quick link" to open the campaign or creative that is associated with the results obtained. This will avoid manual notes and recreating a search just because of a temporary need to look at a specific campaign or creativity.
