Kommentare: What I value most about 'Parallel' is not just the final quality of the product itself and the functionality it provides to my clients, but also the close, personal, and immediate interaction we maintain with the support team. Vorteile:
Our real estate agents, the end users of the tool, find Parallel to be a simple, practical, intuitive, and completely understandable tool. It significantly eases and speeds up their work. It is well-received by everyone, including those who are more tech-savvy and those who might face more challenges in this area.
Nachteile:
Perhaps what I miss when creating templates is the ability to have more flexibility in editing the final visual appearance of the contracts. However, since we embarked on the journey with 'Parallel' over 2 years ago, we have improved significantly in this aspect. We are confident that we will go even further.

Great software for collection data - helps us avoid painful manual labor

We run a recruiting business where we need to collect CV’s, certificates, personal IDs and more securely from Applicants. In addition we need to generate Contracts and more for our clients. Loving Parallel. Before we used other data collection systems. It worked but the interface was just terrible and ugly honestly. Also all data would go directly into our CRM with no chance for us to get customers to correct data as needed during this process except by phone calls or emails back and forth. This was a pain. With Parallel we can approve each piece of data our customers uploads or reject it and add comments in their interface, so customers understand the issue and they fix the issue before we let it enter our CRM. This means that the quality of the documentation we actually receive improves because we can weed out the mistakes before they enter our CRM. And all in a beautiful interface that auto saves the data, so the user can come and go until they are done with it all with them or us worrying about loosing data. They also have an extensive API for integrating with other systems and webhooks which we use extensively to integrate with our CRM.
Nachteile:
It’s not all pure rainbows and unicorns though. Some things I miss: 1. You can’t limit file upload types in their upload fields, which I find puzzling. Many applicants upload images of CVs instead of actual CVs, photos of paper from their phone and other things we just can’t use for anything. So not being able to limit file types to PDF, PNG, JPEG for different fields is a bit of a problem. 2. While the general document generation look great and they have Markdown support (also for tables) I am missing some more flexibility when it comes to layout in templates. 3. While they support a few languages, no Hungarian language support which is an issue for us. Many of our clients only speak Hungarian and you can’t localize the interface fully. So it is half Hungarian and half English. It could be great if we could manually translate everything as well for unsupported languages. 4. Many of their training videos are in Spanish. While some have English subtitles I don’t understand why they don’t make it in English and localize to Spanish as I would imagine the majority speaks English. To be honest 2 and 4 are minor annoyances only. The biggest for us are number 1 and 3. But I hope they will improve this.
OnParallel is a great software for managing contacts and get them signed. But only if you need all these features since there are cheaper alternatives

Well refined experience all over. Great and on time notification via mail when the other user signs or is waiting for other details. And it has templates too if you are ok with a quick start

It took me a while to figure out the pricing since you have to contact them first which adds a little bit of a friction within the acquisition process. Good price but only if you need the particulars automated notification and report functions for a form/document management software

Impressive process managment platform
Kommentare: With Parallel it's easy to onboard clients, get forms filled in and returned signed. Parallel in my opinon is an impressive and collaborative process management software that is extremely flexible because It's allowed us to accelerate our company process, eliminate human errors and, our streamline the entire onboarding workflow.
Vorteile:
Keeping track of processes and getting forms filled in from clients has always been a slow, tedious and generally painful process that never gets easier. It was very frustrating always having to chase clients when it came to onboarding. However, with Parallel it's been an absolute breeze, it's literately so easy to onboard clients, get forms filled in and returned signed. Both the backend and frontend of the software looks sleek, professional and is also easy to navigate once you know your way around.. Parallel seems to already be very feature rich with lots of templates and advanced functions, even API and Webhook is available which is phenomenal. Building forms with "conditions" and being able to automate other stuff is just a whole transformation to any business. I would like to also pinpoint the excellent customer service team, who have always promptly and effectively provided help and answered all my questions. So, in overview, I would highly recommend Parallel to anyone looking to avoid chasing their customers for the information they need to collect and speed up the process.
Nachteile:
Integration with DocuSign a major player in the game is currently in the pipeline and I believe will be available soon but it will be worth the wait for eletronic signature if you already have that platform.

