Kommentare: The implementation and pricing, as well as the abundance of features, made the choice to switch to GatherUp a no-brainer for our team. We have had excellent experiences with the customer service team, though the program is so intuitive that we've only needed their help once in nearly two years.

Vorteile:

I am impressed by the AI-generated responses. It makes it easier to reply to our guests, as we receive a large number of reviews for our restaurants weekly.

Nachteile:

I wish the success report was able to generate numbers with two decimals, so we can get an even more granular grasp on our changes from month to month. (EX: 4.28 vs 4.2). I also wish there was an option for a larger amount of stored responses.

Vorteile:

Our primary reason for using GatherUp was to try and increase NPS and Google review response rates. In our first year of using the platform, we more than doubled NPS submissions and Google reviews. We launched a new showroom earlier this year and GatherUp has contributed significantly to building social proof on Google for this new location as well as establishing a strong reputation online across all four of our locations.

Nachteile:

It would be nice to save email templates to easily switch between testing email messaging.

I really like how the widget will pull all your reviews and place them on the website.

Nachteile:

I'm still using qr codes on cards to solicit reviews . I wish GU integrated better with products like weave and maybe invoice systems and smile reminder platforms for dentists. I think the price is wat too high. I'm paying $32 for each client now.

Functional & Affordable Review Gen/Management Tool for Local SEO Agencies

Kommentare: GatherUp is a really great review management tool that is especially useful for local SEO consultants just starting out. It's one of the most affordable tools out there and provides just as many features as the bigger, costlier brands. I'm very excited to see how GatherUp grows in the future.

Vorteile:

GatherUp (formerly GetFiveStars) is an uncomplicated and straightforward piece of review management software that simply gets the job done well. The team behind GatherUp are local SEO/marketers themselves, which adds a lot of value for me because I don't get the feeling they add features to inflate the perceived value of the tool. It truly feels like a tool built for marketers by marketers. GatherUp is very simple to use and set up. Although I have never needed any customer support, when I implemented the tool several months ago one of their sales reps was more than happy to walk me through the entire tool, which was a really big plus. They also provide regular updates and keep users in the loop on upcoming improvements they're making. All great things. Last, GatherUp just works. It's easy to onboard clients and get them up and running. GatherUp also makes sales a little easier. Clients get stars (no pun intended) in their eyes when they see all the capabilities I am able to provide them. Also, clients often think I have some huge competitive edge with this tool, almost as if I developed it myself or something. I don't have it whitelabled yet, but that's on my to-do list.

Nachteile:

Customization is unfortunately limited with GatherUp, specifically with their outreach emails. Aside from changing the color schemes, changing email copy, uploading a logo, and making a few other small tweaks, it still didn't allow me to change the outreach emails in the way I needed to fit my company brand completely. For example, I had no choice but to center-justify the email copy, which seems strange to me. I also wanted the ability to make the emails appear like regular text emails (the way I always email clients), but with GatherUp you're forced to use the one generic template. It's not the worst thing, but I just needed a few more basic customization options to be 100% bought in to the GatherUp brand. Because they're competitively priced with other review generation/management SaaS companies, these little things can make ALL the difference.

Makes Requestion Customer Feedback Seamless

Kommentare: Overall I've been very pleased with GatherUp and appreciate how they continue adding product features. I also appreciate their ethics as they help you abide by review platform rules. (for example, Yelp does not allow direct review requests, so GatherUp does not allow it either)

Vorteile:

I manage Gatherup for clients, and it has made requesting customer feedback pretty seamless. It integrates with Zapier, so I've been able to set up automation for them that makes the process easy.Also, the ability to reply to feedback, both privately and publicly, within the GatherUp platform is useful.I haven't used it much, but the feature to create graphics to share on social platforms is handy also.I also appreciate that they allow purchasing for a small number of clients. It makes the pricing affordable.

Nachteile:

The feedback request is pretty linear, but if you'd like to do anything outside of a single review request, they don't have the capability for this. I'd like to see the ability to setup different types of review requests for the same location as they could be used at different parts of the customer journey.

