Fantastic product with an exciting future
Kommentare: Excellent. The support received from staff from training & go live to ongoing assistance has been outstanding. Responses are prompt and efficient, if something can't be done there's usually a work around or solution provided.
Vorteile:
iplicit is a modern flexible system with great support. It is cloud based so can be accessed easily from anywhere. It's intuitive to use, transparent and has powerful reporting capabilities. There is a development roadmap which as a user I feel able to influence. Regular system updates are seamlessly deployed alongside monthly user webinars. This user education is really helpful, enabling us to be kept informed of new features as well as maximising existing functionality.
Nachteile:
The stock management module is adequate but I think needs more development. The valuation methods available are Average and Standard, not FIFO. Valuations have to be run at month end rather than being perpetual.
Iplicit - A refreshing change
Kommentare: We have been using Iplicit since January 2021 and have not looked back. It is a great product and backed up by a very supportive network where customer's are valued and listened too.
Vorteile:
It is a reliable and flexible product with the options to have multi entities and different base currencies
Nachteile:
The fact that you have to 'create' a bank account links / option to GL codes that adds a complexity that in our case is not needed.
Iplicit review
Kommentare: Overall is ok, needs some more improvements
Vorteile:
Easy to work on, smooth and user friendly
Nachteile:
Training and customer service communication

Cannot recommend Iplicit enough. Have not looked back since leaving Sage.
Kommentare: I cannot fault the experience with Iplicit. Anyone using Sage (expecially 200) should contact them and see what they can do
Vorteile:
It's easy of use, speed, features, support, fantastic implementaion and training.
Nachteile:
Cloud base system and not local data leaves us feel a little exposed, not solution has been offer by Iplicit to date. Dispite having had discussions.

Very good accounts software
Kommentare: generally very good, Support team are very helpful when any issues are experienced
Vorteile:
Simplicity and ease of use. Once workflows and other bits are set up everything is very straightforward
Nachteile:
The help section isn't particularly useful when experiencing issues

Brilliant accounting software
Kommentare: Great! We achieved our very ambitious go live date and almost everything went smoothly.
Vorteile:
The software is super clever and easy to use. A worthy competitor to other big players in the market.
Nachteile:
Project management side needs a little improvement. But I guess they are growing and developing so I am sure they will sort it out.

Lots of great feature. I particularly love being able to have lots of tasks open at one time.

Nothing to complain about, but we are still learning

Excellent System
Kommentare: Excellent, Iplicit does the things we hoped it would and I would very much recommend it to anyone. The ease of doing things like VAT returns are massively different from our previous system and we will continue to realise the system benefits for a long time to come.
Vorteile:
Iplicit is not a difficult system to use. The way it is built allows it to be tailored to the needs of the business and it works really well. Everything that was sold to us in terms of the way it would work is the reality we experience in using the system.
Nachteile:
It can be inflexible when looking at the approval process. This does not necessarily make it bad, but it is something that you must think about when processing invoices if you do not use purchase orders.
iplicit system review
Kommentare: So far, I satisfied with iplict and its capabilities. Still learning new more time effective ways!
Vorteile:
Multiple time saving features, that allow us information input and extraction much faster & simpler.
Nachteile:
Setup to our requirement did require back and forth with implementation team. However, all queries and requirements were addressed.

Occasionally having to reload rather than refresh, also takes a while to get used to the system

Supportive, innovative, highly recommended
Kommentare: We have had a very positive experience with iplicit. There were some teething problems along the way as we needed more than a 'straight out of the box' solution, but we have all worked together to come up with something that we now use daily. No doubt there will be more improvements as we continue to work with this exciting company. It has made our day to day processing so much more efficient and transparent.
Vorteile:
The system is very logical and user friendly once you know how. The support team are speedy and helpful and the development team take on board suggestions and are always looking for ways to improve functionality.
Nachteile:
Our system needed some complex, bespoke elements and the dev team created some great custom attributes and reports. Unfortunately, these are not always compatible with some hard wired functions but, iplicit are always coming up with new ideas and work arounds.
Such an improvement!
Kommentare: Very good. Training and set up was excellent and thorough. Ongoing support for post-go-live changes has been very good. We have had issues with the migration of transactions and opening balances from our previous system, however this was linked to our old system rather than iplicit.
Vorteile:
The ease with which reports and MI can be exported from the system. The drill down facility to link different areas of the system. The self service model available for budget holders to view their income and expenditure directly. The bank reconciliation process which enables quick, easy input of cash transactions. Very thorough training before the go-live date
Nachteile:
The list of access/security settings for users is endless which makes it difficult to know what access is being given. Similarly, reports and enquiries aren't always named intuitively so it can be difficult to find what you need.