Kommentare: Overall very satisfied and glad we teamed up. I think a lot of finance, legal, and heavy onboarding businsiness will love how simple, fast, and easy it is to deploy something that looks so complex.
Vorteile:
After searching for months for a form / portal solution for our lending products, we stublmed upon Parallel and we've been amazed with it. It's simple, easy to use, allows you to build quickly and most importantly allows you to request files and comment / approve them. The team has been amazingly responsive, fixing bugs and improving features all the time.
Nachteile:
Price is a bit high given how much capacity there is nowadays for low code / no code development and they do charge for things like white labeling, but they are so fast to fix and improve that it's been great for us. Parallel not a full on client portal yet, but I think they are getting there.

Fantastic Tool for Onboarding

Vorteile:
Parallel is a fantastic platform that allows us to provide an ultra efficient onboarding experience for our clients. Additionally, being able to modify templates for a highly customized and trackable onboarding for referral partners or affiliates is another huge benefit.
Nachteile:
I really have not found any deal breakers or significant cons, but if I would like to see the ability to modify some of the text and layout of the onboarding link that is created. It is moderately customizable, but I would like to see a bit more flexibility.

- Native integrations with electronic signature takes multiple steps from sending a contract- Makes it really easy to collect multiple types of data, and keeping the data collected right where i need to use it, which is in document generation-A lot of customization options for each field type including logic rules and conditional visibility- It takes some time to setup, but in theory is possible to set a workflow that fits multiple types of contracts, so your document generation is easier and no more mistakes, all you need to do is fill up the form and the document will populate the right info in the right places. - I love that you can attach documents that will append to the generated document for signature, so i find it useful to attach the original quote, taking a lot of work from the manual contract generation. Easy to use, drag and drop form creator. The forms are beautiful and professional looking, you can share a link to it, and it will validate the signatoryKeep all your contracts in the same place, possibility to set alerts on expirations and other important dates
Nachteile:
Maybe having some extra field types would be nice, for example repeated field sets, or possibility to linking templates.
Game-changer in customer relationship

Parallel's user interface is simple and easy to understand, making it easy for our team to adapt for both legal teams and the end client. We have experienced a significant improvement in our client relationships thanks to Parallel's ability to centralise key information and improve communication. It has enabled us to track client interactions more efficiently, saving us approximately 30-40% on client communications. The team and customer support is terrific. The tool can be ready to use in less than a week.
Nachteile:
We are still awaiting some key features that we feel are necessary to fully optimise our processes, however, the team is very receptive to feedback and several implementations have been made almost on demand.

Vorteile:
I would highly recommend Parallel to any business that is looking for a cloud-based platform to manage its business processes. For our Marketing Agency, Parallel expedites the client onboarding process, as well, as speeds up the collection of data from our clients. With this platform, we are able to automate tasks such as contract creation. Lastly, I have also found Parallel customer support to be very helpful and responsive.
Nachteile:
Wish Parallel had more "pre-made" forms geared toward marketing agency

Kommentare: In my work we use Parallel for several tasks, one of them and very important is the KYC process (for the Money Laundering Prevention Law). Before Parallel, this process was very slow, with many emails and various communications with the client. With Parallel's platform we have reduced the KYC time response with more reliability and less confusion for the client. The fact that the KYC form can be digitally signed means that the process can be completed in 24 hours.
Vorteile:
The interface is very friendly and easy to use, very visual. Fast, it is very useful that Parallel saves the information as you complete it. By allowing several people to work on the same petition you can streamline the KYC process. The options provided by the platform allow you to track in real time the answers to the form. With the notifications you can communicate with the clients immediately and resolve their doubts. In addition, to being a very useful tool, the Parallel team quickly resolves doubts and incidents that the user and/or platform may have.
Nachteile:
Nothing to highlight, whenever improvements in the application have been requested, the Parallel team has responded very quickly solving the issues and implementing the improvement requests (for example, customization of the home screen).

