Kommentare: I have used and recommended AV software for over 20 years and Heimdal is the only product I would use or recommend now.
Vorteile:
Developed by people who eat and sleep security - cross-platform and reported through a web-based central console
Nachteile:
Occasional Javascript errors on Mac. Occasional false positives.

Heimdal is a product that is keeping our environment safe
Kommentare: I experience a safe environment, or at least an enviroment that is protected against viruses and ransomware.
Vorteile:
The ease of use, but also the level of support. I have never experienced such a good support as with Heimdal. They are fast and 100% of the questions are answered in a way that I like.
Nachteile:
The pricing is a bit vague. I would rather buy a product with all functionality in it instead of having to buy a licnse for each particular part of the software. I get always the feeling that I am missing functionality because of that.

Easy use and integration, great dashboard.
Nachteile:
App for macos is not so great. I hate that it is still present i Dock. App like that should only appear in menubar.
Easy of use
Kommentare: nothing special in the use of this module, having its use in a simple, direct and efficient way, like all Heimdal products.
Vorteile:
The easy of using it is very clear, according its dashboard where you can set your configuration.
Nachteile:
despite being an accepted rule in terms of security, having the ability to disinfect infected files is very important in many cases.

Works with other software/antiviruses that I already have installed on my computer. Works standalone and it does not need any monitorisation from my end. It also helps me not to worry about the day-to-day use of my personal computer and work. All in all a good product.

Vorteile:
First of all, for a free trial/free product, this is one of the most complex ones. I had paid products that do not offer so much even if they were paid. Also, the support for the free trial/free product is there even if you did not both it.
Nachteile:
As of now I do not have any issues to report regarding the product. All in all a good product.

It detects some obvious false positives, but overall is alright.
