If you use Boom with your clients you need to have clear communication with the client to make sure they understand what they're going to receive from Boom. But this is something more internal.

Kommentare: La mia esperienza con BOOM Image Studio è stata molto positiva. Il software si è dimostrato essere un potente strumento per la creazione di immagini 3D e l'editing fotografico. La sua interfaccia intuitiva e la vasta gamma di funzionalità mi hanno permesso di esplorare nuove tecniche e migliorare la qualità dei miei lavori. Inoltre, l'integrazione con altre risorse online ha arricchito ulteriormente le mie creazioni.

Vorteile:

BOOM Image Studio offre un'ampia gamma di strumenti intuitivi per la creazione e l'editing di immagini 3D e fotografie. La sua interfaccia user-friendly rende l'apprendimento e l'utilizzo del software molto accessibile anche per i principianti. Tra le funzionalità più apprezzate, vi sono gli strumenti di modellazione 3D, il supporto per il lavoro con la realtà aumentata e l'integrazione con alcune delle migliori librerie di materiali e modelli 3D sul mercato.

Nachteile:

Nonostante BOOM Image Studio offra numerose funzionalità, alcuni utenti potrebbero trovare che il software richieda una certa quantità di risorse di sistema per funzionare in modo ottimale. Inoltre, in confronto ad altri software più noti nel settore, potrebbe mancare di alcune funzioni avanzate o di specifiche personalizzazioni.

Vorteile:

- The possibility to have all the pictures stored for 1+ year - The possibility to have a fast, user friendly way to book a massive number of standard shootings almost every where and with a short notice - The possibility to train photographers in the network before the shooting

Nachteile:

- The automated postproduction doesn't allow for 100% accuracy in the guidelines, so manual work from Poke House team is needed almost every time

Easy way to book and manage photo shoots

Kommentare: Camplus is not "standard".... Our residences, customer... needs in general are hard to define in a strong guideline definition. We had difficulties finding some compromise with Boom to better answer to our "exceptions" which (unfortunately for Boom) are more than "the rules". We perfeclty understand that to be "fast", functional and to keep low prices, guideline definition is critical but for companies like us this could be - in some cases - too restrictive.

Vorteile:

Easy to use. We use it just to book our photo shoots. It is fitted to our needs, we don't use it for any other purpose.

Nachteile:

This version is more complete than the previous one as you can see the pictures' preview. For the purpose we use it, it's ok. I don't have further suggestions.

Ok experience, not the service for our needs

Kommentare: The experience was not bad, but we need more flexibility. We had some misunderstanding scheduling shootings. We prefer to have regular freelance-collaborators to work with that we know that are flexible and generally the cost is also lower (bigger amount of pictures at a lower price) - Anyway, I'm sure the platform has a lot of potential that we were not using / in need of. I just think it was not a product for us

Vorteile:

We used Boom to organize regular photoshootings. Support was good and any issue we had was solved.

Nachteile:

Flexibility and cost of the service (packs were too small for the price we had)

Factures non payées

Vorteile:

Boom image studio ne paye plus les photographes depuis 2 mois. La société n’honore plus ses contrats passés et ne répond ni par mails ni par téléphone ! A fuir avant une future action en justice.

Nachteile:

Ne paye plus ses factures depuis 2 mois malgré les relances.

Irrespect total des photographes

Kommentare: Comme Yves voila plus de 2 ans que je travaillais comme photographe en partenariat avec la plateforme Boom mais depuis 2 mois je n'ai pas été payé de mes factures et malgré de nombreuses relances par mails, personne ne daigne répondre et impossible de les joindre par tel ni sur leur chat. C'est purement irrespectueux et scandaleux. Je m'interroge sur une poursuite judiciaire!!!

Vorteile:

Plus aucun point positif depuis 2 mois car plus de contacte et aucune réponse de Boom aux mails!!!

Nachteile:

Boom ne répond plus aux photographes depuis 2 mois maintenant, ils sont impossible à joindre par tel, par mail et par chat

Vorteile:

Boom is amazing. Very easy to use as a user and as an admin Great customer success and product team Quick service, you get quality photos in less than 48h

a bit more control on how the pictures are done by the photographers

Vorteile:

Usabilità intuitiva e efficace. Molto facile e pratica la gestione del servizio.

Nachteile:

Rispetto alle esigenze a gli obiettivi che ci siamo posti non abbiamo per ora rilevato criticità.
