Vorteile:

Die vielfältigen Ideen und Darstellungen zu einem Thema geben gute Anregungen für Firmenevents, Geburtstage etc.

Nachteile:

Manchmal etwas unsortiert, ansonsten gibt es nichts Nachteiliges.

Vorteile:

Sehr breit gefächert, strukturierbar im Profl, Kompaktheit und Strukturen, Vielfältigkeit und Qualität hoch,

Nachteile:

teilsweise wird man zu stark verlinkt, wo man dann icht mehr weiß, ob das noch vertrauendswürdig ist, aber das ist eher selten der Fall, kommt aber vor!

Pinterest for Business

Kommentare: Not bad. Great features overall and very useful to businesses. Don't rush to get it sorted if you need the software for APIs or embedding in an app as the developer signup is very buggy.

Vorteile:

Pinterest brings a great deal of help for businesses allowing them to post pictures (pins) and bring engagement for their brand. A great platform with lots of creative content for idea creation and also easy to upload your own pins to inspire others.

Nachteile:

When making a business account and trying to get API codes for an app embed it kept sending me into a endless feedback loop. I'd click on go to developer mode and it would ask me to sign in and then kept repeating. Also annoying that their team couldn't help me, they were very happy to offer sales assistance though.

BEWARE Predatory paractices !

Vorteile:

Easy to post my photos and upload and save

Nachteile:

Make predatory website that is set up to trick people into clicking a link to get more information and then because you had to enter your credit card to get to the next level it automatically places your ad even though you were only trying to get pricing. And I would be able to forgive that if they were willing to refund money that they took. I understand that ignorance is no escape from the law but these practices are extremely disingenuous and although their financial department is apologetic they will not yield and they will not refund my money because they say that I experienced some level of value by having my ad clicked on. Keep in mind I was not trying to advertise I was just curious what the pricing would be and I have now sent probably 20 emails of which three have been answered. Buyer beware!

Vorteile:

The large user base must really proved that Pinterest is really a quite good platform. Users, including me likes the fact that when I post in here, I can surely know that my post would reach a lot of audience worldwide.

Nachteile:

If you want to maintain your presence or your good image in the platform, you must be really invested. When I say invested, you should really invest time and endless ideas to keep up.

Kommentare: My experience is positive as I can find loads of hairstyles and formal wear ideas. Its like having a fashion magazine personalised to your favourite topics.

Vorteile:

Many inspirational ideas from range of topics. If you want to learn anything to do with visual arts, pinterest is the place to be which answers 'what you need to learn' before you get to how of it.

Nachteile:

Lots of advertisements can sometimes make the experience disjointed

A good source of great images

Kommentare: At first, I didn't want to get Pinterest because I had the impression that it is a very formal and troublesome apps/software. My work requires me to do a lot of researches (good portion of it are images) and many search engines recommend something from Pinterest. I ignored it but over time I exhausted my search and actually reach the end of Google or Bing pages without finding what I need. Many of the images that I couldn't access were found in Pinterest so I decided to sign in and gave it a try. It amazes me actually about how easy and straightforward it is for me to use. Not only it has very good library and resources, it also has good algorithm that actually suggests things that I need.

Vorteile:

Good algorithm, most of the things it suggests are relevant. Good library and content, I almost always find what I need. Easy to use and straightforward.

Nachteile:

The file names can be confusing as there are no indications about the contents. However, since most of the file can be viewed through thumbnails, this is fine.

I just love it, I've been using it for years and I can't do without it!

Kommentare: My experience dealing with Pinterest as a personal user and as an advertiser has been positive.

Vorteile:

I really like that Pinterest assigns a dedicated account manager to help us with our Pinterest ads. My current account manager, [sensitive content hidden] , is excellent and pleasant to deal with. She makes good suggestions and can quickly make changes to our ads.

Nachteile:

I find the tool for updating/editing the ads to be difficult to use sometimes. It doesn't seem intuitive to me and there are different reporting screens I tend to mix up as well.

I used Pinterest since 2019. I started posting my business work. I got lots of traffic from different countries. Which is useful to get client.
