Kommentare: Sehr angenehme Zusammenarbeit, stetiges Vorrankommen, wenn auch wir manchmal nicht so schnell unterwegs sind wie wir wollen. Und eine absolute Erleichterung für die Mitarbeiter an der Linie, welche in Zukunft mit Sicherheit noch größer werden wird.
Vorteile:
Der stets gute Support und das gemeinsame Lernen und Lösungssuchen.
Nachteile:
Manchmal die Einschränkung der Anwendungen, jedoch haben wir keinen Vergleich, deshalb weiß ich nicht ob es bei anderen Digitalisierungspartnern leichter wäre unsere Sonderwünsche zu implementieren.

Blackbird installation and operational experience
Vorteile:
Ease of setup. Intuitive user and administrative interface. We were up and running within a few hours on our first production line and after validation have expanded to several production lines without any major issues. Additionally they provide very good user support.
Nachteile:
Standard reporting could be improved but we have found that Blackbird have provided customised BI reports to meet our specific Company reporting requirements

Great system with fantastic customer support
Kommentare: From the time we made the first call, they have been extremely supportive to our needs, their team has even helped us set up custom reporting that we use in our daily production meeting. They have always been prompt in responding to our needs and this system has helped improve our OEEs on our lines by focusing on the issues driven by real data.

Very easy to implement Customer serviceConstantly improving system and features

No mobile app.

Blackbird, a great OEE and downtime analysis tool
Vorteile:
Once deployed the software is reliable and incredibly easy to use providing detailed insight into OEE and downtime reasons.
Nachteile:
Our initial install process was time-consuming and challenging for our particular use cast. However, I'm sure for more typical factory production line systems deployment and integration would be easy.

Fantastic performance management system
Kommentare: I have worked with the system in multiple companies and what most common areas to improve has been the overall capacity, efficiency, and changeovers. But also to understand our flow and speed in a whole new level. We have worked a lot with improve specific product due to the batch function as well.
Vorteile:
I think that it's not one thing there stands out, but the system in total.For us it's a great way to collect our data, compare, analyse etc. and therefore be smarter in our day to day decisions.
Nachteile:
There i would say that you cant fully design all your needs, but thats understandable.

Holts Review
Kommentare: Up until the point of Blackbird introduction, we were relying on manual data collection when it comes to OEE calculations. This unfortunately was not giving us a true picture. Blackbird introduced correct data collection/calculation and what's more important substantially boosted workforce interest in OEE itself and line performance in general. Couldn't recommend Blackbird more!
Vorteile:
Streamlined front end, accurate data collection, ease of use, great customer service.
Nachteile:
The only thing I would like to see in the future is integrated file system. File allocation against Products would allow us to allocate Finished Goods Specs and Safety Documentation directly in to Blackbird.

Kommentare: I think its a great system and seen some good improvements from the data it collects. Andon call can be very powerful.
Vorteile:
I think how it can adapt to any machine or production line is fantastic and overcome the IT red tape you typically see within organizations
Nachteile:
When using batches I would like the system to change the downtime trigger. We often get caught out by this and as a result do not capture all the stoppages.

Easy to use
Kommentare: We are just at the beginning of our "blackbird jurney" but have already been able to make the problems on our productionlines very visible, and then take the right actions, so the overall experience with blackbird is very impressive
Vorteile:
Easy to use, very skilled people from Blackbird to help setting it up, and understanding the features of the product, and very fast responsetime when you have issues that you cant solve by yourselve
Nachteile:
nothing comes to mind, but we are only in the beginning of our "blackbirdjourney"

Have used BlackBird for 1,5 year. Very attractiv purchase Price. Very easy and cheaap to install
Kommentare: Improved packing capacity with around 20 to 22%. Have cut down the nightshift. Have reduced the packing losses from 2 cifret procentage to below 2%

Very good handling of the data picked up for the production, Eeasy implementation and adapttionalt o our production conditions. A loty of features to use for analysing the picked up production datas
Nachteile:
All in All I like everything about BlackBird. I like the continuering improvement of the product ea energy- mesurement-model
A very worth-while investment for anyone who is interested in seriously improving OEE

Easy to navigate through the software. Motivates the team to produce at a higher efficiency. Great customer support.
Nachteile:
Need to get an additional software to get customized reports sent to me.
