Kommentare: Excellent, I have worked with a lot of ATS's in the past and I feel Springboard is one of the strongest platforms on the market.

Vorteile:

Springboard is a system that is easy to use and can integrate with most products. It is easy to communicate with candidates and hiring managers and provides information at your fingertips. It also allows you to talent pool candidates for the next time a role is available.

Nachteile:

You need to invest the time to learn to functionality, once you have Springboard does the work for you.

Vorteile:

Springboard is a relatively easy to use ATS system, with plenty of functionality. The system can customized heavily depending on the styles of roles you are recruiting and has plenty of integrations. We have automated a large amount of our recruitment process through the system with tailored communications to candidates / interview scheduling/ SMS notifications/ talent pooling. We recruit a a mix of volume and individual roles and have been able to tailor the system well for our requirements. The account management team have also been very responsive / something that's not a given with software providers!

Nachteile:

I would like a further integrated search function with Seek & LinkedIn - however the team are constantly working on new releases!
