i-Nucleus

Kommentare: With i-Nucleus, communication with students and parents has never been easier. It has reduced the number of hours I spend on the phone and stationary costs have been reduced as I am able to upload assignments. It has been a godsend during the CoVid pandemic. Thank you for creating a platform that has everything in one convenient place. Management, parents and students are extremely happy with this product.

Vorteile:

The platform is extremely easy to use and I love the fact that it's cloud based, so I can login no matter where I am and whatever device I please. Ease of use for both parents and students is phenomenal. They could easily see what was done in class, what homework they had and parents could quickly and easily track their child's performance. Parents could also access their account balance at the push of a button, so payments were rarely behind. The mobile app for students and parents meant easy access for online lessons, assessment and progress tracking. It was extremely easy to implement and integrate into my school. i-Nucleus listens to their clients as far as improvements / updates are concerned, making it an even more user-friendly platform. This is the best platform I have ever used for my school management and I won't be changing it anytime soon.

Nachteile:

I had an issue with invoicing, but that was quickly taken care of by i-Nucleus support. They fixed the problem immediately and I haven't had a problem since.

i-Nucleus is a powerful yet simple way of managing my education business

Kommentare: I needed an easy to use and scaleable system for my online school business. It would have to be easy to use not only for the admin, but for teachers and students too.After working with a demo account for a couple of weeks, and a presentation by i-Nucleus' [sensitive content hidden], I found that it was exactly what I needed. Managing students, courses and classes has never been easier for me.

Vorteile:

It's ease of use and it's flexibility to fit the way I run my business. Of course, every software has it's particular paradigm and workflow, but i-Nucleus was flexible enough to make it easily fit the way I do things. It's ease of use is also a major plus. I had no trouble quickly getting up and running with only a couple of messages to support to ask about certain 'best practices'. It's also very easy for my students. Not once did I get a message asking 'how do I do this?'. They figured it out straight away on their own.

Nachteile:

As much as it's easy to use, I felt that I wouldn't have had the need to write to support if there was full documentation available for admins. However, I think this is only a slight disadvantage as everything is pretty much straight forward with a support that's quick to reply.

I nucleus

Kommentare: We organized and scheduled the online courses easily. We could ,also, share course files immediately!

Vorteile:

After a thorough search for service providers, i-Nucleus clearly came out on top in terms of supporting me in my goal of increasing the quality of services provided and reducing wasted time supporting all team members involved through a single interface. i-Nucleus also offered some great tools to evaluate the performance of each of my students. Something else that is particularly important for me, travelling across multiple cities, is that the system can be accessed anywhere whenever I need it. Having a web-based system that truly works has saved me so much time. The initial training was excellent and the free additional training every month is also really useful as it supported me to make use of the numerous services offered. Finally, I am really grateful for all the assistance their teams provide, from back-end fixes to easy “how to” solutions. It is always a pleasure to speak with someone at i-Nucleus and they are great at finding solutions.

Nachteile:

There were a couple of things I was doing differently before using i-Nucleus, so I had to get used to new ideas but this turned out well eventually. It is also a fact that my feedback on including extra processes was always well received. Taking into account real users’ needs and ideas, several processes are being improved all the time, as well as new ones being introduced when needed. Their desire to evolve their MIS is something I really value in i-Nucleus.

FRIENDLY FOR ALL

SOMETIMES IT WAS DIFFICULT FOR ALL-STUDENTS AND TEACHERS- TO BE CONNECTED

Easy to use, excellent support.

Kommentare: During the pandemic i-nucleus was the tool that helped us continue our lessons providing us all the tools needed to do so. It was used for online lessons, as well as a platform for asynchronous education.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, even for new users. Value for money. Web based. No specific software needed. Multyplatform (smartphone, tablet, laptop, pc). Integration with big blue button, for online lessons. Excellent support.

Nachteile:

Some compatibility problems with obsolete versions of windows and android.

A Game-Changer for our School, and schools like ours!

Kommentare: Enjoyed using it, customising it, implementing it from day one. Easy sell to staff, students, and parents. Will ultimately reduce a lot of man-hours, printing resources, whilst improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Vorteile:

With great customer support from the start, it was easy to customise the software and "build" our school within the system. Using the system is logical and intuitive. The system also holds some "secret" benefits providing additional useful surprises to the end user.

Nachteile:

If there have been any issues using or understanding the software, these have been almost immediately resolved by the customer service and/or technical team.

A software that has it all

Vorteile:

I am really pleased with everything that i-Nucleus has to offer, since it has all the tools that a school needs. It's very user-friendly for the administrators as well as the students, it's accessible via any device since it's cloud-based, something that saves a lot of time. Also, there's trainings for the teachers and the administrative stuff where you can learn all the newer features of i-Nucleus.

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything that I don't particularly like about this software, as I'm really happy with everything. I do believe though that there's room for improvement.

Very helpful customer service!

Kommentare: Even though, I have been using the platform for a little while, the iNucleus platform has been proved to be very customizable and user friendly.

Vorteile:

I liked the fact that the customer service has been very helpful and ready to customize most of the platform aspects.

Nachteile:

There are some areas that have not been customised according to our needs yet, but we are hopeful that they will be in the near future.

i-Nucleus is very easy to use and definitely a value for money product.

Vorteile:

It gives complete guidelines in scholastic and co scholastic dimensions of learning. It is very helpful for heads, teachers, students and parents. Students attendance records, admissions enquires and registrations, students records and all the tools provided by this software is excellent and highly recommended.

Nachteile:

It is a complete software. It can be made little bit more user familiar for those who are not well familiar with using digital tools.

Must have platform for every educational establishment
