Kommentare: Overall I have been satisfied and truly impressed. Using buildern has improved the customer experience we have been able to provide. It has also helped improved following up with vendors and subs to push them to stick to the schedule.
The team is amazing. I think this is the first CRM/ Project management tool that has developed what they said they would. When they told me they will roll out with a automated follow up feature in a month they actually did. The tool they have built out for managing potential projects in the pipeline is great. I think it has helped us better follow up with our customers and sign more jobs possibly. Different sections pull data as you progress minimizing double entry work. As soon as the contract is signed all the info is pulled into the project and filled out, ready to go. The budgeting and job costing tool is pretty robust and they have made significant improvements on it over the last few months. Comparing budget to actual is extremely easy to do as well. I think the biggest advantage is the improved communication this has allowed for between our clients and PM's, we all know communication is key, and we were not the best at it. I still think we have room to improve, the software just makes it easier.
I think the scheduling tool has room for improvment. I have talked to there dev team and they have mentioned that they are working on a few features, I have not seen anything yet. I will try to update this review once I do. I am personally used to using Microsoft Project, not sure if that makes me biased. I still prefer project for scheduling.

Honestly, for me, this software was a complete revelation. 8 months ago my uncle and I started our construction business, and on the advice of his friend we decided to try the Buildern's free package first, and after we switched to Starter Plan. In general, we are satisfied. Of course, there are still things to be improved, but for now, we are totally OK with this thing. And look at the price! Man, it is a very fine deal compared to the other stuff in the market. I would mention planning as the best function. The flexibility is a king here, and the interface is simple and clear. Yes, by the way, everything works very fast. I mean - enough fast, Plenty of planning options. If you, like us, just LOVE to plan and prefer to arrange everything carefully, this is for you. We use this function everywhere possible: construction process, job management, sales, invoicing. Runs perfectly! Communication is also decently organized. We easily connect with the people we want, and the same is true for managing the tasks. As far as I get it, there are constant updates in this direction. Let's say - pretty good, but will be much better!
Sometimes things get complicated, mostly when it comes to formatting. For sure, I would like to have a much easier approach here. But as I mentioned, it feels like the devs are working on the product and they do follow the feedback. This is very nice news for the users. I hope they will read my review too.

I really like the scheduling module. I create schedule items very easily, I can change them whenever I want. I also use the Deppendency set function very often when planning, and it seems good to me. But my favorite feature is Bildern's reminders. Through them, I can send notifications to my teammates and subcontractors before starting work. One of the sexiest options of Buildern is its customizability. There are so many ways to manipulate and change data. A real dream for PM. I am very satisfied with the quality of service too. They are constantly updating the system and sharing the expected news. I learned that the mobile app will be available soon. And not only that, there will be other big thing - a function, when after signing the contract, the system copies into the project the data instead of you. That is, you do not need to fill up the info manually. I am really waiting for that.

The second cool thing is that you can estimate budgets and actual job costs ․ This is a very important function.
