LOVING 90.io - Highly Recommended for EOS

Kommentare: Love it overall. Again, making weekly use, particularly in 1:1's set up would make it remarkable.

Vorteile:

1. Easy to add and remove employees and teams. 2. Makes meetings flow in a consistent manner and usable with and across multiple teams. Allows for efficiencies. 3. VERY crucial and easy to set up our annual, quarterly, and weekly metrics and be able to drive them consistently and clearly. 4. The search and help functions take you very quickly to helpful articles and answers and the greater 90.io community.

Nachteile:

Currently, the product focuses on annual and quarterly candences and it is VERY challenging and not intuitive to set up WEEKLY 1:1's. Making this easier would allow to for 1:1s inside of 90.io and thereby being able to leverage the data and metrics and goals and to-dos entered into 90.io and make it more accessible to leverage the annual and quarterly reviews, meetings, etc.

JSE Review of 90.io

Kommentare: I would consider 90.io a company that cares about their customers. I want to do what we can at JSE to help them improve the software and get it where we need it. I wish the software would align with MSFT Teams

Vorteile:

The support at 90.io is very helpful and willing to jump on a call and discuss challenges with the software. I feel like they want to hear feedback so that they can fix or implement new code to make the software even better. I used to use Bloomgrowth and they did not care about feedback very much. This is why I switched to 90.io

Nachteile:

I feel there remains some key programming to make the software fully capable of doing what a company needs from a software platform such as this. I feel 90.io is charging for a software that is picture perfect. However there remains some snags and improvements that need to be figured out. Good news is they have a team that listens and wants to help my company be a great success using the 90.io platform

Strategic planning and meeting management you need!

Kommentare: We love using this to help us plan on a quarterly basis but also helps us facilitate our team meetings

High level planning and strategy but segmented so we can loop in our team

Nachteile:

There is definitely a learning curve to how everything flows and the language used in terms of issues and headlines but not a big deal

If you want to implement EOS, you cant do it without ninety

Kommentare: Overall its been great, it is the best out there for managing your business with the EOS framework.

Vorteile:

Its helped us to manage the EOS framework within our business. Without it I dont think we would be able to do it, genuinely. The weekly meetings are a breeze - it keeps us on track, guides us through the agenda and it acts as a central place for the leadership team to monitor the business.

Nachteile:

It can be a bit glitchy at times, crashes from time to time and is a little clunky. Its missing some key features like being able to report on rocks and the per seat license fee means we only have our SLT team using it where it would be brilliant to have the entire business using it but with 50 members of staff it would be far too expensive.

My 90 and EOS

Kommentare: We love it and are glad to see that you are putting even more robust EOS tools to help us run our business and that you listen to users needs when updating the software - this is very important.

Vorteile:

Ease of keeping all our our meetings, issues and goals in one place everyone can access.

Nachteile:

It can be a little glitchy sometimes. For example, when running a meeting it doesn't always show everyone all the time in the meeting, sometimes you have to refresh a few times to get everyone listed. When putting things in order in the issues tab by priority during a meeting, it doesn't always show the same issue at the top for everyone at the meeting.

Helps so much with productivity and efficient meetings

Nachteile:

I really have to force myself to find something. There have been a few times that I have assumed that updates would auto save, because Save button was not located intuitively (for me) and because on other screens, changes *did* auto-save. I consider it a training issue. But usability-wise, it might be useful feedback.

I Use Ninety Every Day!

Kommentare: My experience overall has been really great! When I need assistance the team is always really helpful and quick with responding. The results are typically exactly what I need and the follow up is always appreciated.

Vorteile:

Ninety is a great platform and my team uses it every single day. We utilize this to track to-do's, quarterly projects, facilitate our team meetings, and run performance reviews. The program is really easy to use once you learn it and it's a great way to ensure my team is always on the same page.

Nachteile:

Some of the buttons and functions are a little glitchy or touchy at times. Like you have to click EXACTLY on the specific pixel to get into the text box or select an option. If you miss that pixel, the site assumes you're not trying to click into that textbox/button and resets the form. If we can expand that click zone to register the area slightly around the exact pixels, that would be AMAZING! Also, if we can give users with the site admin permissions the ability to delete Quarterly Conversations and Annual Reviews. Or at least allow the user who created the reviews to delete them, that'd be great. I am the one in my company who creates all the reviews and if I have to edit or remove those, I have to reach out to the support team. These are just some development fixes that I am sure they could implement relatively easily and it would improve the overall experience.

Great platform for executing EOS methodology

Kommentare: We've been satisfied with Ninety and the features of the platform.

Vorteile:

I love the simplicity and way this platform connects all components of EOS.

Nachteile:

Scorecards are very difficult to administer. You cannot manage measures for users easily and entering scorecard data is not efficient...lots of pointing and clicking instead of tabbing/entering. Printing processes and AC are very cumbersome and not many options for ensuring they print the way you want them. We end up duplicating these items outside the system to get it right.

