Kommentare: so far very satisfied with the system, it make my day easy.

Vorteile:

It's a user-friendly system with comprehensive features that help me monitor my department's performance and goals.

Nachteile:

The task management module, the one-to-one meeting module, and the goals and objectives module.

Great product, HR get it NOW.

Kommentare: Easy to use, UI is great and clean and easy on the eyes. APP flow is intuitive, help options are great, the customization has me sold. Our [sensitive content hidden] loved it as well. It a wonderful product overall, for employee reviews and engagement.

Vorteile:

The performance review, goal tracking, and customization around structure and questions. The team's integration is the cherry on top.

Nachteile:

Only thing I think it can improve on is the customization of company logos, brand colors etc. In the future, it would also be great to include a compensation review in the platform! We probably have to do this separately outside the platform, but it be great for employees to see their raises for the year as well. but this is more like a product development suggestion.

Fantastic Engagement and Performance building product for our small but Mighty Org

Kommentare: Our experience as a team has been positive and we are impressed with out user friendly Teamflect is. We have had more complex or bulky performance and goal setting products and so our team was dreading a new one. Everyone has been able to easily adapt to Teamflect and we look forward to this being a fluid and organic part of our work flow.

Vorteile:

I am most excited about the talking points and meeting notes space for our team meetings and one-on-ones. This takes the agenda building and formality pressure out of prepping for meetings. I am also very excited to have our performance and goal setting data in one succinct place that that the entire org can norm around.

Nachteile:

So far there is nothing that I do not like about Teamflect.

Game Changer for Supervisors

Kommentare: So far it’s been outstanding! Allows to keep the big picture in focus amidst the noisy daily minutiae.

Vorteile:

The interrelationship between goals, tasks, meetings, talking points, notes, and Teams. It allows for what would otherwise be many chaotically independent moving parts to become a cohesive focus.

Nachteile:

A few things are so close but miss the mark. Biggest example is not being able to tie in meetings/talking points/talking point notes into goals and/or tasks.

Vorteile:

The ease of use, the implementation and seperation of tasks vs goals. Having individual tasks vs group tasks. The quarterly reporting structure.

Nachteile:

The fact that it's installed through Microsoft teams, technically this has its upsides, but we, as a marketing team do not use teams.

Recommendable tool.

Kommentare: So far my experience has been better than that of the previous tool I used, nevertheless it would be best if you extend the goals evaluation options as some are just dual done or not done while it can hardly be 100% not done and relative factors involved make some goal hard to achieve at 100%.

Vorteile:

The user friendliness and timely reminders, it doesn't easily loose data while infilling.

Nachteile:

The choice and understanding of the appropriate method to assess a goal can be challenging.

It integrates well within teams and my calendar which I use daily.

Nachteile:

Sometimes a little hard to navigate where things are but I just started using this heavily.

Best performance evaluation tool there is!

Kommentare: Simply awesome! Love it! I cannot say enough good things about this tool. I especially love the way it integrates with Microsoft Teams!

Vorteile:

It is so simple to use, easy to read and ensures easy but meaningful feedback for everyone involved

Nachteile:

I really do not have a con at all. Simplest performance evaluation tool I have every used and i have been a manager for over 30 years!

New to Teamflect

Vorteile:

It is very easy to navigate. I like the layout. As a visual learner, this is practical.

Nachteile:

As of right now, the con would be that I don't know it in its entirety. I look forward to learning and developing my skills in Teamflect.

Great product for the price

Kommentare: Overall this is a great product for the price. It's intuitive to navigate and sits natively within Teams.

Vorteile:

We love that Teamflect integrates with MS Teams and keeps our systems all in one place. Goal tracking is simple, performance reviews are easy.

Nachteile:

It would be nice for goals to be more easily exported or viewed by administrators. More robus reporting with recommendations for actions would be nice.

Great Product for Performance Management

Vorteile:

Teamflect is very easy to use the UI is very intuitive. Having performance tracking, employee management, goal setting and task management in a single platform makes collaboration among team members very efficient and easy.

Nachteile:

Integration with Microsoft Teams makes Teamflect lag to a certain extent. The rest seems all good and haven't face any issues otherwise.

It is directly integrated into Microsoft Teams so very easy to get access too.

Nachteile:

It can sometimes be slow due to integration with Microsoft Teams. It does not have a native mobile app.

It's easy for everyone to use, goals, performance information and shout outs can all be accessed together and it's great that there's option for employee engagement usage for HR to share info and updates.

Nachteile:

Adding subtasks to your tasks/goals could be a little easier but you get used to it the more you use it.

Kommentare: First time usage. Able to see my answers & those of my manager. Seems to make it easy to communicate. I knew when my manager was re-assigned.

Vorteile:

AI capabilities made my answers to me than what I'd written

Saved Time and Money

Kommentare: Teamflect has been incredibly responsive to our needs and have found it very easy to customize for our team and environment.

Vorteile:

We were looking for an easy to use platform that fully integrated with Teams to conduct annual reviews, track goals, and provide structure and resources for our 1:1 meetings. We were with another company prior that had the features we wanted, but the integration with Teams was not yet fully developed. Since moving to Teamflect we have been so happy with the features and the integration. It is easier to use AND has saved us money.

Nachteile:

The only issue we have found is that our Microsoft Active Directory has more than just staff which made it a little more complicated to run an all staff annual review. However, that is our fault and Teamflect helped us work a good solution.

I would like to have an option at the evaluation stage when generating the report to transfer the overall score of the OKRs as it appears in the dasboard of the user module.
