We use Gapp in addition to our asset management platform. It's a complete solution that allows us to bridge the gap between the back-end and the customers securely. The onboarding of partners is very simple and the portal is intuitive, which allowed a quick and well adoption by customers.
The creation of processes, digital signature, role management, and user assignment are features that we have widely adopted and that facilitate daily work.
Vorteile:
I think the integration of third parties in processes with an intuitive portal is one of the main advantages. We are not limited to the digital management of internal processes, which is very useful or even essential. The support is reactive and attentive to evolution requests. A lot of useful features.
Nachteile:
I haven't found any weakness until now. The few bugs I have encountered have immediately been corrected.
