I have no cons or what I liked least about DoorDash.

DoorDash for Food

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to use DoorDash. I often order food because, as a teacher, I have a very short lunch break. Since I am not able to go out to get food, I need to order when I wasn't able to prepare a meal beforehand. DoorDash always delivers in a timely manner. It is easy to communicate with the driver. The fees charged are the same as other companies, if not less. There are also promotions that can be used, which makes the experience better.

Nachteile:

One thing I dislike about DoorDash is that it doesn't have as many restaurants as other similar services. If it had more options, I would order more frequently.

No food and no refund

BRWARE. Did not recieve my food. It cost me over 45 00 and they DID NOT refund my money. The address thwy delivered to was missing a number. Very disappointed 😞

Kommentare: I liked the flexability to work, it was a cool little side job

Vorteile:

I like that I could go out and work anytime I felt like it. It's really cool the way it works and makes everybody lives a lot easier with food being delivered to your door

Nachteile:

Sometimes food gets delivered cold, and the lines to pick up the food can take a super long time . It also takes alot of gas to get paid $4 per order and sometimes not even get a tip

Best meals and groceries delivery on the market

Kommentare: I have been using DoorDash for a few years now, the experience so far is better than other competitors. I frequently receive offers and discount codes via email as an incentive to order and it is appreciated. Highly recommend if the service is available near you.

Vorteile:

- Fast and affordable deliveries. - A large variety of products and gifts now available for delivery. - Great customer service, if something went wrong, they usually make it right.

Nachteile:

- Sometimes you might get a wrong item if the store made a mistake, I received the wrong drink a few times just because the restaurant no longer had what I ordered. - Dasher car occasionally remains still and delivery time can be slightly delayed.

Door Dash for Beginners and More

Kommentare: My experience with Door Dash has been a very positive experience! I never get a rude Dasher.They all seem to be kind and make sure my delivery is left for me to easily access it. They knock and wait for us to say Thank you and then they leave it! It's just an easy process honestly when it comes to what I need for ordering and very easy from the start to the end of ordering and delivery. I know some apps are a little harder for a person not so computer or internet savvy, however using door dash even beginners can easily use the app with no foreseeable issues.

Vorteile:

Door Dash saves so much time out of my already busy day. It allows me to save gas and allows me more time to finish my daily duties! While they're doing the shopping and delivery for me, it amazes me how uninterrupted my day is and how much I can complete instead of stopping and having to leave and go do this all myself kl. It's so easy.

Nachteile:

I have no negative comments to say about Door Dash.

Rip off company

Vorteile:

Nothing. They have ZERO customer service and they are a rip off company!

Nachteile:

Someone hacked my account and ordered a $33 breakfast pizza. I don't even eat breakfast pizza. I tried to cancel the order and Doordash said no. I told them I DID NOT place the order. They insisted that I had. I canceled the order with the dasher and they thanked me for saving them a trip and that I would get a refund. Nope, Doordash said no refund. The pizza had not been made, but they still refused to refund me. I deleted my account.

Vorteile:

There application user interface is fantastic and very easy to use. There are a wide variety of options. There is a very good filtering system. There are a variety of delivery option. Nearly every deliver I had was on time. Every single step of the process from browsing through different restaurants to checkout is extremely simple and fast.

Nachteile:

No major cons that I could think of, however I would love the option to talk to a representative on the phone if I do have a problem with my order.

Awesome delivery services

Vorteile:

I like how they deliver to your job and the food is sometimes hot. The delievers are nice as well.

Nachteile:

I dont reccomend getting anything frozen like ice cream or ice cause when you get it its melted and door dash will not refund you back.

Kommentare: My overall experience with DoorDash has been excellent because the app is simple to use, and it doesn’t take long to place an order. My orders are always delivered to me very fast and the customer service is great. There’s a great amount of restaurants to choose from, and I believe that it makes life easier for everyone because you can have food delivered directly to your door without having to leave the house. I highly recommend DoorDash!

Vorteile:

I love that it is very simple to use, and the app always runs efficiently, and my food is always delivered to me quickly. The delivery drivers are always polite and respectful. This app is also great to use if you don’t feel like leaving your house, and would prefer to have your food delivered directly to your door. I believe that DoorDash has been a lifesaver for many people throughout the pandemic because many people were not comfortable with leaving their home because the COVID-19 cases were at an all-time high. I think that this app prevented many people from getting sick. DoorDash has been very beneficial for me, and the app has so much to offer. There’s many different restaurants to choose from, and it’s a very fun app to use.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it can be expensive, and more restaurants should be added in order to have an even bigger variety of restaurants to choose from when placing orders

Almost Too Easy to Order Food

Kommentare: DoorDash is a great product that makes food delivery incredibly easy. It can be expensive and there can be mistakes with the order, but the overall benefits outweigh the bad parts.

