An effective waste management software solution

Kommentare: The software appears to be particularly useful when it comes to waste management. We also get the benefits from its features like Billing & Invoicing, Customer Accounts, Customer Database, Inventory Management, Inventory Tracking, Logistics Management, and especially Waste Disposal.


In order to manage our business activities, we have recently tested Isys Weighsoft, a browser-based waste management software solution. Several weighing providers, such as unmanned solutions and on-board scales, are integrated into the software as well, including several finance packages and the Microsoft Office Suite. It has features like waste management, recycling, aggregates, and ready-mix concrete that we like.


It can be slow at times and notifications aren't sent timely.

Good Product Value and Exceptional Customer Support

Kommentare: Overall the software support team provide a prompt and thorough service.
Isys have worked with us to develop the system to provide a package that meets our business needs.


Easy to set up parameters suited to business type. Reporting options are really useful for exporting and interrogating data. Visually the software is intuitive and makes it straight forward to use.


Some minor constraints when using automated notifications. These are on the list for development, so looking forward to see how they work once the development has been carried out.

Horrific start-up. Decent product with room for improvement.

Kommentare: It took a long time for us to get up and running but now we're there, the software is now mostly beneficial. I feel like the software has a lot of potential but there is a lot of room for improvement with reporting and the layout of the website. The tablet interfaces are quite nice however. The initial setup of the software was just so bad however that it makes me hesitate to recommend it to others. There was not enough care taken with our account. For example, our Fleeteye still shows another random companies logo rather than our own. The lack of attention to detail from our consultant was astounding. Isys/Access need to carefully review the capability of their consultants and maybe think about hiring some customer success managers as well.


The most success we've had with Weighsoft is when we've had a tablet on site with the banksman. This process is smooth and easy and does exactly what we want with the product. The invoicing of tickets can be good at saving us time, there is the occasional problem but it's mostly ok. Tech support have been helpful and knowledgeable.


The initial rollout was horrible. Bugs galore due to what appears to be a lack of time spent in setting us up to go, which lead to loads of delays. Poor support from the consultant, would consistently take a long time to get back to us. I feel our needs as a business wasn't really understood, it seems like Isys probably knew more about skips than they did about muckaway. Routing is long winded. Reports are generally quite poor. Tech support wouldn't talk to us until we had "gone live" but our consultant was unhelpful. We've had to pay for our cloud server which I find rather poor. The price point is also too high. I was told that there was no way to integrate with Quickbooks, only Sage which was highly disappointing.

Great Software for Skip Hire

Kommentare: We had a slow start due to a IT error at our side but when Andrew took over our project, he resolved any existing issues and got us set up and live within a month.
The support that comes with the software is excellent.


The Operations side of the software has been a huge advantage to our work scheduling. It enables us to plan work in advance and had maximised our work efficiency.
