Express Maintenance is a robust CMMS that has met all our needs.
Kommentare: We have a systematized and automated PM and Inventory program; as well as a work order system. Through this software we are able to better manage our parts inventory, keep track of service history, and perform root cause analysis and MTBF reporting. It's allowed us to move from a reactive maintenance environment to a proactive one through the PM/PdM system.
When we were looking for a CMMS we needed one that was easy to use and had a reasonable price point. We paid for their enterprise license which gave us the ability to deploy it to an unlimited number of users and sites. I've implemented a CMMS before and it can be daunting task so what I was more interested in was the implementation support. Express Maintenance has partnered with Manufacturing Asset Solutions for their implementation and training support. Having MAS available to us for onsite project development, implementation, training, and continuous improvement support has made all the difference. MAS provided us with an ROI on the implementation and a project manager to ensure our CMMS was going to provide the quality and timely data we needed and expected from our CMMS.
Express Maintenance is server based. Even though we've been told they are working on a mobile app we haven't seen it yet. However, we were able to install the software on our MS Surface Pro Tablet and it worked just fine. Looking forward to a more mobile solutions.
Functionality and ease of use are outstanding.
It would be nice if the companies that have software agreements already in place received an email with the password for the upgrade automatically, instead of having to submit a support ticket to get the password.
