As a system integrator, our company has been dealing with various cloud commerce platforms and marketplaces. Across the market, CloudBlue, with both Connect and Commerce products, represents one of the most mature platforms out there. Feature wise, the most versatile platform for selling and distribution of cloud services, providing all features needed by the service providers.
With high level of features, onboarding and learning period is longsome, which can be a challenge for companies that are starting to use CloudBlue. On the other hand CloudBlue Connect provides a subset of the Commerce features with emphasis on the simple integration and flexibility for adoption by the service providers, distributers and vendors.

Kommentare: Cloudblue platform allows our company to sell customers a portfolio of cloud, cybersecurity and IoT products in 9 countries in Europe and America. It reduces the complexity of managing different vendor provisioning interfaces, CRM and billing systems.
The features I value most of the product are: - Ease to integrate new products - Flexibility in configuring business models - Multitenant capability, one global catalog that can be customized for operator, segment or reseller - Open interface that allows to integrate with legacy billing and CRM systems

we have been working with CloudBlue for 10 year now. we could not get to where we are today if not with a platform that combines all of the following features: 1. Billing system. 2. Provision system. 3. Subscription managment. The platform give the providers the option of giving the costumer a CP a manage is whole IT . We also provide ISP service via the system and managed 10s of thousends of costumers with ease.
Every change of the platform is not smooth and some of the new APIs is having trouble. Feature request is long and sometimes there is no solution. Dong give the option to change the CP and the Marketplace beyond what is provided.
CloudBlue for Cloud Distribution
Kommentare: Overall we are very happy with the platform. The customer facing features are really good and it helps us to simplify the customer experience from purchasing licences to managing billing.
The platform provides a great interface for our customers to be able to buy software licences, manage customers and view their invoices. The design is clean and intuitive so new users are able to get up to speed quickly with limited training from us.
The back end of the platform is less easy to use which can make administration difficult. This particularly impacts the deployment of new vendors to the marketplace as there are many steps which need to be followed which aren't always logical.

Kommentare: I have had a positive experience working with the CloudBlue platform. Its ease of use and rich feature set are major positives. Constant updates that add to the feature set are always welcome although the implementation could be better.
Easy to use, tweak and work with. Great features within UX1 allows for partner connectivity and relations.
Some of the implementation of features could be smother but this is more of a reflection on how that is managed then the software itself.

Kommentare: The Cloud Blue platform provides a powerful capability to provide our customers digital products and automate the selling, provisioning and invoicing processes.
The capability to integrating third party’s technologies with Cloud Blue Connect, the powerful Cloud Blue Commerce billing automation features, the public Rest API and the "easy to adapt" customer interface are the functionalities most valued by us.
There have been some functionalities that were deployed somewhat immature and the issues correction process took a long time

CloudBlue Connect gives providers great efficiency and scalability to more easily grow their businesses.
It seems to be a little bit complicated and the beginning but in has great community portal and help section.
Kommentare: Cloudblue had a really great support and delivery team, we found it really easy to deal with the overall deployment and they were open to taking on feedback for areas of improvement. The key thing we thought was to ensure the product training was completed in the early phases of the project to enable your own process development and integration. Without an understanding of the products operation early on this meant process decisions had to be revised later on after we had a better understanding of how to drive the platform.
The Cloudblue platform with it's existing integrated vendors made it easy to get up an running taking three new vendors to market all at the same time.
The software is still on a development journey where the old and new control panels are required to be used for various features and use cases. In an ideal world the new look control panel would have more of the key features to manage the service mostly in this pane of glass.

At the beginning solution might be overwhelming with number of options and how are they connected. Some options are zero one type all or nothing. Design could be more modern and easier to customize (for branding).