Vorteile:

DoorDash has made it almost too easy to order food online and have it show up to your door in under an hour. They have an impressive display of restaurants to order from. The app got even better lately with the integration of grocery shopping and picking up your packages.

Nachteile:

The thing I like the least about the software is the added cost that is baked into every item. If I compare the prices on the app to the prices at the restaurant, it is inflated by a significant amount on the app. There are also a decent amount of mistakes to your order when you get it.

My Take on DoorDash

Kommentare: My overall experience with DoorDash is nice because I like using DoorDash to get food and to get deals/promos.

Vorteile:

What I like about DoorDash is the variety of places to eat, choices of food options, the app, deals, and promos, and I like how you can manage your orders where to deliver and pick up.

Nachteile:

What I don't like on DoorDash is about that sometimes, I wish there's more offers (promotions) because it's nice to get some and to try out for promotions. It's like not even enough.

CHG Review

Kommentare: Overall experience with doordash has been good. Customer service is a little slow. Pricing is a little high.

Vorteile:

Like the ability to add online ordering for customers especially during the COVID pandemic. Assisted when closing down dining rooms

Nachteile:

Have issues with 86d items causing problems and orders getting cancelled which causes some issues for our customers

DoorDash is convenient but can be costly.

Kommentare: I use it especially when I want to order from a specific restaurant or they have a good promo to use.

Vorteile:

They do offer fun promos and discounts regularly. They tend to deliver almost anywhere.

Nachteile:

The cost is often much more than in the restaurant and then you still pay fees and tips. Doesn't offer all items from the restaurant.

My go-to for food delivery

Vorteile:

DoorDash allows used to search food and goods by location, category, etc. They have expanded from just food delivery, and list important information on the main screen so users do not have to navigate back and forth between a menu screen of all restaurants/stores to individual ones for information such as distance, delivery free, and rating. The app also allows users to categorize by ratings, under 30 minutes, and price. I use DoorDash with my Chase credit card (annual fee) which includes free DashPass, delivery, and $5 per month towards an order.

Nachteile:

As with most delivery apps, food/good prices are increased so you may be paying more for a meal that you would pay less for in person directly as the restaurant, but you are paying for convenience. Some restaurants also list expensive delivery charges, however if you pay for the DashPass, the fee should be waived.

Best food delivery app.

Kommentare: It makes it incredibly easy to buy lunch or snacks for my team. I enjoy how it saves everything from my earlier orders to make it easier to order the next time.

Vorteile:

I loved how easy it was to see my earlier orders.

Nachteile:

The delivery fees seem steep. And I don't like how you tip before the service is rendered.

being able to work on my own schedule, the ability to control the pace and type of orders i am taking

low base pay, sometimes oversaturated market, on customer side high fees despite the fees not going to drivers.

Door Dash for Food Delivery

Vorteile:

Compared to other apps that work on this platform sometimes they do have cheaper offers, promo codes and the pass can be super useful. They have made slight changes and improved the layout making it more clear.

Nachteile:

Setting the account can take sometime and slower compared to other apps, takes sometime to also get the right location. While they do have a customer service platform that you can reach out to, they aren't always helpful. They delivery service is also not the best sometimes it takes too long, things missing etc. Hence, this made me switch to other platforms.

Easy food

Easily order whatever food we want, Time saving. No need to go out in pandemic times. user friendly, has a good customer complain service. Very good with dash pass.

Nachteile:

Sometimes pictures of food are missing. It is better to have food pictures all the time so customers can select food easily.

Kommentare: I am a Flight Attendant, so sometimes when I don't feel like going out to eat, or didn't bring enough food for the trip, or even just having a taste for something else, I can easily use this app to have my meal delivered & most of the time it's a great option. Sometimes it's a little more expensive than I would like, but it's worth the convenience.

Vorteile:

I like that DoorDash is available in just about every city & state depending where the drivers are located. It's easy to use & order from the specific places that are offered in that area.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it takes a while for the food to be delivered or they take it to the wrong place, etc. So there is definitely some room for human error when using this app.

DoorDash Review

DoorDash is incredible to use to quickly and efficiently pull up close by restaurants that will deliver food at the snap of a finger

Nachteile:

I wish more restaurants would use DoorDash so sometimes you are limited in terms of food options

Kommentare: I mostly use DoorDash to gift food to friends and family on special occasions. I really like that it has a feature to allow that and comes with a digital card to send along!

Vorteile:

This is a great app. It has some really nice features that make it easy and convenient to order food for yourself and also to gift food to others!

Nachteile:

Unfortunately the app has a very limited database of restaurants and service locations. My present location still only serves 9 restaurants!

Fast Service

Kommentare: Overall, it’s quick and easy to order and get your delivery so I’d say it’s a pretty good company.

Vorteile:

It’s easy to choose what you want on the interface. The delivery is fast and efficient. Low cost and great value.

Nachteile:

Sometimes they make mistakes and when you call customer service, they don’t take responsibility for the mistakes of the drivers.