Kommentare: Es una herramienta imprencindible en mi día a día para algunos procesos legales standarizados y pequeños contratos.
Vorteile:
La herramienta es sin duda de las mejores del mercado. No es perfecta, pero no tiene competencia. Agiliza la gestión de contratos y documentos avanzados . Es perfecta para flujos de documentos similares.
Nachteile:
Hecho de menos la integración con otras firmas alternativas. No obstante, tienen un buen plan adecuado y profesional para el standar español y europeo con empresas de calidad internacionalmente reconocidas.

Lo hemos utilizado en varios procesos. Por ejemplo, en peticiones dirigidas a nuestros clientes para obtener la información del KYC (Know Your Client), información sobre temas de compliance, etc. También lo hemos usado internamente para recopilar información sobre ciertos procesos.
Son procesos en los que se recoge y valida bastante documentación, y detectábamos problemas tanto en la fase de obtención de esta documentación como en nuestro proceso interno de revisión y validación.
Con Parallel hemos coneguido mejorar la eficiencia de estos procesos, centralizar la información y hacerla más accesible. Además, nos ha ayudado a mostrar una imagen más actualizada a nuestros clientes.
Vorteile:
El producto es muy fácil de usar, intuitivo y flexible. Para todos los públicos, desde personas con habilidades técnológicas a personas con más inconvenientes con la tecnologia. Además, está mejorando constantemente incorporando nuevas funcionalidades. En nuestro caso, durante la ejecución de un piloto de 2 meses de duración se hicieron más de 100 acciones. El equipo es muy receptivo: analiza tus problemas y siempre aporta soluciones. Son muy rápidos con la gestión de las mejoras así como con las incidencias. En mi experiencia con múltiples proveedores del sector IT, creo que se trata de un buen partner.
Nachteile:
Es díficil comentar cosas negativas, pero como puntos a mejorar diria la personalización. Actualmente exiten opciones a nivel de branding, templates, etc, pero en procesos complejos puede ser necesario incorporar metadatos propios del cliente u otras opciones de look&feel que todavia no existen. Pero sé que son cosas que tienen en mente y todavía no han incorporado.
Excelente forma de trabajo
Kommentare: Su herramienta me ha dado la posibilidad de que la comunicación con los clientes sea menos rudimentaria y más fluida, ya que incluso pueden realizar preguntas en relación a determinadas cláusulas de un contrato a través de su plataforma. Por ello, desde que mi compañía cuenta con sus servicios, hemos podido obtener mayor productividad en nuestro trabajo diario.
Vorteile:
"Soy abogada del departamento legal de una compañía, y puedo decir, que el trato recibido por parte de su equipo, y la rápida solución en todo momento es inmejorable. Cualquier duda, siempre están a tu disposición para resolverla. Su herramienta de trabajo me ha permitido ofrecer a mis clientes la posibilidad de formalizar contratos incluso desde el teléfono móvil, ofreciendo así una mayor rapidez y fluidez en la formalización de mandatos para la venta y alquiler."
Nachteile:
Siendo sincera, no encuentro nada negativo en la compañía que tenga que mencionar.

Una gran herramienta para facilitar el onboarding de clientes
Kommentare: Parallel ha permitido centralizar la recogida de información y documentación del cliente y controlar la recepción y archivo de la misma para completar el proceso de su identificación (KYC). Antes era necesario gestionarlo via email mediante PDFs que el cliente debía imprimir, completar manualmente y devolver escaneados. Parallel economiza tiempo y automatiza todas estas gestiones.
Vorteile:
Parallel evita el ir y venir de emails en Outlook, da mayor seguridad al cliente a la hora de compartir información y documentos confidenciales, la facilidad e inmediatez de respuesta.
Nachteile:
En un inicio fui bastante escéptica a la efectividad del programa, pero una vez me acustembré al uso y formato, hoy por hoy, no encuentro ninguna desventaja. Una mejora que sí propongo es deI3stacar el formato de cada pregunta del formulario para distinguirla de la respuesta del cliente de forma que facilite su revisión de un vistazo.

