- immer einsatzbereit, da vorinstalliert - Design passt zum Rest der Software - schnellster Browser

Nachteile:

- Verlauf nur komplett löschbar, nicht einzelne Seiten (iOS)

The best browser for macOS

Kommentare: Safari is a fantastic browser and I find it to have the lowest friction of any major browser.

Vorteile:

Safari is lightning fast, integrated into the macOS ecosystem, and I can use it constantly without it draining my battery, unlike other browsers which I shall not mention.

Nachteile:

It seems that increasingly, websites are being designed and tested only on Chrome... this isn't necessarily Safari's fault but I do feel like we're back in the bad old days of the IE monopoly...Additionally, the extensions ecosystem is nowhere near as full as Chrome's, although that's a blessing in disguise as I don't trust the security/privacy model of most Chrome's extensions.

Positive Review for Safari

The most I like about Safari is the Minimalist Design and the Privacy and Security with features like Intelligent Tracking Prevention to block trackers and protect user data.

Nachteile:

The least I like about Safari is the Compatibility Issues some pages and apps don't support Safari

Sadly Safari doesn’t work as well as other web browsers I have used, but since it is the default on my iPad and IPhone, I don’t mind using it as my browser.

Ease of use and integration with all the Apple ecosystem. (iOS and Mac compatibility) Speed and resource usage is one of the best.

Nachteile:

It lacks some functionalities present in other competitors (Crypto support or 3rd party integrations) In some websites it is not as fast as expected.

I don’t like its design and vibe. It could be better if they can design it better to encourage the audience.

Great Browser with security features for MacOS Users

Kommentare: I have been using Macos for over 3 years and Safari is the browser with Mac since then which I have been using since then. My overall experience have been great. Safari is a great browser even better than Google Chrome or any other Browser. It has more security features than other browsers.

Vorteile:

The best part about Safari is it is very fast. I have used other browsers also and I can tell that Safari has been the fastest browser among all the browsers.

Nachteile:

The only thing I do not like is that it is not available for for any other user not using Mac. I cannot use safari on my android and I also have a windows laptop where I cannot download Safari.

Vorteile:

It is a very complete browser, it has many tools, it is very fast and consumes almost no memory, and it is also easy to use.

Nachteile:

The only problem I see is the little customization you have for the browser, even if it is a minimal detail.

Old Tool, "New Values"

Kommentare: Safari seems to be a mid-tier browser for me at the moment, I hope Apple has something working with AI that can be integrated into their browser moving forward.

Vorteile:

I have been a long-time Chrome user, and the longer I use it the more I realize that my privacy and history across the web are not really being held in a manner that I would expect a company to use. Being primarily a hardware company, I can really appreciate Apple's devotion to privacy moving forward.

Nachteile:

I would really like handoff to work better between devices. When I set down my iPhone and pick up my mac I think it really should be more intuitive regarding picking up in browsing or accessing my bookmarks/favorites.

Nachteile:

Safari is super easy to use, and I have not found any difficulties. If you are changing from other browsers, it can be a tricky remembering the positions of buttons as safari has them on the opposite sides.

Great browser for navigating the web fast and smoothly. It doesn't require a lot of your computer like other browsers and is easy to use.

Nachteile:

Its address bar only shows the first part of a link on a website. It would be more useful if the complete address was displayed.

I use safari for a research tool by searching up things I need to understand more about. It is very helpful and fast. I use both safari and chrome.

Nachteile:

Chrome and safari are run separately so everything isn't in one centralised place.

Kommentare: In my opinion, it is one of the fastest and best optimized browsers I have tried, it has very few features, but what it does have it does well. It is a browser that will keep you protected and will never let you down. It is an excellent browser, highly recommended.

Nachteile:

It is a browser with very few bugs, it has few functionalities, but the ones it does have, it performs well. Perhaps the only negative point is the interface, which, at the cost of gaining simplicity and speed, seems a bit bland to me, but in general, it is an almost perfect browser.

Kommentare: As a web media company web browsers are critical for our day to day business for publishing media content, also doing research and Safari for the Macs is the fastest browser out there.

We use Macintosh computers at our business, Safari is a built in browser and it is the fastest browser for Mac computers. It also has good memory management and uses less RAM than for example Firefox. It is also available for other platforms such as Windows and it is a free app. Apple also keeps good updates on it regularly and if you need help with it Apple's support community has good advice there.

Nachteile:

A bit tight with additions, Apple likes to control their apps as much as possible not allowing as many additions by third party to develop

I’ve been using Safari for years as we had a MacBook program in high school and I must say I’ve watched it grow over the years from the point when YouTube used to be in a Kodex that was so easy even your phone could read the same Kodak’s, and where is now you can read VP nine decoding and you can watch 4K video through Safari and YouTube and still get Dolby Atmos as your sound

Nachteile:

I have to say that sometimes safari is lacking. Where is you have to have certain things that you run under Google Chrome but I feel like they’re trying to add more support.
