Great product and support
Kommentare: Very good experience the support has been both personable and outstanding
Vorteile:
The simplicity of the implementation was impressive. In about an hour we had it up and running. I received implementation quotes from other MFA products that where 40 to 100 hours implementation. Support has been amazing.
Nachteile:
At this point it’s really serving our needs very well so I don’t see any short comings from our standpoint

Authlogics Proves Itself Well
Kommentare: We are primarily an on-premise network supporting 650 users in 26 locations. We have Active Directory on a Microsoft 2019 Server, On-Premise Exchange 2013, and a 2019 Terminal Server/RDS Farm. In addition we have an SQL Server running specific apps all behind a Fortinet Firewall. Our goal was to lock this environment with a good MFA solution and Authlogics accomplished that.
Vorteile:
We reviewed several of MFA products like OneLogin, Duo, Okta , and others. Authlogics was the one of the few to offer a proof of concept which let us try it before we buy it. The amazing part was while other companies were quoting a minimum of 40-80 hours of professional services, we had this up in running in less than 90 minutes. Support was excellent and documentation very well written.
Nachteile:
Integrating this to our on-premise active directory was very straight forward. Adding our on-premise exchange and rdp farm was very straight forward as well. The challenge with any MFA is planning the roll out so that users understand the process. Authlogics offers user documentation to help with that which is great, however user preparedness and transition is always a challenge with any change.

dont have other option like push, call or select the number as we have in Microsoft MFA

Next Gen Authentication
Kommentare: The 1.5 factor authentication is the USP of this product. It uses a color based grid filled with numbers. The user has to set up a pattern once and he just has to remember the pattern. During authentication, the user has to enter the numbers that match his pattern. It's that simple. If your users are not ready for a 2 factor authentication i suggest you go for this product to make transition easier.
Vorteile:
This is multi factor authentication application. The features offered are not seen in other products. The have 1.5 factor authentication which provides additional security layer without the need for a second device. This is the most unique and selling aspect of this. The users appreciate this as they do not have have to configure or install an application on their personal device and carry it around.
Nachteile:
The integration of this application with the active directory is not straight forward. Expertise and support is required for the the smooth integration. However, the support was very responsive and helpful. They even provided patches for features we requested.

Very secure software layer which will protect our email

In order to enable it for Outlook and Mobile ,the steps feel very hard which should be improved.

Vorteile:
The most important feature is the intuitively designed interface of the product, there is no need to provide any demo or tutorial for the users to adopt it, also the integration with other products is easy and straightforward.
Nachteile:
The integration with other custom-built applications needs to be improved with enhanced support.