Agilidad en mis procesos
Kommentare: Poder tener la información en un solo lugar y no dispersada entre correos y mensajes. Tener el control y seguimiento estricto del proceso, enviando recordatorios al usuario.
Vorteile:
La facilidad de seguimiento a cada una de las peticiones enviadas, permitiendo tener toda la información en un solo lugar. Me evita tener que hacer seguimiento a diferentes correos solicitando siempre la misma información.
Nachteile:
Cuando se finaliza una petición sale un mensaje estándar y no me da opción de tenerlo personalizado desde el principio cuando se crea. Sería interesante poder personalizar este mensaje de cierre.
Extraordinary and useful platform to deal with clients.
Kommentare: In the moment that Parallel appeared in our daily work, all the processes became easier and faster. Clients answer the KYC in a few minutes and the interaction with them has been fluent. Our work has been simplified in a significant way, before it took days to have all the required information and with Parallel sometimes it took a few hours.
Vorteile:
Easy, friendly, all the information required is located in a petition with all the interaction with the clients. Clients feel safe and think that is a professional tool.
Nachteile:
No one thought before about this application... :)

Facilidad
Kommentare: La facilidad de evitar cadenas de correos con el cliente es la principal ventaja que me ha dado Parallel. El hecho de tener un formulario inteligente hace el intercambio de información más fluido.
Vorteile:
La facilidad de la plataforma, es muy intuitiva. Permite una rápida respuesta de nuestro clientes, que además responden con muchos menos errores. Enviar la solicitud de información en forma de formulario quita mucho trabajo. El poder tener una comunicación directa con el cliente a través de la plataforma permite una comunicación mucho más fluida, cosa que lleva a más rapidez.
Nachteile:
Lo único que no me gusta es no poder evitar un correo. A veces tengo que borrar una solicitud y enviársela a la persona correcta (con un correo nuevo).

Kommentare: Tenemos una gran base de clientes que necesitan aportar mucha documentación. Antes lo gestionábamos de manera rudimentaria con Google Drive y ahora gracia a Parallel lo hemos podido automatizar. El beneficio principal es el control de la documentación.
Vorteile:
Lo que más me gusta es que facilita la colaboración con el cliente, ya que en todo momento es consciente de la documentación que ha aportado y la que le falta por aportar. Eso facilita mucho las cosas.
Nachteile:
A priori no tengo ninguna crítica destacable. Aunque es cierto que con clientes muy poco tecnológicos pueden llegar a encallarse.
Must have software for Document Collection & Contracts
Kommentare: Parallel has transformed our process for onboarding. As an animation company, we work with lots of freelance staff, and each one has to sign NDA's and be onboarded with our software and systems. Parallel has turned an admin heavy process into a simple solution that requires very little effort. All the information is presented in a professional manor and has really raised our game in this area.
Vorteile:
There's an amazing scope for different types of contracts and documents, with lots of options for customization. Conditions really raise the bar here, allowing for multiple documents to be condensed down into a single document. I also have to mention Parallels customer support. They have nailed it. With super fast response times and knowledgeable answers, you'll never feel stuck when you have a great support backbone.
Nachteile:
Like many modern software, there's a little learning to be done, but there's plenty of help documentations an templates to guide you through. And if all else fails, there's the help desk. I was up and running in a couple of hours, which is not bad at all. The only area I can see that needs improving is their integrations with other signing companies such as DocuSign and Adobe Sign, however I believe that this something that is already being addressed.
Big Bucks No Whammies!!!

This tool has a phenomenal UI/UX and some really good use cases for use. Just a little planning out of your workflow can yield a beautiful result.
Nachteile:
The terminology could be less confusing. I think describing a parallel as a form on steroids or forms 3.0 for the new web, etc. Help connect the dots with something that we already know.

The number one tool that we like is the e-signature service provided followed my the field conditional logic when filling up a contract or form.
Nachteile:
The lack of front-end languages. They should think of adding major languages such as French, German, Dutch, Italian and Portuguese
