Squeaks lets us react to trouble before it's a problem.
Kommentare: Our greatest usage of Squeaks is for machine function notification. We are starting to look at some of the other features that are available such as Info boards.
That we can get targets notices about machine issues.
Dependant on external resources to produce the push notifications.
I/Gear Squeaks provided multiple solutions
Kommentare: Squeaks allows us to solve several problems. The major problem is communication. Squeaks helps us to create dynamic dashboard and communication screens that provide key information to our machine operators, employees, and key staff in order to make better decisions quickly to help support our business.
Simple installation, swissknife of solutions from creating dashboards for managers, to providing a robust communication system for employees. Easy to use and once it's installed it's very self-contained. We love the ability of being able to solve more than one problem using the product. It's perfect for allowing communication between Human Resources and the employees and we can take the same technology to the shop floor and increase our Safety, Quality, and Production by communicating those metrics to our employees.
We do not have any cons at this time. Anytime we've discovered a problem, the I/Gear team quickly assisted us with solutions. Their support is very responsive and ready to help.

Nice-looking interface. Easy to manage once setup.
Some issues with recent updates breaking some metrics from reporting, but support figured it out and got us back up and running.

The software gives us visibility to machine status and performance, both on large screen TVs and on the mobile phones. Our plant managers specifically like the ability to see the machine status and performance when not in the office from their mobile phones. We use "Call for Templates" at our presses. Press operators can make requests to tow motor drivers. e.g. Coil needed, Scrap needs to be removed, a finished container needs to be stocked. This improved communication reduces downtime at the presses.
Our supervisors receive SQUEAKS when exceptions occur in our processes. We would like to see additional filtering capabilities so they can easily identify the critical issues without having to swipe through other non-critical ones.

Kommentare: We are still growing our system, but we are now using Squeaks for several things, including: Realtime machine speeds, certain Oven and Machine faults that need quick response, and trending of certain machine parameters.
Really like how the machine interfaces are driven from the Connect DTU, this lets me pull in almost any device on the manufacturing plant floor. I also like having the Android and Apple apps, this makes it easy for everyone to stay in the loop while they are on the go.
I don't think I have any Cons, but I would say that Squeaks can be setup as simple or complex as you want. Just do some planning and utilize tech support when you hit a snag.
It's very easy to use and so many options to customize! If necessary integration with other apps is possible.
Product is great, no negatives to report.
