Very valuable and effective solution
Vorteile:
Quantum's solution has impacted in a very positive way on how we manage our spend analytics. In addition, their user interface is very user friendly. Furthermore and the most important value is their customer service which is superb.

Supplier Diversity Metrics Review
Kommentare: We use this system to report Tier 2 information to our customers. Since we have over 50 customers, this system makes it very easy to do this. This was the main reason that we selected Quantum. Also, the system is very easy to use and it is customized for our particular use.
Vorteile:
The product is easy to use, flexible and has reporting functionality tailor made for our needs.
Nachteile:
I don't have any comments regarding this at this time. The system does a lot more than their competitors.

Quantum's software is very straightforward and easy to navigate. But the real pro of working with Quantum is their team and customer service. They have been true partners as we've expanded our Supplier Diversity Program at Merck. They are reliable, flexible and adaptable. The Quantum Team is always willing to work with us and customize the dashboard to fit our business needs.
Nachteile:
At this time, there are no cons that I've experienced in working with the Quantum team.
