Kommentare: I've really enjoyed my experience with SFTP To Go and I hope that I am able incorporate it into my businesses resources in the future.
(Also, a shout-out to [sensitive content hidden] for the guided walk-through and for giving me a great intro experience!)

Vorteile:

My favorite feature with SFTP To Go was it's accessibility across multiple platforms. Whether it was accessing the server on a new/temporary computer or integrating with a trusted desktop client (which is my preference).

Nachteile:

The price point compared to the features needed. To be clear, I am not saying that SFTP To Go is over priced. I'm only saying that even the lowest tier is beyond my current budget. (Although I hope this isn't the case for too much longer)

It's just easy to use.

Kommentare: Easy and seamless. Everything from the billing to the credential building is slick.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use. For a SME like us, I was able to build client-specific SFTP instances without any IT support....in an hour. Great user interface for a low-IT marketer like me.

Nachteile:

It could be a bit expensive for a long-term tool, but the pricing is much better than any competitor I found.

Perfect for Starter Projects and Quick Deployments

Kommentare: I found it very nice for a temporary solution (that for some people and projects could very well be a long term solution), which was very easy to throw in to see how the rest of my application functions.

Vorteile:

It was incredibly quick to set up, only taking about 10 minutes.

Nachteile:

The scaling up process seems a bit pricey, but given the simplicity, I think it makes sense.

VP Data Strategy

Kommentare: SFTP To Go has been fantastic. They have worked with us to fine tune their product and pricing to work with our individual use case.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, affordable, and great customer service

Nachteile:

Search functionality within directories is sometimes cumbersome.

Great affordable SFTP solution!

Kommentare: Trouble free since inception over a year ago. Has been a very cost-effective solution for moving files between our EHR solution and SharePoint. We have just begun using to pull and push files to HubSpot.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Affordability. Never fails to receive or allow files to be pushed to our SharePoint site. Files are also easily removed via Power Automate.

Nachteile:

Nothing, great product all around. Trouble free use.

SFTP to Go meets the challenge...

Kommentare: It resolved some very strong issues we were having with some clients. We were able to achieve full and complete FTP/SFTP and related success.

Vorteile:

Their support and help when needed. We were able to setup special SFTP folders for some food service clients that had very specific needs.

Nachteile:

Documentation is a bit weak but usable. No real issues once we learned how to work with the system.

Top shelf service & support

Kommentare: My SFTPToGo overall experience is nothing but positive. 1st class product and service.

Vorteile:

The fact that the engineering team will listen and implement changes to make their product better.

Nachteile:

The pricing model is a little expensive.

One stop solution for FTP needs

Kommentare: Easy to setup and work with for all FTP requirements

Vorteile:

This has been a great solution for removing ftp from our on-premise environment. Allowing us have an always up secure solution for our clients needs. Easy set up and fast response to support requests. Definitely your full service ftp solution.

Nachteile:

Wish they had a better email activity notification system. It works fine but would be better if it was more customizable. But every solution seems to suffers from this weakness.

Great support and ease of use

Kommentare: I get fast responses any time I have a technical question. The price is reasonable.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and set up. Every time I contact support I get a quick response.

Nachteile:

Wish that it had logging for the lower level service.

Exouza SFTP To Go Review

Kommentare: We use SFTP to GO for daily file exchange between clients and vendors and, to date, we have had no issues. Much, much better than our previous provider.

Vorteile:

Very easy to configure with intuitive interface

Nachteile:

Nothing. It fits our needs very well and is easy to use.

Best in class managed SFTP service

Kommentare: Our organization kind of fell into SFTP To Go initially by default, but as we developed more relationship with the vendor, it's gotten better and better for us. There's also a ton of untapped potential - exciting road ahead! That's saying a lot when we're just talking files.

Vorteile:

SFTP To Go is a top-notch managed SFTP service. They have excellent security features and the higher tiers offer S3 access as well which is blazingly fast.

Nachteile:

The website itself has a few kinks and quirks. Sometimes it fails to log you in until you retry, and as far as I could tell MFA is optional without any ability to make a policy.

Great experience with SFTP to GO!

I loved the how easy was to setup it and the support provided

Nachteile:

There was just a con in the configuration aspect that I can't remember now, but it wasn't a deal breaker. We managed to work around it with the help of the support.

SFTP Made Simple, Easy, and Joyful

Kommentare: The experience has been incredible. Thank you SFTP To Go for making my life so so so much easier when it comes to handling confidential data from clients.

Vorteile:

Before I found SFTP To Go, I was completely overwhelmed by the entire SFTP process. However, with SFTP To Go, they have completely revolutionized online SFTP. No longer do you need to go through a complicated SFTP process. Honestly, it is so easy to use, it brings me joy every time I log in.

Nachteile:

The only con about SFTP to go is that they do not allow for multiple file downloads at once. However, their customer service is incredible - I reached out to them about the feature suggestion. They were open to my feedback and let me know that it is on their product roadmap. It feels great being able to work with a feedback oriented team.

It just works

Kommentare: I needed a simple SFTP storage 4 years ago for us at Novelship, we added SFTP go addon on heroku and we got the storage quickly. I setup it in 2020 and it has just worked since then. I never had to open it again for changing or fixing anything.

Vorteile:

- It just works as it should. Every feature that was expected was present.

Nachteile:

- None, haven't heed any issues, all works as expected

Simpler yet powerful

Kommentare: The SFTP to Go plugin allowed seamless integration enabling secure file transfers using SFTP. Ideal for businesses seeking simple, automated file transfers without complex setup.

Vorteile:

Ease of use almost took little to no time to implement.

Nachteile:

Nothing TBH, so far didn't have any issues or breaches so i am good.

Experience with SFTP to GO

Kommentare: Overall, the service team has been great to work with and once we had setup complete it has gone smoothly.

Vorteile:

Easy to find necessary files, upload and download as needed.

Nachteile:

Setting up users, we have some internal that need to access different files and haven't got that setup yet.

Kommentare: Two thumbs up. I would suggest it to anyone that needs an FTP cloud service.

Vorteile:

Very easy and simple to setup. Their customer support has also been top notch. I've only needed to contact them once, but they were very fast to respond and answered my question clearly.

Nachteile:

We regularly get disconnect errors. This usually lasts for < 1s so it's not really a true complaint. What we're using the service for does not require ~100% uptime. If it disconnects for a brief second, our automations reconnect seamlessly.

It is a straightforward setup with the option to access files via a Web browser.

Nachteile:

I wished it had automation tools to schedule file transfers, copy files to local server and scripts to control file movement.

User-friendly interface and great service

Kommentare: My account manager has been great, from sales call to setup. He answered my setup questions and made sure my billing account was setup correctly before the trial period ended.

Vorteile:

It is priced so I can pay for just what I need. With very little IT expertise, I was able to setup the files and credentials within one day to start being able to receive file transfer. Support has been timely and responsive whenever I did have a question.

Nachteile:

I did not really have anything to say I like the least. My only struggles related to my limited IT expertise.
