Kommentare: I used to use it when I was new to graphic design. I still use it when introducing interns to graphic design. It is really simple and easy to use if you want to layout a simple publication.

Have used this for 4+ years and found it really useful to publish content for our customer and create flyers for sales promotions.
Nachteile:
Lags a bit when the file exceed 1Gb. There are a few good templates available for Publisher.
Publisher Needs Major Updating
Kommentare: For many years, I solely used publisher to create any kind of marketing materials for my office. It was one of the few desktop publishing programs. In recent years, I have switched to Canva, due to it's ease and vast array of capabilities.
Vorteile:
Microsoft Publisher was my go to for creating marketing materials.
Nachteile:
Functionality doesn't usually improve much with each new version.
Simple Design Made Easy

For simple design work, I love Microsoft Publisher. It's easy to use and offers a wide range of templates for a number of different design jobs. I love how easily it integrates with other Microsoft 365 apps too. A very cost-effective solution for simple but high-quality design.
Nachteile:
I wouldn't use Microsoft Publisher for larger projects, this software is better suited to meet simple requirements. Definitely not a replacement design software for a professional graphic designer. It's also not available on Mac, which makes it tricky to collaborate with all members of the team.

It is versatile and very easy to use. It syncs well with OneDrive and offers lots of features that are perfect for newsletters.

It lacks real-time collaboration, which is frustrating when trying to work together on documents.
MS Publisher still has it all these years later
Vorteile:
I'm not afraid to admit it, I still love Publisher and use it whenever I need to make up a simple poster or print out some images. Word just doesn't work very well for these types of projects and Illustrator or InDesign is a massive overkill. In steps Publisher and you're done in minutes.
Nachteile:
Sadly Publisher hasn't had much love by Microsoft for many years and hasn't really been updated in just as long. There's no AutoSave function for OneDrive and you don't get an X at the end of the file extension like its siblings, but it works and it gets the jobs it needs to do, done.

Documents created in Microsoft publisher are easily saved in different formats as liked by the use, I can save documents as an image of jpeg,PNG or other extension.
Nachteile:
Only the challenge is that publisher has old templates hence need to be updated to new designed templates.

In comparison to other softwares it lacks a lot of features. Many - even free - apps have more options, often even easier to use.

Coming from the older versions of Publisher it makes it harder to to get used to the new Versions.
A Great Communication Tool
Kommentare: Fairly easy to use, especially when using templates. A great way to create communication emails, flyers, etc.
Vorteile:
It's primary use is for sending newletters via email and the occasional card or flyer creation. Publisher has many template options to make my life easier.
Nachteile:
There is a learning curve to get the images just right when published, but overall a good product for us.