Amazing customer service

Vorteile:

We use the platform as part of our EOS Implementation. Over the past two years, the user experience and platform as evolved considerable and is so much better. It is a must-use, daily platform for everyone at Humentum. But their stand-out feature is their customer service. It is quick, friendly, on-brand, and thorough. They make most SAAS companies look like amateurs.

Nachteile:

Lots of users would like to integrate Ninety and other project management tools like Monday.com and it doesn't do that well (if at all.)

Early signs are positive!

Kommentare: Using Ninety.io has so far been great as an every day user. Its easy to input and review management data on the scorecard, and management meetings are easy to follow due to the simplicity of each section.

Vorteile:

It allows us to easily manage our EOS implementation across the Senior Leadership Team. The clarity of information on the scorecard allows us to easily view a snapshot of what is going on each week. The ability to run our weekly meetings through the platform, ensures we are consistent and strict on timings each week!

Nachteile:

As a general (non-admin) user, I haven't found any cons as yet!

Ninety.io revolutionized the way we work together

Kommentare: Ninety was critical to us executing the EOS business model. No way could we have done without it.

Vorteile:

The organization of information. It's so easy to record and track everything.

Nachteile:

For a while we had milestone tracking turned on so when a date was missed Ninety automatically assigned a to do. That didn't really work out for us.

Nothing Compares as an Acceleration Tool

Kommentare: I couldn't imagine having to help my clients without it. I'm not sure we would see the radical acceleration we facilitate without having 90 as our "deck" from which to operate.

Vorteile:

When properly implemented, there is nothing that can have a greater impact on your business growth than using 90. It is the hub of all your priority issues, goals, measurables, accountability, processes and decisions made.

Nachteile:

the team @ 90 continue to improve and enhance what 90 can do for its users.

What an impact Ninety has made on our culture!

Kommentare: Great experience! I foresee our company continuing to utilize Ninety, especially as we continue to expand.

Vorteile:

Prior to Ninety, we conducted ineffective meetings that did not accomplish anything. Now, our meetings are structured, they have a purpose, and they allow us to remain focused on the topics at hand.

Nachteile:

Minor, typical issues that occur such as new hires not receiving their welcome email to create their login information. However, anytime I chat with a representative, they are quick at providing a work around solution while their team resolves the issue.

Ninety works!

Kommentare: We are very happy with Ninety. It does exactly what we want to do with EOS in mind.

Vorteile:

This platform follows EOS L10 format very easy and effective. Helps with communication throughout the company and keeps us on track.

Nachteile:

When a team views the leadership team's VTO, the company rocks are titled as "department rocks" which confuses employees. Also, I'd appreciate an e-blast outlining new features added or enhanced. I find out about these when I'm in an L10 or using the program itself.

Vorteile:

I like that it is so easy to use once you get the hang of it. The training videos were very helpful. Ninety helps us keep our meetings organized and everything in one place. It's very helpful or those who have implemented EOS.

Nachteile:

We had some glitches when we first implemented, but the customer service team was great and helped us get those taken care of pretty quickly.

Good Business Management Tool

Vorteile:

It easily tracks various levels of meetings and allows for issues/to do tracking 1:1 and within teams. Also allows for a cascading KPI/Rock structure which can breakdown and assign goals to various teams and users.

Nachteile:

Finding and utilizing the performance management tool was a bit difficult, but highly possible that is user related.

Inability to add the same issue to multiple teams for equal discussion

Ninety is great for organization

Vorteile:

I really like that it keeps me organized. I forget things at times and with 90 i can go in and jot it down before my next meeting. It also helps the meeting flow.

Nachteile:

It can be confusing to navigate at times.

it doesn't work on Safari and sometimes it gets hard to edit to do's, rocks etc.

Worth every penny!

Kommentare: Easy to use and streamlines everything! The visibility you get, especially as a leader, is amazing. It helps me stay connected and allows me to easily plug in when my direct reports can't run their meetings.

Vorteile:

I can't imagine running an L10 without it. THe tracking, organization, and ease of use is worth every penny.

Nachteile:

I think it can be hard to keep track of to-do's from multiple departments.

Great for Meetings and Tasks

There's not much wrong with Ninety, although some of the updates in formatting seem to be a step backwards.

Nachteile:

There was a bit of a learning curve for me as the Implementor, but it isn't something that I "didn't like" as everything is extremely well laid out! I was very impressed actually.

Efficient with ninety

Kommentare: I've been happy. As the integrator, it helps me stay on track and organized.

Vorteile:

The ease of organizing everything in one place and it follows the EOS process.

Nachteile:

There isn't anything I don't like. Sometimes I forget how to go back and look in archives for things I am trying to refresh myself on.

I like the staff- if I ever have an issue or question, the support team is on the spot to help

Nachteile:

I wish there were options to integrate with other software platforms.
