Donation management

Kommentare: Their customer service is exceptional. Questions I have are answered the same day.

Vorteile:

We are a small but mighty non-profit. This software has helped us track our online donations and make sure the proper receipts are sent out. We had some specific customizations that we requested, which the company handled perfectly to our satisfaction.

Nachteile:

Learning out to integrate different receipts for different donations can be confusing at first.

Fundraise Manager on Salesforce

A great option for small charities

Kommentare: Fundraising Manager has allowd us to bring our donation management to. thenext level while providing a great experience to our donors. Its allowed us to have all the info we need about donors and funders in one spot.

Vorteile:

The integration into the free version of NPSP made choosing Fundraising Manager a no brainer. We were able to customize our reporting and develop a workflow that worked for us. The CloudStack team moved all of our data over from an archaic platform and provided us with a great onboarding experience. Using Salesforce allows us to integrate the Fundraising manager and our program management all in the same platform.

Nachteile:

Further user-friendliness for back-end options would be great. As a small team, we have no IT or Data staff who can take on this work so being able to have an easy experience to customize would be great. The new version 2.0 has begun this. We want to as a team have full control of the communications being sent out with options to edit and customize in a user friendly way.

Our Experience So Far

Kommentare: I feel that the donation form could be improved, with clearer options and instructions for donors looking to make tribute donations, etc. We often get complaints that the form is not compatible with Apple devices.

Vorteile:

The dashboard feels ostensibly cleaner and more organized, with very few steps.

Nachteile:

It could be capturing more information, and the pre-determined donation amounts are unrealistic for most constituents.

Hi Kayleigh - thank you for your honest and thoughtful review. Is your organization upgraded to version 2 of fundraisingManager? Some of the cons you have mentioned, such as predetermined donation amounts, are now in the hands of clients to pick and choose. I will also make sure our development team hears of the incompatability issues with Apple devices as we are looking to soon integrate apple pay as well. Thank you again, The cloudStack team

Vorteile:

This product was a simple integration with our overall migration to Salesforce. It came with the necessary features and functions required to manage our fundraising programs. Our team values the automated tax receipting functions and the ease of use with processing donations.

Nachteile:

We are currently struggling with processing and receipting large volumes of off-line donations as well as managing our the automation of the honoree and memorial gifts. We have recently upgraded to 2.0 which includes these features so we anticipate these processes will improve.
