Vorteile:
Die vielen Möglichkeiten, worüber potentielle Kandidaten gefiltert werden können. Es ist einfach zu erlernen, übersichtlich und intuitiv. Es können Vorlagen und Automatisierungen erstellt, um schneller und effizienter damit arbeiten zu können.
Nachteile:
Die Kundenbetreuung finde ich sehr schwach. Nach einer 6-monatigen Probephase, die erfolgreich war, wollten wir mit einer Lizenz LinkedIn Recruiter starten. Allerdings war diese nur im Rahmen einer Unternehmenslösung möglich, sodass auch noch Jobslots als auch Impressions gekauft werden mussten. In der Analyse haben diese allerdings überhaupt keine Ergebnisse hineingebracht, sodass wir diese nicht mit dazu buchen wollten. Leider wurde darauf beharrt, dass es nicht möglich ist, nur mit der LinkedIn Recruiter Lizenz zu arbeiten bei einem Preis. Der Preis lag bei ca. 25 K für ein Jahr. Nachdem wir noch unsere Templates exportiert haben wollten, wurde uns kommuniziert, dass dies nicht mehr möglich ist, weil wir keine zahlenden Kunden mehr sind, obwohl wir die ersten 6 Monate 10.000 EUR gezahlt haben.

Kommentare: My overall impression of LinkedIn Recruiter is positive. If you want to connect with elite talent, this recruiting software is unquestionably essential.
Vorteile:
This software has a lot of features that I appreciate! Using the "projects" option, I can quickly organize applicant profiles.
Nachteile:
Groups are a little difficult to manage in my opinion.
Good tool but with poor customer service and response rate policies.
Vorteile:
I like the number of candidates that the tool gives access to.
Nachteile:
I received a message saying I was no longer allowed to send mass inmails for 2 weeks because my response rate for a certain period was "12.8%" which is under their 13% threshold. When I checked my response rate for that period, it was 17.2%. I reached out to customer service but customer service hasn't done anything to remedy this.

It makes a recruiter’s job more strategic and diversified candidate funnels
Nachteile:
The website is laggy and sometimes interrupts the work day with crashes.

Linkedin Recruiter with Mercury is a Game Changer
Vorteile:
WE use MErcury as an ATS that sits on top of MS Dynamics and having the ease of tracking communications, vacancies and internal communications is time saving.
Nachteile:
None that comes to mind. Maybe if there is a bulk add to vacancy but right now is not as important.
LinkedIn review
Vorteile:
Having jobs to assign people to and source from. Inmail no limit in words. Templates to share easily.
Nachteile:
Inmails are very limited monthly. It is expensive and we are still limited on how many ppl we can reach.

Essential for Recruitment and Business Development
Kommentare: Many people do not respond and the job ads get many replied but never get appropriate replies.
Vorteile:
LinkedIn Recruiter is very effective for finding people and contacting them. Its a great way to understand the people in a company and who to contact for various reasons. LinkedIn was very easy to set up and also integrated well with other software. The mobile app has greatly improved as well.
Nachteile:
I think that they should offer more Inmails as a reasonable rate. Each seat gets 100 inmails per month shared across the whole team, but we would like to easily increase this or even purchase more that if necessary.

A very easy tool to use. You can search potential candidates using boolean search and using filtering options. You get the most accurate results for your search and it also has an option that shows that you have already viewed the candidate
Nachteile:
Sometimes you find very old profiles that are updated for a long time and also the candidate information is not correct

Kommentare: Overall LinkedIn Recruiter is good but I don't know if it's worth the full price.
Vorteile:
Obviously, LinkedIn is the go-to site for finding talent and all the additional filters are awesome.
Nachteile:
For the cost, I would really like to see more options. For example, you have to pay extra for job posts and additional InMail credits.Also, when searching for candidates, you have to manually exclude all of your current clients every time. There isn't an easy way to add current clients and filter them out for the entire team.

Linkedin is of great help, both for those looking for a job and for the contractor, and it also helps in expanding the network

A bit methodical in use, sometimes I have difficulty using the site, inserting documents or updating.
Definitely a must for HR and BD people
Kommentare: linkedin recruiter allows me to do any kind of search no matter the role, location or even the grade of connection. I'm able to contact people who is not in my network and consider them for any of the vacancies that I'm managing.
Vorteile:
LinkedIn recruiter is easy to use, very intuitive and let you do different things in terms of candidate management. You can source people, save their profiles in different projects, make templates and contact them and also set up appointments thanks to the integration you can do with your calendar!
Nachteile:
It's really expensive (it worth it) if you don't belong to a company that could pay for it.
Best platform for lead generation & market research!
Kommentare: It is a great tool for market research and recruitment. It has helped me a lot in getting a fair understanding of talent from multiple domains in different regions.
Vorteile:
Its unique selling proposition is their experience split filter where one can easily set the required/customized experience split while searching for leads. It is really one of a kind tool.

It is very expensive and there is room for addition of new features like average tenure.

Kommentare: Great tool when searching for specific roles. Other roles where there is a bit of looking "in the grey" it is hard to distinguish good from great.

It is great to be able to search networks of candidates based on specific skills and obtain insights about employment trends.

Kommentare: In general, my experience with the social network has been quite good and has even allowed me to fill many of the vacancies for senior positions that I had available at the time.
Vorteile:
One of the best features is the access to candidates from many professional profiles and even being able to send them a direct message and communicate with them in real-time.
Nachteile:
that many of the candidates who are on the network are not actively updating their professional profiles, which often makes it difficult for searchers to be accurate.

This helps me a lot to source, reach, contact, and filter applicants suitable for the position I am looking for. This helps me reach conenctions beyond my network which makes me an efficient recruiter.

If I may say, the only cons I can give is that its not free. Though, all the penny are worth it if your start and get the gist of to make use of it!

The features like saving templates, search by Ideal Candidates are by far the most handy functions on LI recruiter. I use them extensively and creating projects and saving them is a great way to build a pipeline of potential candidates
Nachteile:
There are too many steps sometimes and the automated recommendations for a project often return not so accurately matching profiles.

There is not a thing I do not like about this tool. But if I find out anything in future and need improvement. I will share it with LinkedIn team
Great tool to hire people
Vorteile:
I have been using LinkedIn Recruiter for over 5 years. I like that I no longer have to use boolean strings and can find people faster by applying filters that enable me to find the right person for the job.
Nachteile:
Customer support is slow. They have working hours and don't operate 24/7, which is a problem if you're looking to hire immediately. They also don't do any discounts if the system crashes. Instead, they still bill you based on your contract.
Worth the price tag

My team and I use LI Recruiter every day- and some days it feels like we'd be lost without it. It makes it easy to do both broad and highly detailed candidate searches, and stay organized with different job orders and messaging.
Nachteile:
There honestly is much I can say in terms of negatives.
