Mir hat gar nichts gefallen da die Migration gescheitert ist.

Nachteile:

Migration nicht zuverlässig möglich Preise sind falsch Fotos fehlen Seitentitel sind falsch URL Weiterleitungen fehlen Migrationsversuch hat sehr lange gedauert wegen technischer Probleme

Vorteile:

Save time. Easy to use. Properly transferred every single product.

Nachteile:

Don't have till now. Basically everything is simple and work perfectly.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with!! Took over 3 months to do an initial migration which was full of issues and ended up finishing it with another company. Event post migration we had to do a lot of work to sort out their data. It costed us thousands of £££ in damages. Took over 100 support emails back & forth, had to wait days for a response in most cases, always needed to chase several times. When we paid for a recent data migration which somehow was taking almost a week to migrate only ~1k entities. Had to stop it in the end & got it done by another provider under an hour. Now they're refusing to even refund the money. If you value your sanity and business, skip this one. Plenty of other platforms that do it properly.

Vorteile:

It's easy to use. I teste many software, plugins, etc. but this one work simple great!

I don't understand if I can run the software once, or I can perform many syncs.

Vorteile:

The people from Cart2Cart brought over a few of my business products over to the new site to show and get my approval before completing task.

Nachteile:

It was supposed to be user-friendly so that I could check how it worked before purchase but I had to get in touch with the company to start it up.

I felt like there were too many marketing emails being sent to me from the minute I started the trial till I was finally ready to use the service, even after I explained I was happy with the demo and just waiting for the right time to start the migration.

Kommentare: We migrated from wix to shopify and did not expect to pay little money to complete the job with timely assistance of the cart2cart staff. There was an episode halfway, but with the help of the whole team, it was done in perfection. Its a good choice for small businesses cart migration with small budget. Small money gets things done so good, why not choose them?!

An Awesome Service With Even Better Customer Service! 10-Stars!

Kommentare: I have used it multiple times over the years for web stores large and small. I once migrated over 3000 products from a Joomla / Mijoshop setup into Shopify eCommerce and it was a VERY smooth process! This time I migrated a client from Squarespace to a WordPress WooCommerce setup. I had some bumps in the road this time around but the support guy [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was always there waiting to help me, does he even sleep? Its been a great experience either way! I cant rate these guys highly enough!

Vorteile:

I loved how easy it was to use. It took very little time to input the details of both sites and even gave me a general quote on price.

Nachteile:

The only thing that I think should be changed is the quote, it should include images as a default. Otherwise, there is not much I would change!

Failure to deliver a successful migration

Kommentare: My experience with Cart2Cart is a total failure to deliver a successful migration service for my customer. I have tried three times, with guarantees from my account manager I would get a successful migration. My customer lost three days trading leading up to Christmas. And I spent 62 hours my time chasing Cart2Cart to resolve the migration issues over eight days. Your customer service team have been polite, but not truthful. Not providing an accurate response, that has caused stress and frustration. Lack of communication and no timescales to resolve issues has been a major issue. It seams Cart2Cart would be happy to keep on accepting money from me and still not delivery! Eight Days after the last migration attempt, I get an email from your so-called "Customer Success Team" to inform me "Price Per Unit" is still NOT fixed and that Cart2Cart is not able to support "Tier prices" between platforms.
I have retained all correspondences to back up everything I am saying.
The only solution left is a total refund due to "Total migration failure due to technical issue with incorrect mapping of Simple Products & Variable Products. Price Per Unit mapping not working. And non-support of tier prices between Magento and WooCommerce." The migration service for my customer will never be 100% successful with Cart2Cart, as result full refund is the only option left.

Due to my setup, I had one minor issue. The platform detected it and gave a quick and simple workaround.

Vorteile:

Super-easy and fast, from any cart to any cart, and top marks for perfect migrations and NOT expensive. I tried what was advertised as cheaper competition at NextCart. Don't waste your money with Nr=extCart- they ruined my site AND they charged way more than Cart2Cart. I've now used Cart2Cart several times, and their migration is flawless and fast. Top marks!

Nachteile:

Nothing to change. It was all perfect and I was delighted.

Bulk migration services provided by cart2cart was a great experience. It saved a lot of time. Without their service it is possible to do once for all otherwise we would have to enter thousands of products manually. I would definitely recommend their services. Customer service is very impressive.

Nachteile:

There's nothing we can not like. Everything you can find detail description of your confusion.

Vorteile:

Saved a great deal of time and frustration, moving a lot of information, graphics, images, pricing etc with ease in a very short space of time, with the minimum of fuss. The cost of doing the data transfer this way with Cart 2 Cart was well worth it when you consider how many man hours this might have taken doing it manually...

Nachteile:

None that I could see - there are few products out there who would transfer from Shopify to WooCommerce as simply as this product does. I know it will be very useful should I decide to transfer my product range to Etsy, Ebay store or even Amazon.

Kommentare: Switching ecommerce platforms is not something a business should do often, but when the need arrises it is very important that there is minimum disruption and down time. Cart2cart is an essential tool in this process.

Vorteile:

It gets the job done with minimal fuss. The software does what it promises, breaks down the process i to easy steps and keeps the process relatively simple as far as the end user experience is concerned

Nachteile:

For this migration there was nothing to dislike about the software or process. I would suggest that the company perhaps offer a cheaper option for non-profit organizations or smaller sme’s that only have few products.

A Magic Tool for your ecommerce

Kommentare: I had to migrate several websites from Magento to Prestashop, or Prestashop to Prestashop and to export/import all the products, customers, passwords is very difficult manually.
So i could do it quite easily with cart 2 cart

Yes i have to say, Cart2Cart is for me a magic tool. To migrate your eshop from a platform to another is so easy! you dont lose your customers, you gain time with all the products export/import. This tool saved me like a hundred of hours if i had to do the migration manually. The price is also really affordable and the customer service very helpful. I recommend it and i love it

Nachteile:

For me its perfect for my usage, the options are clearly specified and the price is correct.

Simple, Effective, Amazing

Kommentare: Second run with Cart 2Cart. The first time, the migration was complex and my schedule was overloaded so I had the Cart2Cart team do it for me. Communication was 100% and work was 100%. The second time I ran with it on my own and completed the migration in less than 30 minutes without issues or concerns..

Vorteile:

Easy of use and price-point. Their system walked you through every step of the way. No second-takes. Super simple to deploy.

Nachteile:

Zero cons. There was nothing I liked least.