Excellent software and a great value

Kommentare: We have a better pulse on our customer satisfaction and have increased our online reviews.

Vorteile:

It is very important for our small business to be able to track our NPS over time. By doing so, we also ask customers to write third-party reviews for us which help us get more business. We also use the software to track those third party reviews and thank customers for writing them. There are other helpful features like Tags so we can track NPS by the type of work we are doing or which of our teams is running their project.

Nachteile:

Reporting features are a bit lacking. I would like to be able to run reports based on tags and send those reports on an interval.

GatherUp is so simple to use, and monitor reviews and customer feedback. If allows the customer to directly contact us if they have any frustrations rather than just go straight into leaving a review.

Works like a charm!

Vorteile:

We utilize the GatherUp platform to better track and monitor reviews as they come in versus manually checking each location. Doing so saves us time and helps us to react quickly to any negative feedback received. The weekly reports are also hugely beneficial for all our store managers to review how the week went overall.

Nachteile:

The only issue we had was in regards to the initial contact. Customer Service can be a bit slow to respond at times.

I feel that you should have more than 300 SMS credits per month, as that seems low for the monthly cost of the platform.

Powerful and solid

We use it as an agency partner, and we love having our businesses in one place to monitor and manage. The way to automate the review gathering process is great, and it helps keep a steady flow of reviews coming in for our clients, which helps them build their business.

Nachteile:

A few features and the UI are a bit clumsy and sometimes things are a bit hard to find. A few more ways to customize the look of request e-mails, a quick way to "mask" the review link to a custom one, and maybe a build-in editor for customizing the review widget embed code would be great.

Best Bang for Your Buck

Kommentare: Great for gathering customer experience and satisfaction - we use this primarily for NPS score and third party reviews. We also use this to get feedback on any order issues, which then get sent to our customer service rep, who can deal with them directly.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use and implement, almost no downtime to get the program going. Makes getting Google Reviews and third party reviews much easier as well.

Nachteile:

Not completely customizable like some other review software, but for the price, you get a lot of features overall.

Kommentare: The biggest thing is that it has consolidated reviews and feedback from numerous platforms, meaning that visitors to our website can see all reviews in one place.

GatherUp allows us to easily manage our customer reviews, and it's also simple for our customers to use. It makes integrating reviews from different platforms into our website a seamless process. That helps get the information in front of our prospects.

Nachteile:

The one question we have that we haven't dug into is how Google indexs GatherUp on our site.

Traject Review of GatherUp

Kommentare: I've enjoyed using the service. I like how quickly it can be used to help clients generate 3rd party reviews as a new business entity. However, I've been hesitant to sell the product to my clients, based on not having contractual agreements in place. The unexpected price increases in the past is a good example. Now I have to explain to my clients the reasoning for the increase or just except the loss of revenue on my end.Who know if the company will be sold again tomorrow and everything changes, it happens quite often in the digital industry.

Vorteile:

The data business owners are able to obtain on their performance as a business.

No contractual agreement for white label partnerships

Kiosk mode rocks

Kommentare: Overall has been good. The Reseller / agency support is fairly good though some things don't make sense like changing a profile before a mandatory update.

Vorteile:

I use Kiosk Mode and set it up in a client's waiting room. The ability to do surveys while in a waiting room is very helpful. We can also email the survey link.

Nachteile:

The cost is a bit steep, $40 per client. The reseller program is decent but I'd like to see a lower price point. Previously known as 'Get Five Stars'.

Value Features for Less

Kommentare: This keeps my clients focused on quality and helps them control the review conversations happening every day. They really bring attention when a negative review comes and they respond accordinglty.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and setup was paramount for my clients. There was nothing intimidating about setup and support was fast to respond.

Nachteile:

The Gatherup team brought text response a little later than the competitors but to their credit it works fine.

The software is very intuitive and fairly easy to use with setting up. The software does exactly what you want it to do and never have glitches. The customer support is always willing to help out

Nachteile:

The available times for training are very limited from 1-2 times a week. It would also be nice if you could toggle between review mode and direct feedback mode without messing up any settings
