Vorteile:

It's a user-friendly system with comprehensive features that help me monitor my department's performance and goals.

Nachteile:

The task management module, the one-to-one meeting module, and the goals and objectives module.

Great product, HR get it NOW.

Kommentare: Easy to use, UI is great and clean and easy on the eyes. APP flow is intuitive, help options are great, the customization has me sold. Our [sensitive content hidden] loved it as well. It a wonderful product overall, for employee reviews and engagement.

Vorteile:

The performance review, goal tracking, and customization around structure and questions. The team's integration is the cherry on top.

Nachteile:

Only thing I think it can improve on is the customization of company logos, brand colors etc. In the future, it would also be great to include a compensation review in the platform! We probably have to do this separately outside the platform, but it be great for employees to see their raises for the year as well. but this is more like a product development suggestion.

It is very easy to navigate. I like the layout. As a visual learner, this is practical.

Nachteile:

As of right now, the con would be that I don't know it in its entirety. I look forward to learning and developing my skills in Teamflect.

Fantastic Engagement and Performance building product for our small but Mighty Org

Kommentare: Our experience as a team has been positive and we are impressed with out user friendly Teamflect is. We have had more complex or bulky performance and goal setting products and so our team was dreading a new one. Everyone has been able to easily adapt to Teamflect and we look forward to this being a fluid and organic part of our work flow.

Vorteile:

I am most excited about the talking points and meeting notes space for our team meetings and one-on-ones. This takes the agenda building and formality pressure out of prepping for meetings. I am also very excited to have our performance and goal setting data in one succinct place that that the entire org can norm around.

Nachteile:

So far there is nothing that I do not like about Teamflect.

Kommentare: Experience has been exceptional, the product is well thought out and the team is constantly refining it

Vorteile:

Its very quick to setup and integrate into TEAMS

Nachteile:

One more learning curve, there are a lot of features to acquaint yourself with. This is unavoidable with new software so its not particular to Teamflect - the dashboard is very intuitive and they are super responsive in terms of training and help.

Kommentare: Great so far with no issues. Helps monitor tasks with various employees and also helps track goals and objectives.

Needs more custom features so that we can perform internal evaluations with custom questions.

Kommentare: We have been using Teamflect for approx 4 months now, early days but so far it has been great software that is user friendly.

Vorteile:

Link to Teams, quick and easy to access and use. The team have been able to listen to our feedback and adapt our offering

Nachteile:

There have been a few issues with set up but we find the customer service has been quick and issues are normally resolved quickly

Kommentare: As I continue to work with people within the teamfelct community, I have found nothing but support and understanding. This is a key reason that I continue to use Teamflect. Like I said, this should be rebranded to teamflex!

Vorteile:

Running a company is not an easy task and since we started using Teamflect, we have bene able to streamline our work in a manner that reaching towards our overarching goals. Each aspect of Teamflect has promoted more transparency, personal responsibility, and understanding of various factors that impact employee performance and satisfaction. Being in the mental health field satisfaction, positive/supportive culture, goal tracking, and continued personal growth are major components of managing an effective team. Teamflect has allowed me to do this with more simplicity and transparency in one uniformed location through Microsoft Teams!

Nachteile:

There are minor quirks within Teamflect that continue to be worked out by the administrative team. They're incredibly responsive and allow for interactive changes that have helped align my company. Once goals are "past due" it is harder to find them again to get a full picture of the employees work and there could be a better structure to this. The application itself tends to restart sometimes when using it during a "video call" while adding or updating a task/goal, which I imagine they will continue to improve.

Great Product for Performance Management

Vorteile:

Teamflect is very easy to use the UI is very intuitive. Having performance tracking, employee management, goal setting and task management in a single platform makes collaboration among team members very efficient and easy.

Nachteile:

Integration with Microsoft Teams makes Teamflect lag to a certain extent. The rest seems all good and haven't face any issues otherwise.

