Dice is my best recruitment sourcing tool

Kommentare: Dice is so far the best tool i have used. As i have been using Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Zip Recruiter as well. but my first choice is Dice.

Vorteile:

I can easily find candidates for my jobs and my searches returns with best results. There are so many filters that i can apply and get suitable results. I dont have to call each and every candidate to know their background. also the skill table gives my a glance of their experties.

Nachteile:

Duplicate profiles. third party Vendors uploads a single profile multiple times.

Kommentare: Its one of the best for IT and core networking roles, you must add some features to pull out freshers resume who just entered in the job market and looking for some specific roles.

Vorteile:

Its best for searching core IT resumes. There are option available for both Boolean and by skill search.

Nachteile:

Its bit expensive as compared to other portals available in the market.

Kommentare: Dice is the best portal available to us. Its always me finding right candidates . I can placed multiple candidates through Dice. For candidate search, Dice is my first priority

Vorteile:

While doing Talent Search ,choosing Employment Type , Boolean Strings , last resume updated , these features help in finding right candidate . Ease of use Dice posting is also good

Nachteile:

There are many duplicate profiles from a single source.

Vorteile:

The product is easy to use and has become my team's go-to solution for sourcing and recruiting technical resources.

Nachteile:

The integration points w. our HRIS/Talent solutions are faulty at times. Additionally, it's not the best at capturing/isolating particular demographics, like attempting to only have Visa Holders w. SQL experience.

Dice is the best Job Board of all

Kommentare: No other job boards can replace Dice.

Vorteile:

You can find all levels of candidates here, be it Manager/Director/Associate/Junior/Fresher. It has filters for Visas, Location, Notice period, Job Title, Exp. level etc. You can also sortby the profiles based on the relevance, latest, etc. Dice Job Board is also one of the best features it has.

Nachteile:

The major cons of Dice I think is its expensiveness, but its features will suffice the price.

Kommentare: The usual related problems with the staffing industry is sourcing new profiles everyday... However it is a job that every recruiter has to deal with.... Dice provides Filter specifications which help the users to find a suitable candidates in accordance to their requirements..

The reason behind using dice are the compatibility with the user interface & better results

Nachteile:

As of now I wont say there are any cons while using the dice

Kommentare: Overall I really like the the Dice. It naviagtes the purchase rather easily and gives you upcoming bands that you may enjoy. I have learned of new music from this perk.

I really liked that the tickets I purchased were able to stay on my phone. It was a place with no service and the tickets We're downloaded to my phone.

Vorteile:

I like the cost and focus on it jobs only. Their interface is also clean looking.

Nachteile:

I don't like how you cannot sort by visa status. It is not something I can control so I would prefer to avoid wasting candidates' time if my clients cannot hire someone.
