This is the worst app with a bunch of bugs. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They don't even respond emails. I sent multiple emails requesting my refund because i cancelled the subscription the next day I signed up due to bugs and poor performance and they never responded. I contacted through chat as well with someone named [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who said she will get back to me but never did. I keep sending her texts and I can see she reads them but never responds. Please use CANVA instead!! Better features, user friendly, cheaper and great customer service.

Kommentare: I have only used the Text to video service and its proving to be a Great app. Lives up to its name as it is easy to manoeuvre on the app.
Im keen to use the other facilities to provide updated reviews.

Its name backs up what I like best about this product. I find it very simple to use! The easy process to each of the video creating, text to video is hastle free.

Nachteile:

Sometimes when imputing the Ai voice it does not activate once set. So i often need to go back and reset my choice.

- Some features doesn't apply exactly as I want but I think it eed some development especially in adjusting the animation of Ads you make.- You need to submit to one of their tiers to get more tools and features. It may be expensive for some people to get features that are present in another apps.

Kommentare: I looked at a couple of other tools that market similar services, but Simplified is by far the best option. For the user-friendly interface, a highly accurate generative tool (for the most part), and even an AI chatbot that was helpful and personable, Simplified is leagues ahead of some of the other competitors!

I really like the simplicity of the generative tools. Admittedly, when I received back my first generated design from the simple prompt, I said "wow" because I was impressed by what it had produced with the prompt I provided.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the images generated along with the design are incorrect. With that said, Simplified has such a user-friendly platform that selecting a different image is easy.