Saved Time and Money

Kommentare: Teamflect has been incredibly responsive to our needs and have found it very easy to customize for our team and environment.

Vorteile:

We were looking for an easy to use platform that fully integrated with Teams to conduct annual reviews, track goals, and provide structure and resources for our 1:1 meetings. We were with another company prior that had the features we wanted, but the integration with Teams was not yet fully developed. Since moving to Teamflect we have been so happy with the features and the integration. It is easier to use AND has saved us money.

Nachteile:

The only issue we have found is that our Microsoft Active Directory has more than just staff which made it a little more complicated to run an all staff annual review. However, that is our fault and Teamflect helped us work a good solution.

Vorteile:

Great that you can set individual/personal goals or team goals and decide how to measure goal success (task-based, binary, monetary etc.). There is a lot you can customise regarding organisational and team goals. It is so useful to have the integrations with Teams and Planner so that all work tasks can be seen in one place.

Nachteile:

It takes some effort to set up and get going, but I don't see any way around this. Invest the time initially and the value you will get out of using Teamflect will be greater.

While Teamflect has many strengths, one area that could be improved is its reporting functionality. The current reports lack some advanced features and visualizations that would enhance the overall experience. However, this is a minor concern compared to the platform’s overall effectiveness in performance management.

Great OKR Tool in MS Teams

Vorteile:

Great implementation of accepted "rules" for OKRs.

Nachteile:

Changing KR is only possible by certain users, not flexible.Access rights don't have enough granularity.

Great tool for planning and collaborating one-on-one meetings. I am anxious for team meetings.

Great Product

Kommentare: The best software that a company can use when it comes to communicating to your team.

Vorteile:

Love Teamflect. I use it to communicate with my Director on what to talk to when we have 1:1.

Nachteile:

I have nothing bad to say about Teamflect. It works well with our team.

Great SaaS application for managing 1-1's and company goals that integrates directly into Teams

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to set up and track company and personal goals (or ROCKS as we call them in our organisation).

Nachteile:

Support staff can be a bit slow to respond to support requests, and the software has some quirks. For example I want to have the same talking points for each subsequent 1-1, and there is a checkbox to enable that. But when you check the box, it never copies the talking points across. Logged a ticket with support, and had an initial response but not heard anything after a few weeks. This doesn't cause a big issue, but bugs like this should be fixed pretty quickly IMO. There are some other quirks, and it would be good to have a customer feedback page where you can log suggested improvements and bugs (like Microsoft customer voice)

Vorteile:

Love the visibility that this gives our team members on our quarterly goals.

Nachteile:

It can be a bit buggy at times especially when you're entering subgoals. I'm sure these are things that are identified and easily fixed.

Great addition to the team

Kommentare: Overall teamflect has been a great addition to the team and a great way to communicate with managers. It is a safe and helpful space to engage in reflection and further benefit ones activities.

Vorteile:

Teamflect allows employees to engage in self development as well as communicate their goals with managers. This tool allows for insightful review and is a great motivation tool.

Nachteile:

Teamflect can be confusing and takes a bit to get used to. There could be more options for simpler, straight forward goals or examples.

Using for managing my 1-1 meetings

Kommentare: Pretty good for managing your 1-1 meetings, have not used the other modules like OKRs, appraisals and all as we have other existing tools

Vorteile:

This tool makes my 1-1 meetings much more effective. I used to use OneNote to take notes during my meetings but there is no need to. We use the tool in a small group - not the whole organization but we are still seeing a lot of value

Nachteile:

There is no way to customize the notification frequency - you can only turn notifications on or off.

One of the Best Tools for Managing my Team

Kommentare: I love it. Wish my entire company implemented it. But they are concerned with budget and interface with our HR tool Work Force Ready.

Vorteile:

I like that I can use this to get my team organized and stay consistent with notes and assignments.

Nachteile:

It is hard to integrate into other tools that we use in Teams. Also, if a recurring meeting time gets changed it doesnt keep track of suggested topics consistently.