Iplicit new system
Kommentare: Comparing to our previous system set up, iplicit is by far the best experience, they have been very patient with our staff who have learned the system at different speeds which has helped immensely
Vorteile:
simplicity of moving throughout the system, downloading of information is easy and a excellent reporting tool.
Nachteile:
the set up has problematic at times, but the excellent service clears the problem in a speedy and effective manner
Excellent support and professionalism
Kommentare: I think Iplicit is brilliant, so easy to use and the support team is very responsive.
Vorteile:
I like the Excel functions that pull data directly from Iplicit. We have saved so much time on a day-to day basis, which we now use to focus on other tasks.
Nachteile:
Any issues that we raised during implementation and after were dealt with so I can't think of anything.

Kommentare: Excellent. Really happy we went with this package.

The management information, the easy access to audit trails, the currency management, the ease to automate to so all the right information is instantly available, after service support, tailoring to our needs.
Nachteile:
Not much. It can do everything we want. And it can be adapted to anything we need.

iPlicit Review
Kommentare: Overall the experience with iPlicit has been very successful. If you currently support / develop or manage a legacy bespoke accounting system then certainly look to iPlicit as the platform for your migration.
Vorteile:
Although not a user of all the financial aspects the migration from an on-premise legacy system was made relativley straightforward by the support and assistance from the project teams. Bespoke elements of the on premise system were developed and reflected in iPlicit making the transition pretty painless. All the feedback I have heard from the finance teams using it has all been positive.
Nachteile:
The expense module isn't very user friendly but neither was the previous supplier so maybe it isn't something that is as important as other financial processes.

Iplicit Review
Kommentare: Training and implementation in nearly all areas has been thorough and easy to transition to. The product clearly has got the area of expertise (the accountants) in the same room as the IT teams. In many products this synergy isn't always evident in the ergonomics of the system.
Vorteile:
The customisation options with an in depth training and setup period has enabled clean implementation into the busiest part of our year.
Nachteile:
The Sandbox can have a conflict when more than one ticket is being worked on at once. For example one area will reset the sandbox to try and fix their issue and in the process will wipe the work of another areas testing. It seems that there needs to be some way to lock an area from being wiped in the sandbox so that multiple issues can be worked on at once.
Iplicit Review
Kommentare: Can't fault Iplicit, on the whole a great product that I would highly recommend
Vorteile:
Its ease of use, a massive help with time saving through automation. Great customer service and quick problem solvers through a great helpdesk.
Nachteile:
The only minor con is as a relatively new product there are areas to be developed but the continual progression has been speedy and without any detriment to the core product.
Getting there!
Kommentare: Now I'm more familiar with it, and because my interactions are relatively limited, things are moving fairly smoothly now. I'm hesitant to do much more as the barrier to entry on new areas feels a little higher than I'd like!
Vorteile:
The ability to copy previous expense records is a godsend and makes life so much easier when costs are predictable and fixed. I interact with this more than any other area of the site.
Nachteile:
It *looks* a bit unintuitive and takes a while to get used to the feel of the product.
Completing expenses just got easier with iplicit....
Kommentare: We have previously used other platforms, however iplicit is so user friendly.
Vorteile:
Easy to navigate and so simple to attach receipts. Completing my expenses just got a whole lot easier and quicker.
Nachteile:
As with all new platforms getting your head around a new system. However, this was short lived as

Kommentare: Very good in general, the support team are great and [sensitive content hidden] who managed and trained us was aboslutely amazing.
Vorteile:
the ease of use, the functionality that automates things to save time and human error is a god send!

the formulae to use to get information out into excel for real time data is complex.

Kommentare: Well managed implementation with great interaction and support from the team. It's making a big difference to the way we work now and we have more scope to improve further.
Vorteile:
The ease of navigation and being able to have several screens open at once to move between. The views of P&L's, Balance Sheet etc. that are so easy to access and extract information from.
Nachteile:
I found configuring the approval workflows a bit tricky but that could just be me.
